• Carina (5/5): Basic is what it is and that you are guaranteed. - Location was great for my trip. Lighting above bed was useful. Good to have check out at 11am as it gave me time in the morning to plan the day. No toiletries No coffee / tea making facilities. I became resourceful and found a shop on Edgware Road and purchased a kettle for my hotel stay. Thankfully I had a cup and I tend to travel with herbal tea bags. No side bed table. Bed was not very comfortable but ok for one night. No lift and men at reception do not help or offer to help with luggage.
• catharina (1/5): - Everything was horrible. Bedsheets were dirty and used, the bathroom was dirty and really not hygienic. we stayed one night thn we literally fled. I told the reception guy and he didn't care. The street is full of other hotels, don't go here.

La camera non è dotata di asciugacapelli, bagnoschiuma e shampoo, ma ha solo una piccola saponetta per le mani che non cambiano durante il soggiorno. Non cambiano le lenzuola e danno solo il telo per la doccia. Non c'è telo per viso. Si sentono tutti i rumori delle camere di fianco
• Pablo (2/5): Experiencia horrible: poco espacio, mala higiene e instalaciones muy deficientes - La ubicación Nos sentimos estafados en todo momento con el alojamiento. En primer lugar, las condiciones de la habitación son pésimas. No cabíamos dos personas de pie a la vez, la puerta del baño no llegaba a abrirse del todo porque chocaba con la pila del baño. Las camas parecían más unas esterillas de acampada, te clavabas los muelles al tumbarte y no estaban limpias. La cadena del baño no tenía suficiente presión y fuerza para tragar el papel. Igual que la presión del agua de la alcachofa de la ducha, era mínima. Yo como mujer con pelo largo era imposible lavárselo porque caía muy poco caudal. No había secador de pelo. Las toallas estaba sucias todas y las apilaban en el suelo del pasillo. Por no ser suficiente, en Booking nos ofrecieron la opción de desayuno incluido y cuando le preguntamos al recepcionista su respuesta fue “lo siento, no ofrecemos desayuno porque no tenemos cocina”. Es decir, pagamos por un servicio que no existía. Muy descontentos y no lo recomendaría a nadie. Cuando te recorres una ciudad tan grande como Londres lo que necesitas al llegar al alojamiento es una ducha y descansar en una cama cómoda. En este lugar ambas cosas son inexistentes.

• Aguirre (1/5): Pésima, sucia y muy muy incómoda. - No me ha gustado nada. Durante la noche sonó la alarma de incendios. Por lo visto todas las alarmas están conectadas y si alguien fuma dentro de la habitación saltan todas las alarmas. La cama tiene que tener por lo menos 20 años. Todos los muelles del colchón te los clavas al dormir. He dormido en albergues más cómodos con diferencia. Las instalaciones estaban muy sucias, el baño tenía moho y la ducha estabais pero que muy sucia. A las 4 de la mañana sonó la alarma de incendios por una persona del hotel que fumó. Nos despertaron a todos y no te reembolsan nada. No repetiría por muy buena ubicación que tenga prefiero pagar algo más pero tener algo de calidad para dormir, ya que después de un día intenso por la ciudad de Londres el cuerpo pide descanso y en esta estancia no se logra descansar bien. No te hacen la habitación.

• Andy (8/5): - The bed was comfortable the shower was great the location is fantastic I've stayed here 3/4 times now it's all about the price £236 for 4 nights is tremendous in London Well being on the top floor wasn't great but to be fair the manager offered me another room so please don't take that as a criticism just be aware it's a decent climb lol 🤣

• Natasha (5/5): If it’s just for one night then this place is okay, and I would say it’s worth dealing with it due to the good location. - The location was really good, very central and close to the tube and Paddington. The mattress was very uncomfortable, full of springs, thin, and very noisy when moving. There was no soap in the bathroom and no spare toilet roll, the roll we had was already almost empty when we arrived. The shower had lots of hair stuck to the wall and floor. We asked to leave our suitcases there for a few hours when we checked out, which they did but just left them under a table in an open corridor that anybody could access. This isn’t very good security at all.

• Ida (7/5): Du får det du betaler for. Fin plassering. - Super plassering og kjempe hyggelig personale. Me fekk sjekka inn mykje tidligare enn avtalt. Fekk ekstra håndkle når me spurte etter. Dusjen var ein spøk. Trykket var som ein svakt sildrande bekk. Vasken kunne du velga mellom varmt vatn i krana på venstre sida og kaldt vatn i krana på høgre, dei nådde ikkke bort til kvarandre. Det var heller ingen dokost.

• Areosa (1/5): - La ubicación no está del todo mal La lista es larga, las instalaciones dan pena, en la recepción tenían cintas en los sofás para que nadie se siente, la habitación estaba en el subsuelo, con una ventana pequeña a un patio de luz, el baño horrible y con el duchero lleno de moho que a penas salió un chorrito de agua, el extractor cuando encendía parecía que se caía y hacia un ruido muy molesto. Las sabanas y mantas para que comentar, el colchón sería de cuando se inauguró el hotel ( de muelles y extremadamente blando), el personal de recepción viendo el móvil sin prestarte atención. LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA EN MATERIA DE HOTELES QUE HE TENIDO!!

Otherwise room was spacious enough but very basic. No toiletries only one small bar of soap. No coffee or tea making facilities.bed was like a thin mattress sofa bed so sadly it was not comfortable and the room was a little cold.

• Eline (3/5): Slecht - Goeie locatie. Onvriendelijk personeel, erg kleine kamer met nog kleinere badkamer waar zelfs geen zeep te vinden was. Heel kleine en smal bed met een matras die geen matras was. Nooit meer dit hotel voor mij. Badkamer was ook erg vuil, overal haren en vlekken te vinden.

The corridor reeked of cigarettes, as someone must have been smoking in their room. The curtain finishes were dusty. There were random long hairs on the bed and towels. The towels also had various stains on them. The lights didn’t work properly either.

• Milva (4/5): Sucio - La ubicación es muy buena. Tiene buena conexión de transporte público y, para los que nos gusta caminar, está a poco más de 1 hora de las principales atracciones. También me gustó mucho la amabilidad del personal de recepción. Siempre muy atentos y dispuestos. La habitación era minúscula y estaba sucia. Tenía tierra acumulada de tiempo debajo de la cama, y la zona de la ducha tenía hongos. El baño era, literalmente, una cabina prefabricada instalada dentro de la habitación. Estuve 5 días y NADIE ni siquiera pasó a recoger la basura. Tuve que hacerlo yo misma. Ni hablar de limpiar la habitación. Nadie la limpió en 5 días ni cambió las toallas ni las sábanas. Mala iluminación. No hay luz en la mesa de noche. El colchón ya no tenía espuma. Se me clavaban los resortes en la espalda. Pésima relación precio-calidad. Un abuso.
