• Øystein (4/5): Middelmådig overnattingssted - Grei leilighet innvendig, unntatt senga Sengen var ikke bra....godt brukt... Balkong som står i omtalen? Ikke plass til å sitte der. Takterasse som står i omtalen finnes ikke. Hele området er jo en byggeplass...ikke nevnt i omtale ang. leilligheten...mye støy fra gata...festbråk.....svært lytt fra leilighet over.

• Heidefloh (7/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung, mit wenigen Schritten in der Fußgängerzone, ist sehr gut. Durch die engen Gassen hallt jedes Geräusch extrem. Besonders nachts kam es zu Lärmbelestigung durch Obdachlose, die sich nachts in den Gassen im direkten Umfeld der Wohnung aufhalten. Außerdem tagsüber Lärm von den Baustellen mehrerer gegenüberliegenden Häusern die momentanen renoviert werden.

• camille (10/5): Super appartement in het hartje malaga - De accommodatie is zeer goed gelegen. Zeer fijn appartement! Als je de deur opent ruikt het er al meteen heel erg lekker. Daarnaast is ook alles in het appartement aanwezig (koelkast, kleine keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt, voldoende wc papier en handdoeken, lakens,…). Het dakterras vonden we echt super! Ook hadden we een goed contact met de eigenaar om in te checken en verliep dit allemaal zonder problemen. Kortom een top verblijf voor onze citytrip in malaga! 10/10!! Niets.
• Sònia (8/5): Molt ben situat, còmode i agradable. - Situació immillorable, a prop de totes les zones d’interès. Molt còmode per visitar qualsevol lloc de la ciutat i tornar a peu sense perdre temps. Hi ha dos carrers d’accés a l’allotjament, segons el que utilitzis pot ser una mica solitari però està ben il•luminat. L’espai estava net i renovat, amb balcó i finestres que donen al carrer. Hauria preferit una cafetera de càpsules, més neta, ràpida i fàcil per utilitzar en qualsevol moment.
• Marta (8/5): Dobry cichy nocleg w samym ścisłym historycznym centrum - Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum, ale w cichej uliczce. Bardzo dobry kontakt z miłym personelem. Na wyposażeniu wszystko co trzeba podczas kilkudniowego pobytu. Dla mnie mogłoby jeszcze wisieć większe lustro. No i idealnie by było, gdyby był ekspres do kawy np. na kapsułki, ale french press też się dobrze sprawdzał.

Tout était propre et fonctionnel. On reviendra c’est certain dans cet appartement lors de notre prochain séjour à Malaga!

• Paula (7/5): - The terrace was great, and the apartment itself was very cozy. It is located right in the old town, so for us the location could not have been better. I think basic things like salt, pepper, and other small kitchen essentials should be provided as a standard. The kitchen was nice, but for a short stay it does not make sense to buy these items just for a couple of days.

• Jane (9/5): Brilliant location and spotlessly clean - Close to the centre but away from any noise and crowds. Lovely authentic Spanish area with the city centre easily accessible within walking distance. The rooftop terrace was wonderful in the winter sunshine. It was good to have the air conditioning unit, which we could use to warm up the room when we stayed in December. Spotlessly clean. It's not overly big, but absolutely perfect for a short break away. It would have been nice to have had some basic non-perishable groceries such as tea, coffee and sugar to welcome us, but the liquid hand soap in the bathroom was welcome.

Tal vez habrían hecho falta algunos detalles extra de cocina de cortesía (por ejemplo un poquito de sal o aceite). Que son cosas que se agradece no tener que comprar cuando vas pocos días a un apartamento.

• Patricia (7/5): Repetiría seguro - La ubicación, justo en el corazón de Málaga. Dejamos el coche a las afueras y llegamos en metro al centro, fuimos andado a todos sitios. Tiene una cocina amplia y buen baño. La cama es un pelín incómoda pero pasamos un par día estupendos.

Las calles donde está situado huelen a pis y hay quien no recoge excrementos.No es agradable. Se limpian a diario pero aun así. El anuncio es confuso: pensé que había cogido apartamento con terraza y lo que tiene terraza es el estudio.
• Matteo (8/5): - praticamente in centro, appartamento essenziale ma pulito. cordiali e disponibili soprattutto per l’aiuto col parcheggio. unica nota negativa la presenza proprio tra i vicoli attorno alla casa e davanti al portone di tossici e senzatetto. innocui se ignorati ma poco rassicuranti. non mi è piaciuto molto dover provvedere a smaltire la spazzatura, forse da segnalare già su booking e non solo all’interno dell’appartamento. qualche insettino di troppo ma non è colpa di nessuno il sud della spagna ha questo problema

• Nicole (10/5): Lovely, central & safe unit with rooftop terrace (advanced check-in details via Booking.com please) - Great rooftop terrace, safe, comfortable bed, well lit and decorated, good hot water and pressure, fully equipped space with kitchen and bathroom, washing machine and clothes rack. Everything was clean and it was very central.. It would be great to have the check in details at least a day or two before arrival via Booking.com. This provides peace of mind and because not everyone travels with a phone (some rely on wifi messages) or in my case, I had a different international phone number (details had apparently had been texted to my home number at the time of booking but other communications were via Booking.com). I had messaged at the start of the day estimated arrival details and twice since. Thankfully someone called me back after I also phoned on the walk to the accomodation and the details were comprehensive. Very minor points: the tv remote didn’t always work and guidance on the nearest bins for the end of the stay would be helpful (I found some with some hunting). Very long washing machine cycle which you can stop early. Overall an excellent stay.

• Bianca (7/5): Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis - Gut ausgestattet Breites bequemes Bett Klimaanlage in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer Allgemein sehr gut sauber Sehr zentral, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen… …würden nicht die alkoholisierten Partygänger nachts Lärm und Gestank verbreiten. Die Gasse ist kein Klo. Der Kleiderschrank war innen leider nicht gut gereinigt.
• Antonia (8/5): para volver - el apartamento es muy cómodo y esta ubicado en una zona muy buena para moverse. tienes super y sitios para comer, cenar etc muy buenos. recomiendo VARO. la pega fue que esta en unas callejuelas que de noche se llenan de gente joven con ganas de hablar alto y jugar, y bueno había un par de personajes por allí que hacia que no te parases mucho.

• Maria Teresa (8/5): Carino - Il monolocale è semplice, ma con tutto l'essenziale. Buona la posizione. L'host disponibile, reperibile telefonicamente. C'è tutto l'essenziale, ma ci vorrebbe un armadio più grande e non sarebbe male far trovare agli ospiti almeno un po' d'acqua. La strada in cui si trova il monolocale e il vicolo a fianco sono rumorosi e spesso usati come "bagno" da senzatetto o gente ubriaca, non è colpa dell'host, ma da tenere in considerazione.
• José Luis (7/5): - Mi estancia en Málaga fue muy buena en general. El piso está ubicado a escasos metros de la Plaza de la Constitución, así que la localización es inmejorable para moverse por el centro. El alojamiento estaba completamente equipado, aunque eché en falta algunos básicos como gel de baño, champú o papel de cocina, que suelen estar disponibles en otros pisos. Hay que tener en cuenta que el acceso requiere subir escaleras. Para mí, que soy joven, no supuso un problema, pero puede ser relevante para personas con movilidad reducida. También es importante mencionar que, al estar en una calle pequeña del centro, a veces hay olores desagradables provocados por la falta de civismo de la gente en la zona, aunque esto no es responsabilidad de los propietarios. La comunicación para la entrega de llaves fue buena. Eso sí, conviene saber que hay ciertas condiciones que no aparecen detalladas en el anuncio, como la obligación de sacar la basura tú mismo bajo riesgo de una sanción económica de 75€. Personalmente, me parece razonable, ya que imagino que han tenido malas experiencias en el pasado. En definitiva, la estancia fue genial, la ubicación perfecta y espero que mi reseña sirva de ayuda a futuros huéspedes.
• Isabel (7/5): Apartamento 1 - Me ha gustado la ubicación, cerca del centro, la limpieza del apartamento y sus comodidades, todo el menaje nuevo, aire acondicionado en habitación y salon, el baño está bien, la cama bastante cómoda y un punto que tenía dos almohadas para cada persona, tenías manta en el armario, plancha y tabla para la ropa, tendedero, fregona, No me ha gustado la calle que siempre olía a pis, del apartamento solamente decir que las toallas eran super viejas y un poco pequeñas,
• Alessandro (7/5): Buona struttura in centro a malaga, peccato per la puzza e i rifiuti nella via d’entrata (ma non è colpa della struttura - Posizione centrale, praticamente in centro storico, la struttura disponeva di tutto il minimo indispensabile (da aggiungere magari qualche padella per la preparazione dei secondi) La sporcizia e la puzza delle aree circostanti (ma non è colpa della struttura), se si dispone di una macchina bisogna stare attenti, il parcheggio è a 800 metri dalla struttura, ma molto vicino a zone di accesso limitato per il traffico, rischiosa per chi non conosce le strade

• Penny (9/5): Comfy, well laid out studio apartment. - A thoughtfully laid out studio apartment; the private roof terrace (with shade from the sun) was a real bonus. Close to many points of interest. The owner was v helpful and responded quickly to my queries. The aircon/fan was a godsend! The narrow street was quiet with respect to tourists, but very noisy during the day with builders working on other buildings close by.

• As (7/5): The check-in was a fiasco. - location, cleanliness 1. Nobody waited for us, although it was mentioned that someone would be at the apartment premises; we announced our arrival in due time and sent a few calls and SMS starting an hour before arrival. We spent half an hour in the rain for an access code and information about key locker access. Not at least excuses afterward. 2. The flat does not have a coffee maker (although it is mentioned in the presentation on booking). 3. Indeed, there was an electric kettle for tea, but not at least a tea bag. 4. I bought soap because there is only a bottle of liquid soap, and you must carry it from bath to shower and vice versa. 5. After check-in, they informed us to throw the garbage before check-out; otherwise, we would have to pay an extra 75 euros as a penalty for this "service" not mentioned before but included in the contract they slipped under the flat's door the next day. 6. There are many windows, but you can not enjoy any views. 7. The apartment looks like the pictures on booking.com; however, it is smaller than the photos suggest. 8. No phonic isolation. Obs: I asked for recommendations for breakfast/dinner. I strongly do not recommend Cafe Madrid and serving churros there!!

• Amabile (7/5): Honestly one of the most well located property I have ever had from Booking . com . The responsable for the property was - The apartment is small but functional, all furnitures were very comfortable, specially the bed. Having breakfast at the rooftop was incredible, amazingly sunny even for the first week of January. It is also impressively well located, at extreme short distance from restaurants, museums, supermarkets and stores. There’s honestly nothing I feel like it’s worth a “complaint”, but perhaps small improvements could be made for an easier stay, like adding a coffee machine to the kitchen, leaving more than 1 spare toilet paper roll in the toilet, adding a frying pan that has teflon or at least offering cooking basics at the property, like olive oil and a water bottle. The heating system in the shower could also be improved, since it only allows for a very quick hot-water shower, that often doesn’t provide the relaxation one might need after extensive walking days, for instance. Also, parking can be an issue to some, since the property is inside a commercial block, where cars are forbidden, but definitely not far enough to be bothersome, even with large suitcases, since the pavement is smooth throughout the entire pathway.

Very noisy and felt unsafe if I got back home after 9.30 pm Found the staff wanted to tell you about checking out and before even checking in . Was not really helpful in telling about the area. Maybe a travell guide book if you don't have time for guests. Emailed the staff on window not attached to hinged, too busy too look at it... so didn't want to open windows A bit dark and did not want to bother the owner on opening the shutters.. worried if I tried they will fall apart If I was to compare this at the same budget other apartments in spain, it would rated better if there were the basic stuff in kitchen like sugar, salt and oil. Also, provide new sponges to wash dishes with! Was not happy using a used cleaning sponge for dishes. Would not book at this apartment again
• Igurban (9/5): Clean and bright - The apartment is very bright and clean, the bed is very comfy and the terace is spacious and pleasant. It is fully equiped and at a easy walking distance from all the monuments, museumes, restaurants, shops, plazas etc. I liked everything. The only thing that bothered me was the noise late at night, but that doesn't have anything to do with the apartment itself, it's more about some of the french tourists with bad behavoiur.
