• Linda (3/5): - Nous avions demandé une chambre double et on s'est retrouvé avec un lit unique , votre salle de bain est sale , les joints des portes de la douche sont vert de moisissure la porte est pleine de traîné de tâches la poubelle de la chambre n'a même pas été vidée et ils ont laissé le drap de bain sur la chaise de la chambre .. Vous dites que vous avez une salle pour fumeurs mais chaque fois elle était fermée , on vous a choisi car vous acceptez les chiens mais impossible d'aller sur la terrasse ou d'aller prendre un apéritif. Vraiment très déçu de votre établissement, aucune satisfaction 😡 Erreur de tableau mais j'ai vraiment pas envie de réécrire notre déception .😡😡😡

Very efficient, clean and comfortable. The spa amenities were terrific. It was a bit cold for the rooftop pool (which was beautiful), but the downstairs heated pool and sauna was perfect! Best stay of our trip so far. Honestly, nothing. The whole experience was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

• Christine (9/5): - Die zentrale und doch ruhige Lage des Hotels. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und durch die schallisolierten Fenster sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Man konnte sich frisches Rührei oder Omelett zubereiten lassen. An einigen Tag war der Frühstücksraum etwas zu klimatisiert wurde jedoch nach unserer Anmerkung abgestellt.

• Robert (10/5): Excellent Hotel, Great Location, Adam made our stay even more special - Great Front Desk staff, starting with Adam, he's a superstar. He helped us many times during our visit, providing sightseeing recommendations, directions, restaurant suggestions. He also provided us a glass of the local Cava when we arrived. Other front desk staff that we also excellent were: Kevin, Simo, and Alfredo. We loved the very large room, comfortable bed, large luxury bathroom and rain shower. The location is great, only a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral. Down in the exercise room they have a filtered water machine where you can fill up your water bottle (Barcelona water though is very safe to drink). The hotel is very close to Luigi Restaurant where we ate three times in the evening. Nothing

The staff is amazing—always warm, friendly, and ready to help with anything. Special thanks to Alba, Dani, and Alfredo for their professionalism and positive attitude, they really made the experience even better. The location is perfect, very close to many of Barcelona’s main tourist attractions, which makes exploring the city very easy. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Barcelona. Highly recommended!

• andreas (9/5): Für einen Städtetrip mit wenig Gepäck die ideale Lösung! - Die Lage ist Top. Mitten im Zentrum - wenn jemand nicht mit zum Shoppen in die Einkaufsstraße gehen will - einfach Pause am Zimmer machen, oder gleich einmal die Einkaufstaschen zurück bringen. Viele Lokale und kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe. Pool bzw Dachterrasse ladet zum Verweilen ein. Kaffeeangebot am NMT und Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer sind toll! Leider ist das Zimmer sehr dunkel, wenn man in den Innenhof schaut kann man (wir) die Rollo nicht ganz aufmachen, außer man will dass der Vis a Vis nachbar alles sieht. Von draußen dafür keine Lärmbelästigung, drinnen sind die Wände dünn! Es gibt kaum die Möglichkeit den Koffer abzulegen bzw genügend Platz im Kasten ihn auszupacken. Im Badezimmer gibt es viel zu wenig Platz etwas auszubreiten.

Alfredo even helped us to our car to move it to the lot that was discounted, then walked us back to the hotel! When we arrived in the room there was a handwritten card welcoming us to Barcelona and inviting us to enjoy the beautiful city. Wonderful facilities and very clean rooms. The downstairs pool/steam room area was awesome, and the gym looked wonderful as well. And the rooftop bar and pool! I wish it had been heated - in summer it would be fantastic. Really above and beyond. 5 stars. No breakfast included, but not a big deal. Also the paid parking was a bit hard to find at first and was an extra cost, but it was to be expected.

Le spa ouvert jusqu'à 22h est très appréciable pour ce délasser après une journée intense dans barcelone. Le petit déjeuné est top. Tout le personnel est au petit soin pour vous.

Therefore, the room had a dark feel to it. Layout also had lots of wasted space. I should have either done the breakfast package or ate outside the hotel. The coffee was adequate (not great) and price was expensive (40 Euro) for the offerings. I was just too lazy to look for somewhere else. Breakfast value was definitely not as good as many comparable hotels I've stayed in Spain.
