Les transats au bord de la piscine Le personnel de sécurité et les porteurs pour mes bagages Un petit-déjeuner bien varié et très bon Le service de navette de l'aéroport à l'hôtel et inversement La piscine est relativement petite et des dizaines d'enfants crient. Pas tellement relaxant pour les autres.. L'organisation catastrophique. J'ai d'abord réservé une chambre, quand je suis arrivée, on m'a annoncé un upgrade. J'ai précisé que j'allais sûrement prolonger d'une nuit et on m'a confirmé que l'upgrade serait également prolongé. Le lendemain matin, lorsque je me suis présentée à la réception, le mot n'avait pas été passé, on m'a dit que je devais changer de chambre. Quand je suis redescendue pour rendre ma clé (après avoir remballé toutes mes affaires), on m'a dit que c'était maintenant en ordre. J'ai prolongé plusieurs fois et à chaque fois l'équipe du petit-déjeuner n'avait aucune trace de ma réservation,... J'ai aussi payé une caution en cash que j'ai oublié de réclamer au check out et qui, a ce jour, ne m'a toujours pas été remboursée.
- Ruth (6/5): - The upgraded side reception. The room allocated to me, the light switch for the lounge room was spoilt and it was on the whole time we couldn't switch it off. Also, there was a blackout for almost half the day. Even the standby generator went out.

- Loa (5/5): The location is a great location, however due to the unsatisfactory experience it was a rather unpleasant experience. - The apartment complex was located in a secluded area which allowed great relaxation There were several unsatisfactory outcomes: 1. The description of my room stated there would be a foldable couch bed in the living room, this was incorrect and when enquiring with the front desk staff they advised to check and get back to me, this never happened despite several follow ups. 2. Due to first point being unsuccessful, I had requested for an additional bed in which I advised to pay for upon check out, the front desk clerk advised the supervisor was on duty rounds around the hotel and would get back and return my call, my initial call was at 6:30pm, due to no call backs I called back to check at 7:30pm they advised the supervisor was still unavailable and reassured me I’d receive a call back, again due to no call back I called back again at 8:45pm, unfortunately the supervisor was still unavailable and I was unable to get a satisfactory answer and no courtesy call back until my check out. 3. Given the room was an apartment the least expected was to also provide basic cleaning appliances such as Sponge and Dishwashing liquid for the kitchen, there were several cockroaches seen during the duration of my stay which was quite unsanitary.

- Konura NAROKAI (9/5): Been going here for ages. Great service. - The staff are the best. So welcoming and ready to help. Check in is pretty quick as well. The breakfast buffet is good, and dinner buffet is also quite good. Their desserts were very nice and they make a good curry. Staff can also work around your needs - we arrived late from the airport yesterday and stopped in there for breakfast. We were just able to make the breakfast buffet and before clearing for lunch they let us know so we could go back for more helpings and then let us stay in the sizzler restaurant as they prepared for lunch. Location is great as it is near the airport, and they have a airport shuttle. Staff and location are the stand outs for me. And they have a variety of food options. ALSO - theyre always around the airport area or a short drive over so you dont have to wait. Their uniforms are a beige colour - if you dont see the attendant person at their airport the other coral sea hotel guys are usually able to contact them. I stayed in one of the older rooms and while everything worked - it could be updated. The shuttle bus should have a gateway sign or be painted gateway colours so it is easier to spot (like the old blue and white bus).
- Konura NAROKAI (9/5): - The staff are great. The wraps at that place near enzos is good. Good location near airport and short drive to VC. Shuttle bus service guys were very accomodating. Mum has disability - very willing to assist when necessary.

Need to change the beds because there are missing screws on the beds causing it to be very uncomfortable. Need more cooking utensils.

The food and drinks were also very good and added to a great overall experience. The room and bathroom did not smell fresh upon arrival, so air freshening would be helpful. Additionally, there was an air conditioner leak while it was running, which caused the bed and pillow to become wet.

- Theresa (8/5): - I liked the bathroom facilities, the smell of the shower gel and shampoo. I liked the bed and the space in the room. I liked the room light options that were next to my bed. The complimentary breakfast was really good with options to eat. To change the channel on the TV, I had to stand next to the TV and point the remote to the decoder to change channels every time. Couldn't do it from my bed. Also, every time I called Reception from my room, no one answered so I had to walk down to them. Room service didn't include the Deli and Enzo's so I had to walk down to order from there.

Find it really uncomfortable, to do my studies 🙃 😑 The Customer service was really poor, the officers who were on duty that day was not really helpful, I came down reporting the issues, they were on their phones, it was really annoying 🙄. They said to send technical team and I waited forever till morning I checked out. No help was given phone lines were out., making it difficult to place orders.

- David (8/5): Always enjoy the staff. - The location suits me for travel. The staff are always very helpful and try to ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable. I prefer a separate sheet to the doona as it gets too warm with doona on and then too cool without a sheet. Also a number of electrical fittings need maintenance.

Just some improvements, 1. Check the AC, most probably the gas ran out, was quite hot during the day. 2. The apartment did not have basic things like drinking glasses and washing detergent for the dishes. 3. During the extension of stay, the customer service didn’t check properly and said it was done only to find out I was locked out so I had to go back to reception to rebook causing inconvenience.

Coral seas need to pull up your socks. - A good apartment , great little kitchen, shower room upstairs and downstairs Good beds Good size place for a small family The aircon downstairs was hot on the first night causing uneasiness for the whole family. No extra quilt, or towels which I reported and requested for extras but there was not response till after my third call at 12am. I was told the hotel ran out of stock. Food at the restaurant was really low standard. We spent a lot of money on food which did not meet standard at all. We did not enjoy our meal at all.

- Moale Manega (4/5): - The staff were professional, warm, and attended to our concerns swiftly. I like that there are external eateries downstairs (restaurant, cafe and pizzeria) to opt for. The airport shuttle services are efficient, and only a 3 min ride to/from the airport. The rooms require thorough cleaning and targeted insect treatments. Dealing with cockroaches and ants throughout the duration of our stay in multiple areas of the room was a concern, and the carpet also asked for deep cleaning.

- Jean (3/5): Habitué à tous types d'hôtels dans le Pacifique, bien mauvaise expérience et je ne recommande pas ! - proximité avec l'aéroport 1/ Dès l'arrivée, la personne prend mon passeport et, sans m'en informer, le donne à un collègue pour aller faire une copie dans une autre pièce sans visibilité pour moi. S'agissant d'un document d'identité personnel, il est inconcevable que quelqu'un parte avec de cette manière, dans une autre pièce, sans accord préalable, et en mettant beaucoup de temps qui plus est. 2/ On m'annonce que la suite demandée, avec un lit double, n'est pas disponible. J'ai donc un downgrade sans geste commercial (une boisson offerte ?), mais cela passe encore. Sauf qu'on me donne une chambre qui donne directement sur la terrasse du bar et de la piscine, avec du bruit et pas l'intimité hotellière de rigueur. Et évidemment, clim en panne, je me retrouve avec un souffleur extrêmement bruyant... juste devant ma porte !! Ca n'a dérangé personne et j'ai dû aller expliquer que c'était mort, que j'étais très fatigué et qu'il m'était impossible de me reposer dans ces conditions. 3/ Finalement on daigne me trouver une chambre avec lit double (comme quoi, il y en avait des dispos...!) mais, cette fois, j'ai une fenêtre de type meurtrière en guise de puis de lumière, qui donne directement sur la zone fumeur des travailleurs, sur leurs rires et.. sur leur entrejambe. Bref, j'ai laissé le rideau fermé et le bruit allait, mais dans cette nouvelle chambre la connexion internet était tout simplement absente : impossible de capter quelconque réseau WiFi. Heureusement que j'avais déjà une carte SIM! 4/ Pour dîner, je suis fatigué et commande une pizza pour faire simple et rapide. Au bout de 45 minutes, toujours aucune nouvelle, je vais demander au bar et on me dit qu'ils sont chargés, ce que je peux comprendre. Mais on m'annonce alors pas moins de 45 minutes supplémentaires !!! Soit 1h30 pour une pizza jambon fromage !! Finalement, elle est arrivée au bout d'1h15, toujours 15 minutes de gagnés....
