- Cheryl (8/5): Horrible Room to an Excellent Room - I was mistakenly given Room 106 which was horrible with street noise and burning trash from the homeless all night long. From the toilet paper holder to the hair dryer everything was broken or in need of repair. The next morning I went to the front desk to ask for a new room. The staff told me that they were fully booked. Thirty minutes later the hotel manager knocked on my door really upset. He had reserved a magnificent room for my stay with air conditioning and all the amenities including a welcoming fruit basket. This excellent room had remained vacant while I had not slept a wink in an awful room. The next two nights were fabulous.

- mir (6/5): Absolutely fine but nothing more. - The bird of paradise is ok. That's just about it. It does the job. The restaurant however is excellent if somewhat slow with a small menu.
