• Barbara (5/5): - The view was nice and The room looked nice and clean. It was very cold in the room and bathroom, there was one small heater device but it was obviously not that comfortable this way I also had a cold after this visit. Advertisement was misleading because in our room there were no balcony and there were a shared kitchen and dining room, where there were only one huge table. Also the breakfast was terrible for us, there were mostly dry food, there werent any food which we would eat normally so we didnt wait for breakfast.
• claudia (9/5): Soluzione ideale per un weekend alle 5 terre. - Ho apprezzato la posizione tranquilla, ma molto vicina al centro ed alla stazione ferroviaria, la camera arredata con gusto, la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Alessandra. Non gradisco molto i prodotti confezionati a colazione, ma devo dire che c’era ampia scelta.
• Maria (8/5): Cinque terre - Bella stanza, spaziosa con vista. Curata e pulita. C' è tutto quello che serve. Bagno con asciuga capelli e stufetta. Cucinotto attrezzato con microonde, macchina per il caffè, tostapane. Sistemazione perfetta i nostri standard. Silenziosa e con una vista che ripaga la fatica della scalata. Non è per tutti la scalinata d'accesso alla struttura. Mi dispiaciuto non aver incontrato la proprietaria, è la prima volta che mi capita. È stato il check-in/ out più veloce della storia dei miei viaggi.

• Zeljac (9/5): Very nice cosy place for stay - The location is a bit away from the downtown / center but the view is really something. The owner was so kind and suggest where to go for a meal, as well as the instructions how to reach free parking and Cinque Terre train. The breakfast was great, very unique ... a picnic bag with all necesarry things in it, together with breakfast-food. Very nice experience Cannot recall anything which can be better.

• Jacqueline (10/5): Einfach wundervoll und empfehlenswert! - Der Ort war wunderschön! Das Zimmer und die ganze Einrichtung sehr schön und geschmackvoll. Liebevoll die Frühstückskörbchen. Alessandra sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Roberta ein Perle!

L’emplacement, la vue, la qualité de l’accueil, la taille de la chambre, le fait de se sentir chez soi, la mise à disposition de la cuisine et de la salle à manger, la proximité de l’arrêt de bus (11) pour se rendre à la gare ou au terminal du bateau pour les Cinque Terre (attention, plus de bus après 20h)… Il est conseillé de laisser son véhicule le long de la route en contrebas de la maison. Merci à Alessandra qui m’a mis en relation avec un garagiste pour régler un problème mécanique.

Tavolo cucina occupato da oggetti,cucina e sala gelide e impossibili da restare a mangiare. Salita troppo ripida e buia. Locali gelidi. Puzza terribile di fogna in camera e in cucina!

• Stanislav (10/5): Doporučujeme! Jen je třeba počítat s tím, že jsou tam schody, kopce... - Místo s krásným výhledem, útulné, možnost parkování zdarma u domu. Vlakem lze vyrazit do Cinque Terre - kvůli tomu jsme se ubytovali v La Spezia.

Maison très jolie avec une vue superbe sur le port et les montagnes autour. Il faisait encore frais mais nous avons quand même pris notre petit déjeuner sur la terrasse pour profiter de la vue.

• Bernard (9/5): Dommage que nous n’ayons pas vu notre hôte pour la remercier, heureusement il y a WhatsApp.. - La vue , le décor et la nourriture du petit déjeuner, avec une vraie cuisine et lave linge. Le petit chemin pour accéder, se garer au premier virage et pas au bout du chemin.

Trop d'escaliers (Très raides) pour accéder aux lieu de vie. A déconseiller aux personnes ayant des problèmes de genoux, ou de hanches, bref aux personnes qui ne sont plus toutes jeunes !!

• mariam (8/5): - La ubicación a 8 minutos de la estación de tren para ir a Cinque Terre. El alojamiento en sí está bien está limpio y tiene buena estética. El camino de acceso , se debería especificar para en caso de llevar un coche grande, además de no ser fácil de maniobrar.

• Dinette (7/5): Beautiful place with a few disappointments - The view was great, the building is very charming, as are the rooms, the dining room, and the kitchen. I was disappointed that there was no staff, all communication went via whatsapp and we had to take care of our own breakfast. Breakfast was very, very basic with good coffee and two apples, but the majority of the breakfast consisted of pre-packed bars and cake. There was hardly any fresh food and no juice. There was milk in the fridge but it was not clear if we could use it because it wasn't on "our" shelve. I might sound spoiled, and maybe that's what it is. I might also not have read all information before hand, but fact is that I just expected more for the money we paid. Then I think the owners or manager of the place could also be more clear about the road to the house. That is very narrow and not ideal at all for a big car. Better to park down the driveway if you have a big car than driving up the driveway and getting stuck or scratching your car.

• Susanne (8/5): Eine sehr schöne Erfahrung für eine private Unterkunft - Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus, Einrichtung alte Möbel sehr schön aufbereitet. Mit Liebe eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings alles in Plastik Verpackung da ein kein Frühstücks Service gab. Auch alles mit Liebe vorbereitet, aber hier hätte ich eher ein kleines frisches Frühstück erwartet.

• Eliane (9/5): Séjour très agréable dans un endroit paisible et une hôte charmante - L’emplacement est exceptionnel avec une très belle vue. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié , présenté de façon très originale, la chambre très agréable meublée avec goût et très propre. L’accès au parking est un peu compliqué car très en pente et beaucoup de marches pour accéder à la chambre.
• Lara (6/5): - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war wunderschön idyllisch und bot viel Ruhe. Besonders praktisch war außerdem, dass man die Küche mitbenutzen durfte. Ohne Auto ist die Unterkunft nur schwer zu erreichen, zudem ist die Auffahrt zum Hotel nicht mit jedem Fahrzeug gut befahrbar. Durch die eher abgelegene Lage war man etwas eingeschränkt. Das Frühstück hätte man sich auch selbst besorgen können, da es qualitativ keinen großen Unterschied machte. Ein weiterer Nachteil war, dass das Wasser entweder extrem heiß oder sehr kalt war. Die Küche war zudem nur sehr sporadisch eingerichtet, und das gesamte Haus war leider sehr hellhörig.
• Norbert (10/5): Wonderful visit, and old town centre was a wonderful surprise. - Close to town centre, but far enough up the hills to appreciate the gardens and local surrounding villas. This was a last minute booking, with close access to Portofino and Cinque Terra… There were a few stairs up to the loft apartments, but well worth the effort, if your physical abilities are capable.
• Peter (7/5): Mooie locatie ,maar je moet wel een beste conditie hebben, want er waren erg veel trappen omhoog. - Ontbijt was prima. Alles stond klaar in ijskast. Wel miste we de warme broodjes. We waren hier 5 dagen en we hebben niemand gezien van de accommodatie.

• Anna (10/5): - The view was amazing! And it was a short walk from the bus stop up a hill to the property. Careful of the stairs at the top otherwise very easy to access. Beautiful room with balcony and breakfast was provided every morning.
• virginie (6/5): Mitigé : du positif et du négatif - La chambre triple était spacieuse, propre et le grand lit confortable. La vue est très sympathique et nous sommes au calme. C'est très appréciable. La situation est parfaite : dominante et excentrée. Alessandra est réactive par téléphone et a des petites attentions gourmandes 😁 Il faut le dire : l''accès est clairement difficile par une voie très pentue. Une fois en haut, il faut encore monter par des escaliers très pentus également qui ne sont pas appropriés pour des personnes âgées où n'ayant pas une bonne condition physique. Enfin le petit déjeuner n'est composé que de produits secs emballés et de quelques produits frais dans un frigo, car il n'y a personne pour les préparer. C'est dommage car cette chambre a des atouts. Pourquoi pas améliorer les petits déjeuners ? Et bien préciser pour l'accès aux chambres car personne ne nous a indiqué les difficultés liées aux escaliers qui peuvent être une mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée.

Widok za to awww. Coś za coś ;-) podkreślam, że nie sprawdziłam wcześniej i to nie wina obiektu, tylko Rada :)
• Anca Tanislav (10/5): Exceptional! Warmly recommend! - Beautiful and stylish villa, very clean with a great view of the entire La Spezia (sea and hills). Very good breakfast served in a beautiful manner - each room has a name and a basket with the room name full of goodies, also a special place in the refrigerator. Everything is very well organized, and cleaning service is present every day. It was a home for us - not just un accommodation.

• Paolillo (10/5): - Alessandra war sehr freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben immer neues Frühstück erhalten und sie hat uns die Wünsche von den Lippen abgelesen. Also Preis/Leistungsverhältnisse war echt top. Gute Lage, sehr bequemes Bett und charmantes Zimmer mit tollem Blick zu "La Spezia" und ich als Italiener kann sagen, dass man dort in der Nähe mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten sehr gut essen kann und den Zug nehmen kann zu Cinque Terre! Genauso ist das Meer sehr schön. Einfach aufpassen für Touristen lest bevor ihr ins Meer geht, es gibt einen Ort (leider ist mir der Name entfallen) wo nur Locals ihr Auto parkieren könnt. Sonst erhält ihr 90 Euro Busse.
