Suvi (9/5): - Tosi viihtyisä ja oikein kauniiksi laitettu majoitus ja ympäristö! Yllätti meidät positiivisesti ja hinta-laatusuhte oli tosi hyvä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Autolla pääsi hyvin liikkumaan kaikkiin lähikaupunkeihin ja rannoille. Majoitukseen sisältyi myös parkkipaikka. Vessa oli ajoittain epäkunnossa eikä oikein vetänyt. Muuten kaikki oli loistavasti.

donna (8/5): Superbly decorated room, immaculate setting with lovely pool - The location was as advertised - a little distance from beach. There are some restaurants to walk to along main road. We thought it was self catering but there wasn't a kitchen. But there was a full size fridge so that was ok. The bar was very reluctant to take credit cards - only cash

Dila (6/5): - It is nice if you are planning to stay in the hotel and use the pool only. Food delivery available to hotel which was convenient. Tzambika beach is close with a short drive. Nice terrace. They put treats - drinks etc in the room for free. Need to rent a car, otherwise difficult to walk to the closest beach. If you need assisstance from staff difficult to find them around. Food was overpriced therefore we preferred to eat outside.

Claudia (10/5): Tolle kleine Anlage mit wunderschönem Poolbereich und super netten Gastgebern - Die ganze Anlage, das Frühstück aber vorallem die tolle familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Besitzer und alle Angestellten sind unfassbar nett - wir kommen bestimmt wieder !!!

Heli (10/5): Viihtyisä ja siisti hotelli, lämmin ja ystävällinen palvelu - Hotelli oli todella viihtyisä, siisti, tyylikäs ja tunnelmaltaan kodikas. Hotellin omistaja & henkilökunta olivat ystävällisiä ja avuliaita ja meillä oli tervetullut olo. Olimme kohteessa lokakuun puolivälissä, jolloin hotelli oli jo hyvin hiljainen. Aamupalalla ja uima-altaalla oli meidän seurueemme lisäksi vain muutamia ihmisiä. Ihanan rauhallista ja tilavaa, siis. Aamiainen oli tuore ja hyvä. Joka aamu oli vastapaistettuja kananmunia tai vuoroaamuin munakasta. Aamupala ei ollut valtavan laaja, mutta oikein riittävä ja herkullinen. Sviitissä oli kaksi makuuhuonetta ja iso, kalustettu parveke, joten tätä voi suositella isollekin perheelle. Yksityinen poreallas kattoterassilla oli ihana lisä, mutta lokakuussa vesi ja ilma olivat sen verran jo viilentyneet, että poreallas jäi pääosin käyttämättä. Sviitin keittiössä oli hyvä varustelu ja koska lähellä on iso ruokakauppa, huoneistossa oli helppo valmistaa välipaloja myös itse. Hotellin ravintolasta tilasimme yhtenä iltana grilli-illallisen, joka valmistettiin silmiemme edessä hiiligrillissä. Hinta-laatu-suhteeltaan erinomainen illallinen, jota voi suositella. Hotelli sijaitsee ison Rodos-Lindos-tien varrella, joten kävelyreitti hotellilta ravintoloihin kulki ison ja vilkkaan tien viertä, mikä ei ollut kaikkein mukavinta etenkään lasten kanssa. Toisaalta hotellilta oli helppo lähteä matkaan vuokra-autolla ison tien ansiosta.

Päivi (10/5): Lapsiperheen paratiisi! - Rauhallisuus, turvallisuus, siisteys! Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen. Aamiainen oli runsas, monipuolinen. Sijainti vilkkaan autotien läheisyydessä ja sijainti sen verran syrjässä, että auton vuokraaminen oli tarpeen.

Flesje wijn, bosje bloemen én water/frisdrank/bier in de koelkast: heel attent! Uitgebreid ontbijt met meer dan voldoende keuze. Iedere dag schoonmaak en schone handdoeken. Centraal gelegen. Je hebt wel een auto nodig, want er ligt niets op loopafstand. Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Mooi, goed onderhouden zwembad en terrein. Zeer aan te bevelen!! Niets

Katharina (10/5): Liebevolle, familiär geführte Wohlfühloase - Eine wirklich tolle kleine Ferienanlage mit Meerblick. Alles ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Johannes und seine Familie sind hervorragende, herzliche Gastgeber. Man kann sich einfach nur wohlfühlen dort. Besonders gefallen haben uns auch die gemeinsamen Abende, an denen die Familie uns mit leckerem griechischen Essen verköstigt hat. Die Hauptstraße hört man durch die etwas zurückgelegene Lage gar nicht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Die Anlage an sich ist super schön, man findet immer ein Plätzchen 😊 Der Weg zum Strand ist auch leicht zu finden und man geht nicht lange. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist ein Supermarkt, in dem man alles bekommt, was man braucht. -

Umberto (10/5): Torneremo a trovarvi!!! - La struttura ha un'ottima posizione, a metà strada tra Rodi e Lindos e vicina alle spiagge piu belle. Vicino alla struttura c'è un supermercato ben fornito e a pochi minuti di macchina molti ristoranti. La struttura è molto pulita, ben curata e gestita in maniera eccellente. La nostra camera (una quadrupla), aveva arredamenri nuovi, ampi spazi, due zone ben divise, un bagno con una doccia ampia e funzionale, una splendida terrazza per godersi il panorama. Tuttavia la differenza l'hanno fatta Stamos, suo padre e tutto lo staff, sempre cordiali, sempre disponibili a dare consigli sull'isola, presenti ma mai invadenti. Da non perdere la serata bbq! Torneremo a trovarvi!!! Tutto perfetto

It was clean, nice staff, nice rooms similar to the photos you see on booking. The pools were nice, good for families with kids. The breakfast was ok, nothing too major. Lacks of diversity. We couldn't choose the type of apartment via booking. There are different types, I wish there an option to choose.
Naki (10/5): Ein angenehmer schöner Urlaub in Rhodos - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett. Sie haben mich wie ihre eigene Familie empfangen. Es gibt eine Bar unten im Pool und ganz viele Liegen und Tische zum sitzen. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön. Mein Zimmer war sauber und das Bett war angenehm zum schlafen. Es gibt eine Mini-Bar mit Wasser und Getränke. Kaffee und Tee gab es auch im Zimmer. Die Dusche sauber und neu. Viele Parkplätze vorhanden für Autofahrer. Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur paar Minuten entfernt gibt es schon den Afantou Beach, sehr schöner Strand und ganz natürlich. Was ich aber für alle hier empfehle ist das Tsampika Beach. Ein Traum nur 15 Fahrminuten entfernt vom Johannes Apartments. Natürlich gibt es auch köstliches griechisches Essen in der Nähe. Im gesamten bin ich sehr zufrieden und werde definitiv wieder kommen, dass nächste mal bisschen länger sogar. Danke nochmals für das ganze Team. Es hat mich sehr gefreut, solche nette Menschen kennenzulernen. Ach ja und noch eine Information, die Gastgeber können ganz gut Deutsch sprechen 😄

Gospodarze są wyjątkowi, zawsze znajdą dla Ciebie czas, wiesz że zawsze ktoś jest na kogo możesz liczyć. Otoczenie obiektu jest bardzo kameralne, budynki są doskonale zlokalizowane tworzące poczucie zamkniętej przestrzeni, urządzonej z wyczuciem i z wysoką dbałością o urok miejsca. Od pierwszego momentu kiedy pojawiliśmy się na miejscu poczuliśmy się mocno zrelaksowani i oswojeni z otoczeniem. Obiekt położony jest w dogodnej lokalizacji, pozwalającej na szybkie wypady do okolicznych atrakcji. Nic nie przychodzi mi do głowy, wszystko było super.

Michael (10/5): Herzlichkeit, Freundlichkeit & gute Laune - Wir sind noch NIE so herzlich voller guter Laune bei einer Anreise begrüßt worden. In unserem Zimmer mit Whirlpool war zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein & eine gefüllte Minibar ohne Berechnung vorzufinden. Diese kleinere familiäre Anlage wird vorbildlich geführt. Das Frühstück hat eine tolle frische Auswahl. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die Dinner Abende „Greek Dinner by Mama“ oder „Greek BBQ Night“, unglaublich lecker. Man fühlt sich vor Ort nicht wie im Hotel sondern wie zu Gast bei Freunden. Alle Mitarbeiter versprühen 24/7 gute Laune. Wir freuen uns wenn wir nochmals Urlaub auf Rhodos machen sollten wieder dort zu buchen. Lieber solch tolle Familienbetriebe buchen als große überfüllte Ketten.
Ümit (10/5): Immer gerne wieder - Es ist extrem sauber. Super schön aufgebaut. Ganze Poolbereich wurde sehr modern gestaltet. Liegen sehr komfortabel und alles sehr sauber. Es gibt auch einen Kinderpool und es liegen auch sehr viele Spielzeuge, Pool Spielzeuge bereit. Wir hatten zwei liegen auf unserem Balkon mit einem herrlichen Ausblick. Ich hab echt nichts auszusetzen, es hat mir wirklich sehr gefallen
antonio (10/5): Stamos è un perfetto padrone di casa - Siamo rimasti altri 2 giorni in questa struttura eccezionale. Le foto rendono benissimo l'idea, ma dal vivo vi assicuro che è ancora meglio! L'accoglienza di Stamos e Padre non hanno eguali: cordiali, amichevoli e sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Veramente un plus da non sottovalutare. E poi la serata BBQ del venerdì sera con Stamos alla griglia è assolutamente da non mancare! Grazie di cuore per il soggiorno bellissimo, torneremo a trovarvi sicuramente. Tutto eccezionale

Tranquillità totale, non si avvertono minimamente le altre persone. Appartamenti puliti, moderni, insonorizzati e perfettamente inseriti nel contesto naturale. Accoglienza del personale eccellente (Stamos e Padre eccezionali!!). Serata BBQ del venerdì sera consigliatissima. Tutto perfetto

tahaoglu (7/5): bon séjour, hôtel moderne et cosy - Le personnel était très sympa, la piscine est agréable surtout pour les familles avec enfant comme nous, le site est magnifique et la vue donne sur la mer(de loin) mais c'est appréciable, la plage d'Afantou est à 1km à pied, peu fréquenté nous avons passé 1 belle journée Le petit déjeuner n'est pas varié et limité en choix c'est très dommage, de plus nous avions une forte odeur de remontée dans les toilettes/salle de bain = très désagréable L'hôte a cherché à solutionner en mettant un désodorisant mais ça n'a aucunement enlever l'odeur! C'est pourquoi je trouve que le prix du séjour est cher par rapport à ces défauts Enfin la ville d'AFANTOU est aussi à 1km de marche et le trottoir n'est pas sécurisé, les voitures roulent très vite, il est préférable d'avoir un moyen de transport

Alexandr (9/5): Nice and clean place to stay - The room was huge, modern, with big terrace and sea view. The bathroom was so far the prettiest I've ever seen in Greece! The pillows were great! Welcome drinks in the fridge were a nice surprise. There were enough sunbeds for all guests. A lot of parking space at the top of the hotel. A huge supermarket next door. They have own car rent service with small comfy cars, in much better state than at airport. There are a few taverns within a walking distance, but for those best ones you need to drive. There is a bus stop near hotel too. It's quite a walk to the beach (15 min), you'd better have a car. The main road is quite noisy at night due to racing cars. The hotel is in the hill, so it might be not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Heidi (9/5): Lovely family run business! - We stayed here for one week and we really liked it! It was very clean, the location was great! There was a big supermarket right next to it! We chose to book without breakfast! I think most guests choose with! The kitchen supplies were very basic but it was enough to have breakfast every day! A great surprise was, that the room was cleaned by two lovely ladies every day which we did not expect at all and loved! The kids loved the pool after a beach day and we enjoyed drinks at the pool bar! There are a ton of beaches close by which you can reach by car or bus! I’d say in this location a car is a must! We really had a great time in this area and hope to come back! Nothing! It was great!
Sabine (8/5): Wir würden wieder diese Anlage buchen wenn wir in Rhodos sind - Die Anlage / das Apartment war sehr sauber. Die Familiensuite sehr groß . Die Handtücher jeden Tag gewechselt . Das Frühstück reichlich. Die hellhörigen Zimmer . Den Motor und Sprudel von den Sprudelbecken sehr laut im Zimmer gehört. Nach kurzem Gespräch wurde der Sprudel im oberen Zimmer ab zehn Uhr abends gesperrt damit man schlafen konnte.

Posizionata sulla strada Rodi-Linfos, subito dopo un supermercato (c'e' la scritta Johannes sulla parete bianca, le indicazioni google maps non sono corrette). Appartamento silenzioso e provvisto di tutto, anche due lettini sul balcone vista mare (in lontananza). Consigliata la serata bbq. A meta' strada tra Lindos e citta' di Rodi Consiglierei di variare la frutta nel buffet della colazione

Big supermarket very close by and a beach in walking distance. Hotel is very well maintained, stuff is friendly and always available. Very clean and has everything you need. Recommended!

Bernett (7/5): Lovely family run hotel with car rental, but pay as you go for food. - It’s a family run business, which also has car hire available. The owner, and his son, are both lovely people who went out of their way to make a cake for my daughter’s birthday. Keep a very close eye on food and drink bills, and ask first for estimate cost if owner offers to cook a meal for you, as he suddenly hands over eye watering bill for a plate of mainly pork we never could have consumed as a family, and if we’d known the cost we never would have had it. We also didn’t eat breakfast every day but extra charges got added to our bill and we didn’t get to see any receipts. This was quite off putting tbh.

There is a supermarket right next door which is very convenient. There are some nice restaurants close by with delicious Greek food. It was a little awkward to find by public transport. I recommend hiring a car.

Emma (9/5): Quiet, pretty location - Rooms, cleaned daily, and pool and surrounding area always clean. The gardens were really pretty and maintained well. The snacks menu was great value for money, and the portions were generous. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, too. The buses are a fab, cheap way to get around, really easy to use The cocktails were expensive, and our room was not maintained on the day before we left. One of the cleaners came at 6 pm, which was too late. There was a bit of a language barrier upon arrival, and the reception room never had a person to greet you when we arrived, it wasnt clear where to go, maybe a sign, on the door, go to bar area, would be great. Someone came from the bar area to take us to our room, after a short wait.

Giedrimienė (10/5): - Very kind and attentive hosts. The apartments are clean, there is everything you need after a week's stay. Towels are changed every day. The housekeepers are amazing. The pool is very clean, we always found free sunbeds. The location is just perfect. From here it is very convenient to drive to the corners of the island. It is very convenient to walk to the town center. A quiet and cozy town. There is a shopping center right next to the apartments, where the food selection is very large. The surroundings near the apartments are very neat, figs, limes, pomegranates grow. We felt like home. If we decide to come to Rhodes again, we will definitely choose these apartments again. Nothing was missing, peace and comfort prevailed. I recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet vacation.

Niels (10/5): Top! - De locatie was top, we kregen een gratis upgrade naar een appartement met zwembad, de mensen (personeel) waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, een top ervaring. Ik zag om eerlijk te zijn geen nadelen, hoe we waren behandeld, zo wil je behandeld worden als gast. Absoluut subliem.
Paul (10/5): A fantastic find! - This is a little gem just off the main road from Rhodes to Lindos. Johannes and his son are great hosts and have created a beautiful boutique hotel of 35 rooms. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a chilled stay. My only suggestion for them would be to improve the breakfast for kids. What they offer is great, but very limited for fussy kids.
