- Janice (8/5): Perfect for our one night stay. Enjoyable in every way. - Cleanliness, comfort and easy check in.
- Michael (6/5): Pleasant stay. The facilities/building was old and in need of some repairs - Good location. Quiet street with easy access to motorway Toilet cistern leaked and the fan was very noisy
- Joe (10/5): - Such a peaceful location; kitchen utensils were more than I expected, handy car park right in front of the door made unpacking and reloading the car easy; close to eatery with long trading hours

- Alexandre (8/5): -
- Wright (10/5): - Everything is great
- Mary Jane (8/5): - Lovely clean and tidy room. Comfortable setting.
Lovely garden
Clean. The bed was lumpy and the bedside light was broken.
Shower curtain......
- cam (7/5): apart from a couple boisterous guests . was good - location was within walking distance to town; great lake picturesque views the grounds and gardens around motel were neat and tidy .for an older motel it surprised me especially the bed very comfortable.the the bed should have been secured the wheels kept moving,(i fixed that by putting a thong at each end under wheels problem solved lol)
- Anne (7/5): - The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area. There was nothing we didnβt like about the room however we were not able to view the instructions to access the lockbox and key β¦ would suggest using an alternative method of sending the info (email) for travellers not using Australian phones.
- Fraser (7/5): I'll be staying again when I'm in the area. For sure. - The bathroom didn't have a window that opened, but the exhaust fan did a good job. Comfy beds, clean room, well stocked tea and coffee, plenty of hot water and a huge shower head, quiet, a nice little old motel. I liked it a lot. Two mins walk to good food at the local RSL.πππ΄ Nope. It was fine.
- Debi (8/5): - The rooms were clean and had everything we needed.
- Blake (8/5): -
- Theresa (10/5): -
- Rosalind (9/5): - Our stay was pleasant, comfortable, quiet and clean.
Would happily stay again
- Patricia (8/5): great location short walk to RSL.Will be coming back. - Quiet location.
- Michael (6/5): Comfortable, quiet and at a good price. - I found the motel clean, quiet and reasonably comfortable. For a one-night stay over it was good. There was a maintenance issue which was more of an inconvenience than a showstopper.
- Georgina (7/5): Convenient hotel at Karuah - Convenient local which broke up our car roadtrip from Canberra to the Gold Coast. The undercover parking outside the room was very appreciated with the stormy weather last night. Good shower, comfy Queen bed. Nice, simple table in the room to have a cuppa and a bite to eat. Nice, green chairs to sit in (Room 4). Also, two additional comfortable cane chairs to relax in inside the room. Plus a small outdoor table and chairs if you need fresh air. Very easy self check-in. Just FYI to management - one of the bedside table lights was slightly faulty. Worth checking the bulb and/or powerpoints. Nice, soft fresh towels, bathmat and hand towel, good air conditioning in room, simple kettle, toaster, mini fridge, microwave as promised. The powerpoint in Room 4 where we plugged in the kettle was a bit old and dodgy. Might be worth a check. Appreciated the effort to style the room with some colour and comfortable furniture and bedding. Thank you. - Faulty powerpoint as mentioned above
- The bedsheets were 50% cotton and 50% polyester. I know 100% cotton sheet are expensive but they are so nice to sleep in
- The room would be cosier with a curtain. The horizontal blinds don't close up properly which lets in outside light and does not provide complete privacy.
- Value for money. We paid $165 for one night. Next time we would explore other local options which look like they provide better value with more modern amenities.
* Running a business in this day and age is tough. All the best to you and the team for 2026. Take care.

- Greg (9/5): Great value, lovely accom....Look forward to next time! - Great option for our overnight stay. Wish we could have enjoyed the accom longer as we only had 6hrs, however, will return again in the future. Great location for our needs and good value. Great communication from Management, sending updates and after hours checkin was no problem at all.
- Deb (5/5): Very basic but convenient - It was a quick, easy stop on the drive from Queensland to Victoria. It was very expensive for what it was. The fan in the bathroom was ridiculously loud, waking others up and making it impossible to hear the TV when going. The whole room was very dated, and the bed and pillows were hard.
- Christine (8/5): -
- Diane (7/5): -
- GAIL (3/5): Stay here if you want basic - Location, clean crisp sheets No face washers in bathroom, no bathroom products, no cleaning or dishwashing products, no tea towel, queen mattress too soft, hot water was scalding hot... I got scalded. Very basic!

Instant hot water. Although the hand basin was a tad on the small side. But again overall the bathroom was clean
