Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité de l'accueil de Massimo qui nous a prodigué d'excellents conseils et était très réactif sur WhatsApp. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez des amis et ne manquerons pas de revenir lors d'un prochain séjour à La Spezia. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir les Cinque Terre en bateau et/ou en train (embarquement bateau et train entre 5 et 10 mn à pied). Très pratique également pour découvrir le Golfe des Poètes. Un séjour inoubliable chez des personnes adorables. -

In una zona centralissima di La Spezia, perfetta per raggiungere i mezzi. Cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale e fermata del bus per Porto Venere letteralmente sotto casa. Nonostante la centralità della stanza, il traffico notturno è abbastanza ridotto e le finestre sono insonorizzate, consentendo di dormire senza alcun rumore. Inoltre l'host Massimo è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza! Ci ha contattato già da prima del nostro arrivo e ci ha spiegato in loco tutte le informazioni necessarie, oltre ad essere estremamente simpatico! Ci ha permesso anche di lasciare gratuitamente i bagagli in struttura, dopo il check out, per non doverli portare appresso tutto il giorno. Se tornassi a La Spezia, prenoterei nuovamente senza battere ciglio. Consiglio assolutamente per le coppie in viaggio! nulla di rilevante... non si apriva tutta la persiana della camera. Per il resto niente da segnalare!

• Daniel (10/5): Perfect stay - The accommodation itself was really nice, clean and comfortable, we got there everything what we needed, but what gives to this place its spark is definitely its host. He made us feel really welcomed and made our stay here even more enjoyable. It is really pleasant to see someone who does their job with all their heart and passion. And that’s exactly the feeling we had when we stepped in there. We didn’t have to worry about anything. Everything was prepared and explained very clearly. Even with surprise! If we come back here again, we will definitely choose this place again. + Clean + Comfortable + Near train central station + Easy check in and communication with host + Bathtub + Towels + The atmosphere of the place

Una vez dentro nos encantó como tiene decorada la habitación y todas las prestaciones. La cama es muy cómoda, el aseo muy completo y tiene un aire acondicionado que funciona genial.

Un très bon point malgré tout pour la li - La propreté, le confort de la literie, des bouteilles d’eau dans le réfrigérateur, l’accueil du propriétaire . Le passage du propriétaire pour changer le linge de toilette. L’accusation à peine voilée du propriétaire considérant que nous avions fumé dans la chambre. Non Monsieur, ma femme n’a pas fumé dans la chambre ni dans le sas d’entrée ni dans le hall d’entrée. Elle a fumé dans la rue. Et si vous avez trouvé des mégots dans la poubelle c’est qu’elle ne jette jamais ceux-ci dans la rue en France comme en Italie. Je ne vois pas comment cela pouvait sentir la cigarette dans la chambre. Un problème avec le volet qui ne tient pas ouvert ( problème d’attache ).

Cinzia e Massimo si sono mostrati, fin dalle primissime comunicazioni, davvero gentili, accoglienti e professionali. Hanno sempre accolto le nostre richieste. Durante il check-in Cinzia ci ha dato molti consigli e suggerimenti riguardanti i posti da esplorare. Torneremo a La Spezia e sceglieremo nuovamente questa struttura come soggiorno per le nostre vacanze liguri. Grazie di cuore.
• Lara (10/5): Mejor apartamento de La Spezia. - El trato cercano, las recomendaciones, la atención de Mássimo. La situación también es genial, cerca de todo y al mismo tiempo tranquila. El silencio y la calma del apartamento, hemos descansado muchísimo y muy bien. Nos tocó la habitación Marinera, totalmente acorde con nuestro viaje en el Golfo de la Spezia y las Cinque Terre. Nada nos disgustó.

The room is like a dream — absolutely nothing to complain about, spotless clean! Equipped with everything you could possibly need, close to the train station, and very close to the city center. The location of the room is extremely convenient as La Spezia centrale railway station is just a 10 minute walk away. The lock system was not at all complicated which made us feel safe and convenient. I also liked the fact that our host gave us really good recommendations for places to visit. I recommend this place to anyone who's visiting Cinque Terre or La Spezia. There weren't much cooking facilities such as a microwave or stove

We also appreciated the room being made up on 3 out of the 4 days. It was very clean and quiet. Massimo and Cinzia were very kind and met us nearby to walk us to their place. The room was dark because of the position of the window. A balcony would have been nice to have too.

• Robert (10/5): One of the most pleasant hotel staff during our month in Italy. - Massimo went above and beyond! He was on the sidewalk outside to greet us. He helped with the luggage and then joined me in our car to find free parking. He recommended a restaurant that was one of the best dinners that we had in Italy. He was jovial, friendly and accommodating. If we travel to La Spezia again we will absolutely book again. The "in-house" availability of a minimal breakfast...but not critical since there are nearby shops.

The location is great, close to the train station, restaurants and even a huge market outside the door on one of the days I was there. Having the train station was great for trips to Cinque Terre, also close is the harbour for boat trips to Cinque Terre, which was very pleasant. Massimo helped so much with this boat trip and even sent me directions to the boat. My "Shabby Chic" room was very well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Being an "old" guy on one of my first trips travelling alone, again Massimo was so helpful with his suggestions and kindness. Will definitely stay there again when in the area. Leaving...

There were other little touches like tea and coffee, plenty of towels and black out blinds. The hosts go above and beyond! So friendly, helpful and responsive. I can’t recommend this accommodation enough. Nothing! It was our favourite accommodation.

Massimo contacted me the day before my stay, and we kept in contact as I was arriving and throughout the duration of my stay. He greeted me as I approached the stay for check-in. Massimo and his wife’s hospitality were spectacular! Massimo went over a map of La Spezia with me and provided a few nearby recommendations. Sweet Dreams is in an ideal location, with Dolce Magie (incredible pastry shop) within a few minutes walk, a daily produce market within a 5 minute walk (except Sundays), 10 minute walk to La Spezia Centrale, and a 15 minute walk to the harbor, if you want to talk the ferry to Cinque Terre (I highly recommend!). My room in Sweet Dreams was very comfortable and the location is pretty quiet. I was very well taken care of at Sweet Dreams, and it was the perfect home base while I explored the Cinque Terre! I recommend this stay to anyone looking to stay in La Spezia or wanting to explore the Cinque Terre, without as large of crowds. The location is mostly quiet, with the exception of Fridays with the street market, which was pretty loud and made the street incredibly crowded and more overwhelming to get where I wanted to go. This is no fault of the owners, just something for other travelers to be aware of. Otherwise, my stay was perfect!

The room was clean and tidy. The bed was perfect for our backs. Nice to have a jacuzzi as well. Massimo and his wife were amazing and very helpful. Massimo gave a lot of great suggestions for restaurants and stuff to do. Overall a very good experience and I highly recommend it! Nothing.

Very clean rooms, jacuzzi in bathroom was v welcome after a long day at 5 Terre! No major criticism of room. Mattresses were a little too hard for our taste, but may be fine for others. Soundproofing between bedrooms not great, we could hear our neighbour go for a wee! 😂 Biggest criticism would be the price which we felt didn’t represent value for money.

The bed was comfortable, the windows were impermeable, the shower and the bathroom in general were great. The connecting wall to the other room was rather thin, so if you have noisy neighbours, you will hear everything.

The room was comfortable, quiet at night, and super clean. This was a good home base from which to visit Cinque Terre, <10 minute walk from the train station. The only hard part was carrying suitcases up a medium flight of steps to get to the level of the apartment. Other than that, great!

He contacted me before we reach Spezia, help us all the way, made good suggestions. It is a family hotel, everything is exactly like in photos. he thought everything even the mosquito protection. His wife is cleaning room like her own house. So i couldn't imagine a better hotel. If i come La Spezia again, definitely i will stay here again 😇🙏 The only negative thing is, between 2 room there is no acoustic isolation. You can hear easily. But not a big problem for us👌

• Alix (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. After a busy day of work, running around everywhere in the heat, Sweet Dreams was like a little haven of peace, quiet and cool. Massimo and his wife are the loveliest hosts ever, full of suggestions for things to do and see. And the place is located right near the centre and the train station. Perfection. Absolutely nothing!
