- isabellei763 (8/5): Ok - I have been at Landhaus for the 3 rd Time and I love it. But when it comes to the service, you can feel that they are trying their best, but there is a lot of confusion and they do not know what to do and what they are responsible for. Just tonight: I waited over 40 min before I could tell someone that I hadnt received my food. Then you see 2 or 3 membres of the staff tiptowing between tables to check if customers are happy. But they have no idea about who ordered what.

Grosses Plus: sollte wider Erwarten mal etwas nicht passen, wird sofort und unkompliziert eine grosszügige Lösung angeboten.
- Cruiser773350 (6/5): Was excellent but not good now - Me and my husband stayed here July 2024 for a night . We arrived to welcome complimentary drinks and the staff were really happy and friendly and we could not fault anything , so I really looked forward to returning in July 2025 The Return ....... We arrived and only one staff member could speak English ( this is my problem not theirs as I was in Switzerland but due to my last visit where nearly all staff spoke English fluently ,I was not expecting this ) Last time the staff were all happy and friendly and relaxed but this time they looked almost scared and didn't seem organised . Our room was beautiful like last time and we booked dinner . At dinner we were given menus that were not in any English😬 Luckily the 1 staff member who could speak English translated the menu for us . I will not be returning to this hotel . It is a shame , I think it may have changed hands but it felt like an entirely different hotel .

- nzajt (10/5): Outstanding - a real highlight of our trip - We stayed here as a family of four (two adults and two teenagers) in July 2024. We had booked a family room and from the moment we checked in, we were really taken care of. Simon at the reception was very friendly and helpful, assisting us with all of our queries. The room itself was fantastic - spacious and modern and the kids were in beds up a ladder on a mezzanine floor. The bathroom was modern and easy to use. Our room was on the top floor and had a great outlook over the countryside. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony and hearing the cow bells from the surrounding hills. We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant and would like to make special mention of Robert who was extremely helpful, particularly with the wine selection as we weren’t familiar with the local wines of the area. Our meals were delicious. After a good night’s sleep, we had a lovely breakfast in the hotel before checking out. We wish we had been able to stay longer and would highly recommend this hotel, and hope to return in the future.
- Felix (10/5): Familiäre Atmosphäre, tolles Frühstück - Wir waren auf dem Weg über den Furkapass nach Italien und haben im Hotel Landhaus eine erholsame Nacht verbracht. Das Personal war ab der ersten Sekunde freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sauber und modern. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, die gesamte Auswahl war qualitativ auf einem super Niveau. Wir kommen also gerne wieder!

- Sara (10/5): - Very well appointed hotel. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the valley and listening to the cow bells! Village is small and worth a walk around to see the fascinating old buildings. Adjacent co-op also handy! Being able to park right outside for no extra charge was a treat and the included breakfast had a wide selection and was very good quality.
- senru0711 (10/5): Small little town's small hotel with people with big hearts - I don't even know where to start. The day before I went up to Jungfraujoch, and yesterday I went to Gornergrat to see the matterhorn. I was supposed to make my way to St. Moritz by train. But when I got on the train, I knew I couldn't make it 8 plus hrs to my destination. I was just near Goms, and my booking app just told me "hey there's a great deal at 9+ review score hotel!" So I decided to hop off at Münster, checked in at Landhaus. It was after 8:30 in the evening. As soon as getting a warm welcome, I was asked if I had to have dinner, then they will take me as the last order. Food was great. Staff were awesome. This morning delicious breakfast, I left feeling well rested, a warm good bye just like last night. These people who run the hotel in this little town are beautiful. Not only I give 5 stars, I will be back for longer relaxation soon.

- nubra (8/5): A good hotel.. - A modern hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast was just perfect. Lots of local products and very delicious..it seems one could have had eggs cooked in difference ways, however we were not asked or informed about this possibility.There was an equipment to boil eggs yourself, which I think is very good.
- casharon1 (10/5): Lovely and quiet little hotel! - We had a one-night stay here with our tour group. We were given a “true” triple, meaning a suite with a double bed in one room and a single in the other. It was perfect for our needs. The furnishings were clean and well-maintained and we had fresh towels from Martin at the front desk as soon as we realized we were missing 2 bath towels. The bartender/waiter gave us glasses for our orange juice even though we bought the juice from the Coop down the street so we could sit on the front patio and enjoy our beverages. Some of our group even had balconies. Great service, great stay along on a surprisingly peaceful highway. There’s a beautiful walking trail that starts past the gas station next to Coop. I will add that our suite got very stuffy and I couldn’t get the climate control to work, despite there being a dial for it in the suite. The windows opened, but we had a massive problem with flies and mosquitos coming in as soon as we opened them… perhaps some screening on the windows would help.
- philippe_monti (10/5): Great hotel in a fantastic region - We stayed with my wife for 2 nights. We enjoyed our experience in this hotel from the first moment, check-in and warm welcome to the departure. The furniture is quite modern but with a touch of mountain style. Our room (roof family) was confortable and cosy with a king bed, a true mountain room. We had breakfast and dinner and both were excellent. The service was perfect and lovely. If you plan to spend some time in the Goms region, look at this hotel. It is located in the typical village of Münster and for bikers like me you have the Nufenen or the Furka pass not far away to initiate a fantastic but quite a demanding slope.
- Departure601438 (6/5): O.K. - but watch out for improvements - A very nice and personal welcome of the senior owner. Generally nice staff members with humour and excellence in entertaining their guests. Clean and modern room, also for people with handicap. But the breakfast room is way too small and was non-compliant with the pandemic-safety plan. Only one single disinfection spray station for the ENTIRE hotel ! On another note: the local speciality of bio-meat was still promoted at the restaurant but it was out of stock for days. The room price vs. performance is not fully justified. Watch out for good offer.
- Andras1963 (10/5): Strongly Recommended - We had a car breakdown in front of the hotel. The owners gave extra mile in helping us with all matters, notifying the other hotel that we arrive a day later, provided us with room when they were fully booked. Helped with car repair contacts, ushering to the garage next morning. Invited after closing to have drink with them, and give advice on all requests. This family owned hotel treated us like close friends to make the best out of this incident. The property is state of the art and the breakfast is great. Strongly recommended. I hope we return to stay again.

- ANTHONY (10/5): Superb small hotel, great location and views. - Arrived to a superb welcome, and great host. A very modern hotel, with everything catered for. Immaculately clean, and great comfortable rooms, with lovely balcony's allowing great views over the Swiss mountains. We were only staying one night due to being on a driving tour through Europe, but would definitely, arrange to stay again when we are in to area again, mind we would make sure we did just to use this hotel again really! The Restaurant service was great, (the waiters recommendation for the starter was delicious, along with my wiener schnitzel) along with the food for dinner and breakfast, which had a great selection and the scrambled egg ordered was good too. All of the staff were superb, all of them speaking perfect English, embarrassingly we speak very little German.
- Joshua (10/5): Great location, great staff - The hotel is nice and located in a beautiful location. What really stands out, however, is the staff. This is a family-run operation and Simon and his sister, Shaneen (sp?) are exceptional hosts. They went out of their way to make sure that we had a great stay. Additionally, our server in the restaurant, Robert (unless my memory is failing me), was both excellent at his job and a very witty, fun guy. This is definitely a place I would return to.
