- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice Hotel! - I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, secure. Everything worked. The furnishings were not new but were in decent shape. Don’t hesitate to book here because the property is about a 15 minute walk to the riverside. Yes, in PP’s heat that may seem far, but Tuk Tuk rides via Grab are usually under $2 back and forth. Also, the distance from riverside keeps the hotel quiet at night. In addition, if your interest in PP goes beyond just boozing by the river, this hotel is actually closer to some of the city’s historical/cultural attractions. My only gripe (and it’s a minor one) is that housekeeping starts making their rounds before 9AM! While it’s best to get out early in PP, sometimes you just want to sleep in. Notwithstanding, all the staff I interacted with were pleasant, polite and efficient, including the housekeeping staff. Overall, well worth the stay.

- guillermoxxx (2/5): Poor - The hotel is relatively new, the room is large, the view is good, the breakfast is very general, basically nothing is delicious, no soy milk, no fresh milk, no cooked noodle soup, no boiled eggs (more choices in Asia), and very unhumanized One day, a friend of mine can't go to breakfast, take a meal voucher and ask someone to bring a copy (indicating that only one bowl of porridge and two slices of bread and two omelettes) can't work. Calling the manager to explain the special situation is not allowed. It is said that someone used to deceive them to pretend to be sick and take breakfast and not get sick. I just want to say that this is a serious and uncomfortable thing? Moreover, if the real situation is not verified, the past experience will be used to judge and reject the speechlessness. The meal coupon is directly wasted. The room cleaning is not every day, you need to clean yourself to go to the front desk to call people. Other aspects are OK, the little girl at the front desk said that the English person is very nice, the young man at the front desk will speak Chinese, but unfortunately he asked him how to go to the duty-free shop. He didn't know, let us call and ask. The room is also soundproof.

- I-MING (8/5): 便捷、實惠、乾淨、適合選擇入住 - 非常方便的飯店，擁有中央市場的逛物方便、舉凡海產、水果、百貨、手錶、珠宝，当地小吃……林林種種皆可选購。另外週遭方圓一公里內;有台灣人開的青葉餐廳，紅宝石餐廳早上供應(限量)的大骨湯，配越式龍幫(譯音)是绝佳好吃。三多餐飲:港式飲茶、蘭州拉麪大陸特色餐廳、吳哥烤鸭位於红宝石餐廳对面，更是一家有特色的餐飲。此外，有观光客喜愛的outlet 服飾ZON (店名)、里面舉凡POLO.BOSS.CK.……各名牌T SHIRT ,帽子、球鞋，應有盡有，价格為原廠銷售店的1/4价。住在此飯店、實在方便，有空可選擇入住
- KoPiCkOsOng (10/5): Suite Room, central location - Love the huge and clean suite room. Only 5 mintues walk to the central market and shopping center. Breakfast was limited and had to constantly ask for refilling of food. Need to improve on having more walk around and serving dishes. Highly recommended to family and couples.

- kenji (4/5): 安かろう悪かろう！ - 今回初めての利用したが、シャワーは皆さんが使用する時間帯はお湯がでません。朝か夕方が良いと思います。バスローブもついていませんので、パジャマ類を持っていくと良いとおもいます。スタッフのあまり愛想がない。
- pascaln929 (6/5): Good for one night - The good point is that it's well situated. The 3 beds room has 2 large beds and a smaller one. If you are on the street side, forget sleeping it's too noisy with the constant honking from the street. The bathroom is modern and the water flow is good. I could smell the cigarette smoke coming from another room although. The breakfast buffet has less choices than other hotels but the food is good.
- 119ravib (10/5): Excellent Choice - I stayed here for 10 days. The room was very nice, the staff and service excellent. They went out of their way to take care of me. The breakfast had a very nice variety and was fresh every day. The room was quiet, the airconditioning excellent and the location couldnt be better. One thing I noted was that in Phnom Pehn, most people ride. They dont walk. The sidewalks are full of cars, motor bikes and so to walk you have to really walk in the road with the traffic. The traffic is also very tricky because people drive on the wrong side often and move at will independent of what the traffic lights say so its not pleasant to be a pedestrian.

- Jo (6/5): Nice staff, but facilities need better maintenanc. - Stayed for one night. Staff was welcoming and nice. But a broken door knob inside the bathroom created a major hazard.

- Peetambardas (8/5): Comfortable and clean hotel - Though the hotel was new, it was good. Staff were polite and service was good. But the restaurant at the hotel said they close at about 8.00pm. For business people it is inconvenient as they cannot dine in the hotel they stay. This is one thing the hotel should look into it and consider to close the restaurant at a later time so not only business people even others can enjoy dining in the hotel..

- harrybobin13 (6/5): Standard hotel in a good location - Stayed here for two nights and it was okay for the quick trip. Had to be moved rooms initially as the safety deposit box didn't work but the staff were quick to change us and move our belongings. The second room had a hole in the ceiling above the toilet and the drain in the shower dye to work so the water seeped out and drained through a plug hole near the toilet but despite this for the small amount of time we spent there it served its purpose. Location was great only a 15 minute walk to the night markets and riverside and plenty of tuk tuks parked outside.
- roego (2/5): No reply to emails - I cannot really rate this property. Wanted to stay there but sent 1 email and I got the message back we will contact you. They dis not. So I sent another 2 to rservations and another 2 to the manager and no reply of any sort. So I went elsewhere and discovered Sen Han. And that is one of the best things that has happened to me.
- haneesazm (6/5): Clean, decent hotel in the middle of the city - The hotel is rated 2 start but it served its purpose very well for me. The surrounding area was ok, nothing dodgy but smack in the middle of the city. Plenty of tuk tuks and cabs for public transport. The Mekong River is within walking distance. Stayed here for 3 nights. Had the room with two single beds. The rooms and bathroom are actually spacious so plus points there. Comes with the usuals - kettle, mini fridge, tv, air conditioning (super cold); for the bath they had towels and face towels, toiletries and the most important item - rubber slippers. Clean bathroom and room EXCEPT there was a lost roach in our room the first night :( The bellman (he doesn't speak english btw)kindly helped us with that. At night there are obvious sounds of traffic and honking so bring your earplugs if you are a light sleeper. CONS Comes with a balcony which, quite disturbingly is accessible from others' balconies (no divider or wall in between balconies with other rooms). Be sure to bring a rubber doorstopper for this hotel.
- hfx2sea (6/5): Nothing special, just okay. - We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in November 2011. The hotel is located very close to the Central Market. It is a short tuk tuk ride or a bit of a walk to the other main tourist attractions in the city. Our room was spacious but nothing special. Fairly clean. Price was okay. Breakfast was the most disappointing part, it was included in the price of the room but not very good/fresh. There is a nice coffee shop and a fastfood restaurant in the same building as the hotel. This is the only hotel we stayed at while in Phnom Penh but we assume there are many better options out there.
- mechell_xie (2/5): No responsible and cheat hotel that i never seen in my life. - This is a very bad experian for me to choose Paradise Hotle in Phom Penh Cambodia to stay. Bad service, Rub and not education Manager, no resposible to the clients problem at all. It was also cheat on the client too. I have talked to them by phone before i make up my mind to book the room, they said if i could stay longer more than a week then they will give me some discount. but after 10days when i check out. they said there are no discount for me, because they dont know who talk to me. It is a supper LOW CLASS HOTEL that i met in my life.
