- Carlos Henao (2/5): - Mi experiencia en el Hotel Plazuela Real fue bastante decepcionante. En primer lugar, no había toallas disponibles para secarse las manos, lo cual es algo básico. Además, solo nos dieron un único jabón para dos personas, tanto para las manos como para la ducha, lo que resultó incómodo. Lo más problemático fue que, durante nuestra estadía, el hotel organizó una fiesta en la terraza, con música a un volumen muy alto. Aunque la fiesta solo duró hasta las 12 de la noche, tanto mi compañero como yo llegamos muy cansados y queríamos descansar desde temprano, pero nos fue imposible. A pesar de que la fiesta terminó a medianoche, no logramos conciliar el sueño con facilidad después. En resumen, la falta de comodidad y la mala comunicación hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera desagradable. No recomendaría este hotel y espero que mejoren estos aspectos para futuros huéspedes.

As well as the bartender and server were nice. 2 hotel staff members were nice And maintenance man fixed my shower on day 2 very quickly. This hotel will never get another penny from me. The bed is not comfortable. The hot water handle was broken so no hot water the first night. Jacuzzi didnt work. The room was very loud due to the proximity of some bars playing loud music all night. The staff. #$@& I asked the front desk clerk To please not allow a maid into my room as I did not want service at all. The 1st day when I arrived of course the room had been cleaned. So I went back downstairs and talked to a male clerk. He said not to worry and of course the next day I come in and my room was cleaned again. So on my last night I went downstairs and talk to the guy again and complained that I was very clear that I didn't want anybody in my room. And of course she didn't reply With anything resembling an apology. So I started to walk out and then I turned back around and said can you at least say you're sorry? I had a bag the front desk clerk to give me an apology for the hotel because they can't seem to follow instructions. Amazing Save yourself time and don't stay at this place.

- Reesehdz (6/5): Not the best location - The surroundings of the hotel are a bit echy. It feels like you are downtown at night. The hotel is not too bad. The pool is just a small sauna, and they rent the restaurant for parties, so if you want to relax with your meal, you'd better have it taken to your room. The breakfast is basic, could be better. The worst thing was the bathroom though, we stayed in two rooms and both showers were dirty and full of hairs that did not belong to us.... yuck!
