When I arrived, I had to spend more than an hour before being checked in and the front desk girl was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Not only did she make me wait, she had the guts to tell me after an hour of waiting that they were fully booked and indicated that I was to be moved to another Chinese hotel despite the fact that I had already paid for my reservation through hotels.com. I refused and demanded to see the manager and after another 30 minutes, they eventually managed to provide me with a room. I will never use this hotel again, even if they were the only ones left with room availability. NEVER
