• Carmela (7/5): Correcto - El personal muy amable. Estaba todo muy limpio y correcto. Mobiliario e instalaciones modernas. Todo correcto. Se oía mucho el ruido de fuera, las habitaciones no estaban insonorizadas entre ellas. La habitación era bastante oscura, no es muy acogedora, y no se puede abrir la ventana en la habitacion. La piscina es más pequeña de lo que aparenta en las fotos y solo hay dos hamacas fuera de la piscina para tumbarse.

• Ronald (9/5): - The location was excellent, a short drive to Provenza and Parque Lleras. The staff was extremely attentive and courteous. The food in the restaurants was outstanding. The ambiance was nice, especially in the rooftop bar and restaurant. The room we were given originally the air conditioning didn't work although we did get a free upgrade to a suite.

Entiendo debe ser algo cultural, pero que un hotel que cobra cerca de 200€ por noche y ofrece un buffet libre muy bueno para desayunar haga pagar 8 euros por pedir agua mineral, sin mencionar que hay que pagarla, me parece de risa. Simplemente inaceptable. Resto todo muy bien.

• SANDRA (10/5): - Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans cet établissement à Medellin, le quartier du Poblado est un quartier un peu excentré du centre, retiré et calme. Le personnel est au petit soin autant au niveau de la réception que de la salle ou bien les personnes d'entretien, le room service et la restauration est parfaite. Nous avons été enchantés de cet établissement qui fut le coup de coeur de notre voyage pareillement que cette ville fantastique de Medellin. Vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés.

Todos lo verían y pensarían: "¡Guau, aquí es donde nos hospedamos!". Unas palabras sobre el hermoso restaurante en la entrada del hotel: supera todo lo que hemos visto hasta ahora en Colombia. Estamos muy impresionados con la decoración, la música, la protección solar y todo lo demás. Pero ahora viene lo mejor: nunca habíamos experimentado un servicio tan excepcional, respetuoso y profesional en el desayuno en Colombia. Todo el personal, incluyendo al Sr. Adolfo, desde la cocina, recepción y atención al cliente, merece nuestro más alto reconocimiento. Ni siquiera un rey sería tratado con tanta cortesía. ¡Gracias a todos! Disfrutamos mucho de todo. Quizás cada huésped podría recibir un pequeño almuerzo para llevar al salir del hotel, antes del desayuno habitual, para que nadie llegue al aeropuerto con hambre. Salimos hacia el aeropuerto a las 2:30 a. m. sin desayunar.

• Heriberto (10/5): Estadía perfecta - El lugar es espectacular, muy cómodas las habitaciones y limpias. El área de la piscina tiene una vista espectacular. El desayuno es sumamente amplio y el personal es extraordinario. Manuela, Adolfo, Elizabeth y el resto del personal son demasiado atentos y siempre al pendiente de ofrecer cosas diferentes para probar. El personal de recepción también fueron muy atentos. Ambos restaurantes tienen un menú muy delicioso y una gran ambiente. Todo estuvo muy bien.

• Frederic (8/5): Parfait... en dehors des dîners - La chambre est belle, bien équipée, la qualité de la literie est remarquable. Les petits déjeuners buffet sont superbes, et le staff est en majorité extrêmement souriant et efficace. Un conseil : avec l'application Cabify, vous trouverez aisément un taxi pour vous emmener au centre historique (Place Botero). Mais en semaine, éviter de revenir aux heures de pointe, sous peine de quoi vous aurez beaucoup de mal à trouver un taxi acceptant la course, vu les énormes embouteillages. Le rapport qualité/prix du restaurant pour le dîner est vraiment bas. Les prix sont une plaisanterie (par rapport a ailleurs en Colombie) et les plats n'ont rien d'exceptionnel.

This time I’ve spent it relaxing in my room and ordered room service. Well, I got my order in exactly 20 min HOT with my cocktail COLD. Can’t wait to visit again.

• Ingo (8/5): The Quiet Option In Poblado - Nice place to stay in, if you look for the quiet option. Staff ( all from front desk to breakfast) very friendly, professional and helpful. Everything is well organized and exactly as advertised. Its a bit on the outer rim of Poblado on a steep slope. Unless you are fit, you'll need transport to go anywhere. I was staying 14 days so it would have been nice to get the late checkout (18:00 h) complimentary.

However, a staff member when they my stuff and stole $400 from my room. Hotel won’t look at camera footage of the incident January 15 from 3 pm and 5 pm Colombian time Staff member went thru my stuff and stole $400 from my wallet.

The view from the rooftop is amazing, so was the wellness area. The rooms are a bit old stylished. I believe that they could modernise them a bit. Receptionists could pay a bit more attention to detail (greeting guests, smile..).

La struttura è molto bella e confortevole. Il rooftop è la ciliegina con una delle migliori viste su Medallo della città.

I especially like Mr. Adolfo from the restaurant. He always make the breakfast service top notch and provides a great service. He is one of the many reasons I always come back to this hotel.

• Uriel (7/5): - The rooftop view was just fantastic, overlooking the city from high up, and though we didn't use the pool it seemed nice. Also the staff was super friendly and eager to help, both at the front desk and the dining hall. The food was tasty and the drinks were great too. If you're a vegetarian, I should also note that specifying so ("Soy vegetariano/a") might not be enough. I believe I ordered an omelette and, though I even mentioned "sin carne" (without meat), I still received ham in it. We didn't have this experience in any of the restaurants/eateries we'd been to over two weeks in Colombia, but this did happen once more at the Hilton in Bogota. So my advice is to also explicitly say sin jamon as well as sin pescado (without ham and w/o fish). Still, this was just a hiccup to an otherwise nice stay. The room itself was alright, though the a/c was right above the bed, embedded in the ceiling, which was a bit much. Additionally, the rooms aren't particularly soundproof, which is generally fine but since all the rooms on the floor are arranged around a small circular hall, if there's significant noise from one room it leaks into all the rest. We spent two nights at Binn and on the second one, a Monday, someone was throwing a party in their room blasting music all night long. We're relatively sound sleepers, so we weren't really bothered, but if you're a light sleeper I might reconsider staying here.
