- Leanne (5/5): Terrible customer service - The facilities were very good & the children had a nice time On the final 3 nights of our stay, the Friday foam party for the children was cancelled, 31 October. Due to a party for the local people which went on late into the night. Music so loud that our 4 children could not sleep. Sally at the hotel offered our family to go to the sister hotel, as she said Grand Aquarium would be extremely busy & the children probably wouldnt enjoy their night & that there would be nowhere to sit. This then led to the same situation the following night, meaning that again, we had to go elsewhere for the evening. It was a huge inconvinience & we were not offered any compensation for the inconvinience. We would like some form of compensation, as a result of the above issues. Extremely dissapointed, given this was a family holiday, with children. Please advise how you intend to resolve this with us?
- nick (4/5): Shocking way to treat guests - The property was quiet and very nice up until they decided to throw a 2 day staff party for over 250 please with no prior warning.. All loungers were removed, all facilities were off limits to paying guests and that included the restaurant Absolutely ridiculous, will never go back there Beds were extremely uncomfortable

- Linn (10/5): - All personal gör verkligen semestern helt underbar på detta ställe. Det är som att komma till sitt andra hem. Dom är så familjära och hjälpsamma hela tiden. Underhållningen är så rolig och man har alltid kul. Rummen är helt fantastiska, även restaurangen och alla andra ställen på hotellet. Jag rekommenderar verkligen att åka hit.

- Wendy (7/5): Enjoyed our stay - we ordered a turkish breakfast and we had to order a cup of turkish tea as extra which is very unusual as tea is a staple part of the turkish breakfast experience. The tea also cost 110 lira per tea glass which is about 100% more than purchasing this outside of a hotel. The breakfast itself was good and we enjoyed this. The cost of the tea, not enough sun loungers around the pool/

- Ahmed (9/5): Great Hotel Experience - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, my daughters enjoyed swimming. Also lifeguard was always present, which made it feel very safe. The SPA was excellent — I had a massage at the spa with a male therapist — it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Very professional and relaxing. recommended! Nothing

- Hena Mariyam (10/5): - The property is very good for value. The pool is close to the apartments and also they have got a water slide; kids enjoyed a lot in the heated pool and water slide. Apartments have all the basic amenities and the kitchen has got all utensils required for cooking. Unlike 5 star resorts , where you have to walk a lot to get from one area to another; everything is very nearby.The staff have been very helpful as well.Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Grand Aquarium!!! The only downside is that it’s not in the main town area rather a bit interior into the village area but all the places are accessible either with public transport / taxi / we hired 3 wheeler electric bike !

- Canan (2/5): Not a place I’d stay for a vacation but was good enough for a one night stay if you’re just traveling through. - Rooms newly renovated and clean. Air conditioner extra charge. One that was included stopped working at 3am had to call front desk to turn back on. No shampoo /conditioner/ wash in rooms.

Rooms are cleaned regularly, setting is picturesque. Hot tub on balcony Card system to pay is a night mare having to keep topping up. Food in the restaurant was average at best and more expensive that what would pay in the UK. Imported beers way over priced as well. Slide only in use during set times

The interior was very elegant and modern. We had a room with pool view which was so beautiful. The surroundings pf the hotel were beautiful too with lots of flowers. It isn't possible for a hotel not to have Internet in the rooms. The safe was for money,the ac was for money,the weighing machine was for money, the prices in the hotel are insane its not to be considered a hotel but a chalet

The hotels service was excellent cleaning service brilliant the veiws again amazing the spa and wellness gym very good & turkish bath and massage stunning thankyou so much to everyone we will 100% be back next year Only thing i could say it that just because we came before season started the nights are still a little cold would of like a little more of a thiker blanket and quilt

- Marie (5/5): Not my type of hotel to stay at - There was a supermarket across the road. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, the AC was only placed in the living room area so we were feeling hot and irritated during our stay. The apartment was small. The pool area was also small and the feeling at hotel was very closed in. Thankfully we only stayed for a few hours and left to another hotel.

Hotel was ok for the price budget hotel. Really expensive. Could have ate in mayfair london for cheaper. Be sure to ask for the price first. They will try and sel you another room for more money. Would not come back to marmaris again. They have a menu for tourist and a menu for locals. £3.50 for a small can of come and thats everywhere. Ac your onyl allowed one on the room if you want another one youbhave tonpay £45 extra per week. Wifi only avaialbel im the communal areas and not in the rooms Extra £10 daily for room wifi Better to get all inclusive Be warned.

Very bad The checking desk they tell that there is no Booking four m'y family the hôtel manager Comes After 25 minutes later and tell to me we will arrange one room for you ... We have to wait from 14:30 until 17:55 at the réception desk... The hôtel manager tell to me you Can use our restaurant while waiting the room... But we was surprised to pay extra more than we expect and to pay also for the food ( Hôtel was responsable for check in delay) No apologies from any one ..... Vert very Bad experience with poor management .. ...

We stayed before in May 2022 and the staff in the restaurant & bar where fantastic. unfortunately they have all been replaced and the atmosphere & service have gone downhill.

- Remzi Cemal (8/5): 90lıları yaşamak isteyenler için harika odalar - Tesis olarak açılış yıllarında eminim güzel ve moderndi ama odalar zaman makinesi gibi. Mobilyaları olsun, renkler, eski 90lılarda modern olan mermerler, perdeler herşey 90lardan kalma. Hiç modernizasyona yatırım yapılmamış. Duvarlar kağıttan ince komşuların her konuştuğu duyuluyor. Sabah işçiler camın önünde sigara içip sohbet ediyorlar sanki odanın içindeler okadar ses geliyor. Havuz bölümü, havuzların direkt balkonun önünde olması güzel. Ama dediğim gibi acil bugünlere uygun modernizasyona ihtiyacı var. WiFi var diyorlar ama odalarda yok, sadece balkonda yani havuz kenarında. Yalan söylesek başımız ağrımaz türünden. Tekrar geleceğimi düşünmüyorum ama yinede havuzda ailece eğlendik.

O kadar rahatsız oldukki gece uyumakta zorlandık. Tamam fiyat uygundu ve bizde sadece kalmak için odaya gelir kullaniriz dedik ama onu bile yapamadık. Rahah rahat uyumak imkansız. Klima zaten ucretli. Odalar temizlenmiyor. Havlular pis. Bir daha asla kalmayacagimiz bir otel. Sadece havuza vs özen gostermisler. Asıl misafirlerin konforuna otelin içine özen gostermelisiniz. En azından temizliğe.

- Fatih (4/5): Décevant - Bonjour ayant réservé pour une semaine je n'ai pu que rester 6 jours sur les 7 réservés. Le 6ème jour il ya eu un feu dans la nature et qui c'est propagé dans tous la ville ainsi que l'hôtel. Tout les clients ont fuit y compris nous. Aucun membre de hôtel n'a pu nous diriger sur une autre solution d'accueil. C'est pour cela que l'on a du quitté la ville avec regret. Jai du réservé d'urgence un autre hôtel a une autre ville qui les frais on été très importante.

Despite of accepting to pay the extra amount, they switched off the air conditioner in our room in the middle of the night and I had to go down to front desk, spend half an hour to fix this issue. There are no elevators and you need to carry your luggage all the way up to higher floors.
