• Darren (8/5): Overall good, spacious and clean in a decent location - Spacious and good value for money The location is central but it is on the top of a hill so getting to and from the beach or main road needs to be factored in.

Νιώσαμε όμορφα και άνετα από τις πρώτες στιγμές, σαν στο σπίτι μας. Δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε κανένα πρόβλημα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός, πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει, να μας παράσχει πληροφορίες για την περιοχή κτλ. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Όλα καλά.

• Yalçın (10/5): Perfect for families with children - Français: Bien que l’appartement soit à environ 15–20 minutes en voiture du centre de La Canée, il est très proche de belles plages. Les hôtes étaient une famille adorable. Je recommande particulièrement cet endroit aux familles avec enfants. On nous a également dit que nous pouvions utiliser la piscine de l’hôtel voisin, ce qui était un excellent avantage. Chaque chambre disposait de la climatisation, et il était très agréable de s’asseoir sur le balcon. La maison était très propre, et le parking gratuit était un vrai plus. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter. English: Although the apartment is about 15–20 minutes by car from Chania city center, it is very close to beautiful beaches. The hosts were such a lovely family. I especially recommend this place for families with children. We were also told that we could use the pool of the neighboring hotel, which was a great bonus. Every room had air conditioning, and sitting on the balcony was really enjoyable. The house was very clean, and having free parking was another advantage. We definitely recommend it. Türkçe: Hanya merkeze arabayla 15–20 dakika uzaklıkta olmasına rağmen güzel plajlara çok yakın bir konumda. Ev sahibi çok tatlı bir aileydi. Özellikle çocuklu ailelere tavsiye ederim. Ayrıca yandaki otelin havuzunu kullanma hakkımız olduğunu da söylediler. Her odada klima mevcuttu ve evin balkonunda oturmak çok keyifliydi. Ev çok temizdi, ücretsiz otoparkının olması da ayrı bir artıydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz. Français: Nous avons été satisfaits de tout et nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation. La famille hôte avait eu la délicate attention de laisser dans la maison un petit livret avec toutes sortes d’informations utiles et de recommandations. Il n’y avait absolument aucun point négatif. English: We were satisfied with everything and we definitely recommend this place. The host family thoughtfully provided a small booklet in the house with all kinds of useful information and recommendations, which was a very nice touch. There was nothing negative at all. Türkçe: Her şeyden memnun kaldık, kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz. Ev sahibi ailenin, her eve küçük bir kitapçık halinde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek bilgiler ve tavsiyeler bırakması çok ince bir düşünceydi. Perfect location with short walk to the beach and restaurants. 20-minute drive Chania. We used this place to do day trips to Balos and Falasarna beaches, Samaria Gorge. Very clean and neat place with outstanding view of the water – we highly recommend it!
• Danilo Giulio (10/5): - Casa con 3 camere da letto e 2 camere da letto 7 notti – Gruppo Both the houses are well kept and organized just as the pics show, the location is incredible with view on the seaside that can be enjoyed from the balconies (3 bedrooms house) or terrace (2 bedrooms house) both at sunrise and sunset. The sea can be reached in just 5 minutes by walk The hosts Pavlos and Rubini are very friendly and available to help you if you need information about anything like where to find shops or supermakets, which are easily reachable from the house even by foot. They also let you leave in front of the house your baggages on the last day if you have need for it In front of the house there’s plenty of space to park and also an hotel with which they collaborate to let you use the pool, also the wifi in the house works really well

• __k (7/5): Big house, 4 bedrooms, calm neighborhood - Very big home with 4 bedrooms. Nice host. Short walk to the beach, but a bit up the hill, which was nice and therefor more calm. Very little space for your belongings, no wardrobes or drawers in the bedrooms. Sometimes a bit noisy outside from kids. No dishwasher. Pictures shows a big balcony with sunbeds, from our understanding this was not accessible for us (it was for the apartment below). We had a balcony, but much smaller, not big enough for a sunbed.

The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. A special thank you to Ms. Rubin and Mr. Pavlos for their kindness and outstanding hospitality. We had a small accident on a Sunday when we accidentally locked the keys inside the apartment — and we only realized it an hour later while already far away on a planned trip. We contacted them, and they were incredibly understanding and helpful. Without any fuss, they arranged for a spare key to be placed in the masterbox so that when we returned later that day, everything was sorted and we could get back in with no stress at all. We couldn't ask for more

• Marta (10/5): Exceptional - very nice place, clean, very good location, the owner was great and provided us with everything we asked, apartment had everything we needed and was even cleaned after few days by the staff. highly recommend! the bedrooms was very dark as there was no window in one, and small basement type window in another. i know it's not the owner's idea but putting paper into the trash and not toilet is disgusting :(

• Antonio (10/5): Absolute gem of a place, everything was ready and available for us on (early) arrival, Pavlos and Rubini are wonderful - Well positioned, beautiful views and excellent attention to detail, all comforts and amenities available. The place looks exactly as the pics show - very comfortable and spacious. The driveway goes up a steep little hill- tests your fitness walking up and down there.

I liked the area a lot Agia Marina is the best. The place could have been more clean and also please remember you are like a hotel and you need to provide all cleaning items just like a hotel. Soap, Shampoo, conditioner and creams. Sometimes one time use slippers are welcomed! Not a lot more expense but makes your guests feel pampered and safe.

• Liudas (10/5): Spacious and comfortable apartment with a sea view near the beach and main street - Rubini homes apartment is nice and spacious with a terrace with a beautiful sea view. The apartment was comfortable for our 5 person family. The main street with the local shops, supermarkets and lots of tavernas, cafeterias and beach with various beach clubs and bars and was only 5-10 min walk. The owner met us and gave the main information about the apartment and the town and surroundings - the communication was excellent. It was a great experience to stay in this apartment and Agia Marina resort town.

• Stella (10/5): Exceptional - The view is stunning, the photos don't do it justice. The apartment is huge and had more than enough room for our family of 6. It's honestly a bargain for the space you get. The location is at the quieter end of Agia Marina but still within a short walk of loads of amazing restaurants in either Stalos or Agia Marina. It was better for us as the beach was less crowded and much easier to get sunbeds. Nothing much. There's a bit of a steep climb to the apartment, which was fine for me, my husband and our kids but my mum found it a bit difficult. Using the bridge to get across the road definitely helped though. The closest mini market is a bit expensive and doesn't have much choice, there were better ones if you walked a bit further into either Stalos or Agia Marina.

• Barry (9/5): Superb - As we landed at the airport we rang the host as advised and he was there waiting for us as we arrived in the taxi. We were a delayed flight at we didn't arrive until around 11pm so were really grateful for him meeting us that late with the keys. The apartment is exactly as described and has stunning sea views from the balconies. The location is superb as surrounded by restaurants and it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The walk to the town and the beach is down a very steep road so if you have walking difficulties you might find this a challenge. It is a short walk but the gradient is quite severe. The benefit of this however are the stunning views and it is a small price to pay.

The hosts were so very kind and professional, making sure we had everything we needed for our vacation. The location was perfect for our stay on Crete. Perfectly situated for either strolling shops and restaurants or as our homebase for day trips all around the island.
