Ich hätte gerne eine 10 gegeben, aber das Badezimmer hatte einfach zu viele Mängel. Room 504. Die Dusche tropfte 24 Stunden vor sich hin...die Regendusche verkalkt...die Badezimmertür quietschte laut...das Schlimmste waren die gläsernen Duschwände...wann wurden die das letzte Mal gereinigt? Sie starrten vor Kalkflecken. Das geht so gar nicht. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber. Daher auch kein Trinkgeld.

Välkomstdrinken i skybaren var ultra färgat sodavatten, inte vad jag kallar Välkomstdrink. De gjorde en egen variant på Mojito som var avslagen och inte värd pengarna. Beställer man en Mojito så förväntar man sig en sådan.

• Karl-Werner (8/5): Super Hotel mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis - Schönes Zimmer im 5. Stock mit zwei Einzelbetten. Tolle Rooftop Bar mit Ausblick z.B. auf die Friendshipbrücke nach Laos. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbüffet mit Kaffeevollautomat. Eier werden separat zubereitet, so dass sie auch noch warm auf den Teller kommen. Die Lage nahe am Mekong und damit die Möglichkeit, die Uferpromenade entlang zu laufen. Viele Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Laute Umgebung. Nachts bis zwei Uhr dröhnende Musik in der Nachbarschaft, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.

Er bleek 2 x een reservering gemaakt te zijn. 1 x voor 1 persoon (voor 2 nachten) en 1 x voor 2 personen (voor 2 nachten, inclusief ontbijt. ik moest dan ook 2 x betalen voor dezelfde kamer. ze waren niet bereid om dat anders te regelen. zelfs niet om de 4 teveel in rekening gebrachte ontbijten terug te betalen. zie ook mijn correspondentie met het hotel. zowel booking.com als het hotel hebben zich weigerachtig gedragen.
• Stephen Bonsall (9/5): - We only stayed for one night and chose this hotel due to its location to the train station (approx 5 mins in taxi). Really nice, clean and tidy hotel. Excellent breakfast. About 20 minute walk to downtown Nong Khai though for restaurants & bars and not much around hotel. Christmas eve so noisy & drunk people in next room. No help with luggage.

Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of options. Rooftop bar was a bonus. Great place to spend an early evening watching the sunset over the Mekong.

• Adam (1/5): Don't recommend it - Not much to like. Location is okay, but not by river. Close to a few restaurants. Originally thought it was on the river from the photos, but isn't. The rooms are sparse with hardly any amenities or supplies. The air conditioning is set to turn off automatically after 3 hours. I paid for the room. Don't try to save money when I spent enough for air con. At checkout, the lady was very rude. I have her my key, and waited for confirmation and bill. I was obviously standing there waiting, and she made me wait 10 minutes while chatting on the phone, refusing to look at me. Finally another employee came by, I asked what was wrong. And finally found out I was done. But she was purposely ignoring me. attempted to stay again. Messaged the hotel to request some rooms. After 10 days, I finally asked why they hadn't replied. They said, they were now out of the requested room. No apologies, no attempts to fix the problem. I do not recommend anyone goes here.

• Veronica (7/5): Overall it was a decent hotel with friendly staff. - The communal area, especially on the ground floor is lovely. The service is friendly and good. There is a small gym with a treadmill, cross trainer and weights. Although the wifi is free it is frustrating that you have to enter a different code and pin each day, and that it does not remember you so you have to enter it multiple times per day. Breakfast options were good. Unfortunately for me the bed and pillows were too hard.
