• Annika (10/5): We‘ll gladly return one day - Out of our four accomodations during our visit to the UK, this one was my favourite. The room was very bright, spacious and nicely decorated and we were supplied with everything we needed (tea, milk, water, biscuits…). Breakfast was excellent with a variety of cooked options to choose from, but also fresh fruit, cereal etc. The Eggs Benedict were the best. Our host helped us plan our day each morning and gave everybody tips on what to see and do. The location is very central and there is much to do near Newquay.

• Barry (10/5): Great location and wonderful hosts - Excellent communication, great location close to town and walks. Spacious room and we could see the sea! Great breakfasts. Parking is available on site. We were on the 2nd storey and the second set of stairs are narrow and tricky. This was NOT a problem for us but it may be for some.

Bett höchstens 1,40m breit, das ist doch recht schmal. Parkplatz im hinteren Bereich nur für die Hälfte der Anzahl der Zimmer. Wir hatten jedoch immer Platz, da wir außerhalb der Saison dort waren

• Christopher (9/5): Comfortable and relaxing - The Lyncroft was very central with easy routes by car to most places in Cornwall. The cooked breakfast was lovely and the proprieters were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Only 4 parking spaces at the property for 9 rooms. However, there were very local car parks which were free between 4pm and 9am the following day.

We found a car park just down the road where we could charge the car so pleased with that. The owners were lovely and nothing was too much. Breakfast was delicious! Nothing really.

• Terence (10/5): Perfect Stay - My new wife and I stayed for one night for a little break after our wedding and this place was fantastic. I gave the host a budget to buy some flowers, champagne & brownies to pop in our room as a suprise making our stay even more special. I recommend the cookies. The room was clean and modern and had everything. The bed was really comfortable and the location is excellent. The breakfast was exceptional and the hosts were fabulous and friendly. I always say you get what you pay for and this b&b is well worth the price.

The Lyncroft is in a great location within Newquay, only a few minutes away from both Fistral and Newquay beaches, as well as being in close vicinity to multiple pubs and restaurants. Cannot recommend enough

• Aoife (10/5): Lovely stay in Newquay - Magda and Chris (and beautiful little Lottie) make you feel so at home in their beautiful b and b. They gave us lots of tips for an itinerary. Chris even did a plan up for me on Google Maps! Fruit, yoghurt, cereal, etc. was there in the morning to help yourself. There was a plentiful menu of options for the cooked portion of the breakfast. Best of all, it was all cooked fresh, so rare nowadays. It was great to have the parking at the rear. The room was decorated so tastefully and had a gorgeous sea view. The en suite had a really big lovely shower. Loved the little fridge in the room to keep any drinks you have cool. Plenty of food and drink options just a short walk away. Sainsbury's around the corner. A great base for exploring Cornwall. That we did not have more time to spend here!

We did manage the 2 flights of stairs,but the second set were a bit steep

Chris and Magda are the perfect hosts too, full of information and super friendly. The breakfast was delightful, you can select from some options and they also have a buffet of yog/fruit/cereals etc, all cooked to perfection. Room was spacious, with a modern shower room. Only possible thing to say would be pillows could've been a little firmer/plumper!

It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Chris and Magda were very friendly and welcoming Chris greeted us when we arrived and gave us tips on where to eat, which was very useful. Very friendly and attentive host, wanting to ensure everything was ok & giving helpful advice on places to eat around the town. Not a complaint, but a few Cornish teabags would have been a good addition to the in-room tea tray.

She was an amazing host; happily talking to us, making suggestions for places to visit, and ensuring we had everything we needed. She is a good enough reason to stay again! The B&B was lovely, clean, and provided a really comfortable stay. The room had everything we needed, including great WIFI, and was comfortable. The breakfast provided each morning is fantastic and provides amazing value for money. The location of the B&B is perfect, with it only being a short 5 minute walk into the centre of Newquay. It also provides amazing views out to sea. Yes, the parking is limited at the property if full, but we encountered no issues during our stay and would still have been happy to park elsewhere (as per the guidance provided) if needed. It is the perfect place to stay in Newquay if you are looking for a cosy, friendly, and convenient stay in Newquay. Thank you! Nothing
