- Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

- Juan (10/5): - Teníamos la habitación con onsen privado, que es una cabaña entera, con un onsen interior y uno exterior. Todo tatami, camas cómodas y mucho espacio. La comida muy buena y abundante. Y está en un entorno precioso, aunque para llegar desde la estación hay que caminar unos 20 minutos o coger un taxi. El personal muy atento, siempre al detalle. Perfecto para descansar y darse un capricho.

- Eunsang (10/5): 아버지 생신기념 좋은추억을 남겼습니다 - 가족탕도 좋았고 대욕장에서 별이 보이는 노천탕을 즐길 수 있어 너무 좋았습니다. 저녁식사와 아침식사 또한 쾌적한 환경에 보는맛도 즐길수있는 행복한 시간이었습니다. 방도 청결하고 주변산책로도 좋아 모든가족이 행복한 하루를 보냈습니다. 체크인때 기념일이 있으면 작성하라고 해서 아버지 70번째 생일을 적었으나 따로 어떤 언급조차 없어 아쉬웠습니다. 다른후기에 무료로 사케를 받은 분도 있다고 하는데 그외에 모든것에 만족하여 크게 불만은 없습니다
- Garry (10/5): Excellent Japanese experience with Kaiseki and onsen - Everything was phenomenal and beyond my expectations, to finally experience an authentic onsen in a town with Mt Yufu in the backdrop is a memory I’ll have forever with my partner! The staff were pleasant and amenities were very clean and quiet, while giving also a romantic secluded getaway feeling. More signage to find the hotel when turning in. Ambiguous which driveway. Could’ve been because it was raining the day I visited but I turned in on the second street after the sign.

- YULIM (10/5): 또 오고싶은 료칸 - 숙소 전망이 너무 좋았고 무엇보다 방에 있는 온천이 최고, 노천탕에 분위기있게 즐기기 너무 좋았어요. 방에 온천이있어 가족탕은 따로 이용 안했고, 대중탕도 이용했는데 깔끔하고 탕도 커서 여유롭게 즐겼음. 저녁 가이세키 요리는 잊을 수 없을 정도,,응대해주시는 직원분 너무 친절했고 추천받은 사케 중에 바이엔 사케가 깔끔하니 맛있었음. 요리가 다 특색있어서 눈과 입이 즐거웠고, 다만 배가 금방 불러서 남긴게 너무너무 아쉬웠음. 유후인버스터미널에서 걸어서 20분거리 산책할 겸 걸어가자~했는데 택시 꼭 이용하시길,,, 시골길이라 캐리어 끌기 힘들고 경사진 언덕있어서 좀 벅찼음. 택시 예약도 미리미리 하고가시길,,,금방 매진됩니다~

- mdd8 (10/5): - 80이 가까운 부모님을 보시고 누나랑 나랑 총 4명이서 4박5일을 갔고, 4박 모두 다른 숙소였지만 모두 온천에, 석식,조식 포함 예약했습니다. 여긴 식사는 1등, 온천은 3등이었어요~ 확실히 물은 벳부1등, 아소2등이었어요. 그럼에도 여기를 누나가 가장 좋았다고 말했던건 식사였습니다. 프라이빗한 공간에서 대접 받는 느낌, 음식이며 서비스며 모든 것들이 대접 받는 느낌이었습니다. 음식 맛도 여기가 단연 1등이었습니다. 정갈하고, 고급스럽고, 아기자기하고 여기에 엄청난 많은 양의 음식이었습니다. 저녁엔 무료 드링크바가 있어서 저는 여기서 아버지와 와인도 한잔했네요~ 맥주는 없고, 여러가지 독주와 와인이 있었어요~ 누나는 다시 가고 싶다고 했었어요~
- Ka Man (10/5): 這是我二訪湯布院了，今次和媽媽一起來，所以選擇梅園讓她好好享受😊 她表示非常滿意👍🏻 - 環境清幽，房間夠大，1泊2食的餐點豐富美味。距離金麟湖和湯之坪大街非常近，揸車過去都係幾分鐘時間。晚上還有Happy hour真的非常讚👍🏻 私湯和大衆浴池雖然大，但沖涼嘅地方都係室外，雖然有門但冇空調，所以好凍啊！

We love walking around from the hotel to the walking street. The staff are very kind to accommodate our food preferences and allergies. There are no photos or clear descriptions/ reviews whether we will have the shower indoor or outdoor, as the room is named open-air bath and semi open-air bath, so we are not sure about the shower as it was cold.

Il est possible de réserver un massage dans la chambre c'est très agréable

- Amanda (9/5): Beautiful traditional ryokan with modern facilities. Friendly staff. - We stayed in a room with a private bath. The room was very big with separated sleeping area from the main tatami mat. We stayed with a child which was great because we could have family baths in our own private onsen. This also allowed us to adjust the temperature of the onsen but turning the hot water taps on and off. The facility was very beautiful and modern. Staff were great. If you want your room cleaned front desk ask you to drop your key off by 11am and to not return to your room until 4 or 5 pm. I found this timing a bit ridiculous as we would like access to our room when need it.

- Lan Eng (8/5): A comfortable and pleasant stay - Great location ! Also the room size is fairly large and comfortable. The pillows were a little hard . Also the onsen is decent but a little smaller than what I expected. Also would be better if they gave larger towels in the onsen.

- Yong (10/5): 친절하고 가족들이 여행하기 좋은 숙소 - 독채로 쓸 수 있었고, 가족들이 숙박하기에 넘 좋습니다. 대욕탕의 온천은 깔끔하고 노천탕이라 사용하기 넘 좋습니다. 특히 저녁식사와 아침식사가 맛있었습니다. 저녁식사는 안경쓰신 한국인 직원분이 응대해 주셨는데 코스 요리를 친절하게 설명해주셔서 저희 가족들 전부 만족스럽게 식사할 수 있었습니다. 그 분 덕분에 저희는 유후인 바이엔이 넘 만족스러웠고, 다음에도 또 가고 싶었습니다. 온천을 맘껏 즐기고 싶어서 객실 내에도 온천탕이 있는 객실로 선택했는데 대욕탕이 밤 12시까지 이용할 수 있어서 다음엔 굳이 객실 내 온천탕은 선택하지 않을 것 같습니다. 그래도 리모델링을 해서인지 사진보다 객실 내 온천탕도 훨씬 깔끔했습니다. 근처에 산책할 수 있는 곳도 있는데 정말 깔끔하게 정리되어 있습니다. 특히 대나무숲이 인상적이라서 꼭 산책 추천합니다. 송영 서비스도 이용할 수 있어서 편하게 유후인 구경하고 숙소로 가서 체크인 했습니다

- James (10/5): Great place to stay in Yufuin - Beautiful, traditional Japanese style rooms provide an authentic experience. We enjoyed the breakfast. They did their best to accomodate my wife's gluten free diet needs. The family onsens were a nice option for privacy.
- Jeongmin (2/5): - 심각하게 자연친화적입니다. 노천탕이 딸려있는 방이었고 1박 100만원이 넘는 가격을 지불했지만 방에는 거미줄 천지, 곰팡이 냄새, 벽에 붙어있는 벌레 사체들 너무 속상하고 불쾌했습니다. 바닥에 깔아준 필로우 커버에도 불쾌한 냄새가 났습니다. 추천도 할 생각없고 재방문 의사도 절대 없습니다. 직원분들 서비스는 좋았습니다. 그리고 가족탕은 전혀 청소가 되어 있지 않습니다. 검은 곰팡이가 여기저기 끼여있습니다. 대욕탕은 벌레가 떠있는건 야외라 어쩔수없다고 생각하고, 생각보다 다른 곳에 비해 비교적 깔끔했습니다. 대욕탕이 제일 마음에 드는 부분이었습니다.

- Connie (7/5): - 酒店設計新頴，每間套房是獨立的小屋自成一角，私隱夠高。 大浴場及家庭浴場的淋浴間非常骯髒，牆壁及地面佈滿污跡，地下是用天然石塊砌成的，甚至有滑潺潺的情況，容易令旅客跌倒，十分危險。這種不整潔的程度是我多年去日本旅遊，從來未遇過的。縱使房間整潔度是OK, 但作為一間溫泉酒店，浴場不衞生，是不能接受！
