Wilfried (9/5): Einfach wieder klasse - Das Zimmer, vor allem aber die Aussicht, war jeden Euro wert. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht, weil das Kosten/Nutzen-Verhältnis vollkommen inakzeptabel ist. Wir kommen viel rum und können, gerade was die Frühstücksangebote betrifft, relativ gut vergleichen. Ein Frühstücksbuffet im Rahmen von ca. 20-25 Euro ist noch akzeptabel. Aber über 30 Euro sprengt aus unserer Sicht einfach den Rahmen.

Torfabrik (10/5): Erstes Haus am Platze mit atemberaubender Aussicht - Atemberaubende Ausblicke auf Hafen, Alster, Stadt. Erstklassiges Haus direkt am Hafen in absoluter exponierter Lage. 5 voll verdiente Sterne. Bei dem Preis auch zu erwarten die aber auch erfüllt werden. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, Personal immer am Gast orientiert, sauber, zuvorkommend. Natürlich werden jetzt auch Nacharbeiten nötig da der Zahn der Zeit auch nagt und Abnutzung sichtbarer wird.

Katja (9/5): - Das Zimmer (die Suite) war traumhaft und es erwartete uns eine Flasche Sekt. Es ist immer wieder schön an diesem Ort und in den traumhaften Zimmern. Wir haben dann auch unser Frühstück auf dem Zimmer mit traumhaftem Blick genossen. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war nicht sonderlich professionell. Check-in Zeit ist 16 Uhr und wir kamen um 17 Uhr an und das Zimmer war nicht fertig... es gab erst bei Nachfrage, ein es tut uns leid. Als Entschuldigung wurde uns dann ein Getränk in der Bar ausgegeben und wir konnten die weitere Wartezeit gut verbringen. Grundsätzlich finde ich, dass bei den hohen Zimmerpreisen und einer späten Check-in Zeit (16 Uhr) die Erwartung ist, dass das Zimmer bezugsfertig ist.

Hartmut (6/5): Hochpreisiges Hotel in guter Lage mit verbesserungswürdigem Komfort - Die Lage direkt in der Elbphilharmonie ist ausgezeichnet. Von dort aus kommt man auch zu Fuß schnell in die Hafen City und zum Altstadtkern. Das Panoramafenster unseres Zimmers im 17. Stock war traumhaft. Von der Empfangshalle kommt man direkt zur Plaza und den Zugängen zu den Konzertsälen. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht unseren zugegebenermaßen hohen Ansprüchen an ein 5*Hotel. Unpraktisch war auch die Platzierung des Büfetts am Ende der weit auseinandergezogenen Speisebereiche. Das WLAN funktionierte immer mal wieder; dazu bedurfte es wiederholter Hilfe der Rezeption. Das Parken direkt im Haus ist zwar angenehm, aber ausgesprochen teuer. Im Badezimmer störte, dass man die Dusche nicht kalt stellen konnte.

Uwe (10/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in einem ungewöhnlichem Hotel. - Ob die Zimmer den hohen Preis wert sind, darüber kann man streiten. Das Hotel lebt von der Lage. Aber es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, mit hellen, Zimmern, Fußbodenheizung in Bad und Toilette. Der Blick aus den raumhohen Fenstern ist traumhaft. Der Pool. Nette Mitarbeiter überall, schöner Frühstücksraum. Große, bequeme Betten. Leere Minibar. Unschöne Flecken auf der automatisch auf-und zugehenden Gardine.

Thomas (6/5): Top Location unpersönliches Hotel entspricht nicht der Klassifizierung - Positiv aufgefallen ist dass die Zimmer sehr ruhig sind. Leider ist das Hotel aber sehr unpersönlich. Auf einen Wunsch den ich vor vier Monaten bei der Buchung bekannt gegeben habe wurde in keinster Weise reagiert. Mir klärte ein Mitarbeiter dass das Thema einer Besprechung war aber den Lösungsvorschlag kam nie bei mir an. Etwas unorganisiert liegt vermutlich am Management.

Dirk (3/5): Bestenfalls leider nur mittelgut! - Aussicht und großartige Architektur. An sich sehr schöne Zimmer. Direkt nach dem Check-in haben wir um Austausch unserer Kopfkissen gebeten sowie darauf hingewiesen, dass der Bezug des Hockers der Sitzgelegenheit zerrissen ist und um Tausch desselben gebeten. Als wir spätabends in das Zimmer kamen, war nichts passiert. Auf nochmalige Vorstellung an der Rezeption erschien 20min später eine MA mit den gewünschten Nackenkissen. Am nächsten Morgen der nochmalige Hinweis auf das zerrissenen Möbel, dann beim Concierge. Bis zum späten Nachmittag keine Reaktion, darum nochmalige (dritte!) Vorstellung beim Concierge. Bei Rückkehr am Abend war dann endlich der Hocker getauscht. Positiv war die schriftliche Entschuldigung des Hotels in Verbindung mit zwei Getränkegutscheinen in der Bar - unseren Ärger hat dies aber leider nicht ausgeglichen. Am Morgen der Abreise klopfte uns dann um 10:00 Uhr (checkout bis 12:00 Uhr) ein Mitarbeiter aus dem Bett und wollte das Zimmer reinigen ... !? Beim Check-out dann die übliche Frage, ob uns der Aufenthalt gefallen habe. Wir haben höflichen und sachlich unseren Ärger geschildert, bis auf ein Achselzucken jedoch keine weitere Reaktion erhalten. Fazit: Das Hotel hat offensichtlich ein Problem mit dem housekeeping sowie der Mitarbeiterschulung zum Beschwerdenmanagement! Wir haben für deutlich weniger Geld (immerhin 460€/Nacht ohne Frühstück) besser gewohnt und werden hier sicher nicht nochmals übernachten. Aussicht und großartige Architektur sind leider nicht alles! Sehr schade.

Abendessen im Restaurant war hervorragend, Frühstück top Im Badezimmer des Zimmers:An diversen Stellen sichtbare Kalkablagerungen (Waschbecken, Badewanne, Dusche).Sehr starke gelbliche Schicht an der Handbrause in der Dusche. EKELHAFT!!! Wurde zeitnah ausgetauscht. Im Saunabereich (Nacktzone) mehrere Personen vorgefunden in Alltagskleider und Strassenschuhen, mit Rucksack.

Olaf (10/5): Es war grossartig und wir kommen bestimmt wieder! - grossartige Aussicht! Die Einfahrt ins Parkhaus funktionierte nicht über die Arcoa-app: unser Kennzeichen war bei Arcoa hinterlegt, die Schranke hat aber leider beim langsamen heranfahren nicht reagiert, so dass wir doch ein Ticket aus dem Automaten ziehen mussten.

Anke (3/5): - Die Lage ist fantastisch und die Zimmer sind moderne eingerichtet. Die Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereich sind hervorragend. Da aber nicht alle Zimmer eine Aussicht haben, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis schlicht überteuert für die Zimmer ohne Aussicht. Der Wellnessbereich ist leider sehr düster eingerichtet, hier hätte man sicherlich mehr mit Licht und Farbe arbeiten können.

Hubertus (10/5): .. bis auf vorstehenden Punkt nahezu perfekt! - alles Der Chefkellner im Restaurant am Sa., 02.05.26 um 22:00 Uhr hätte wesentlich freundlicher sein können bei der Erteilung der Absage für 4 Plätze.. Das hatte nichts mit angemessenem Kundenservice zu tun! Wir sind weltweit in 5 Sterne Häusern unterwegs und sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt!

Renee (8/5): Mooi hotel, te duur voor wat je krijgt. - Het is een mooi hotel en perfect als je in de Elbohilharmonie moet zijn ‘s avonds. Alles is heel schoon en het personeel is vriendelijk. Je betaald puur voor de locatie. Ik heb in meerdere hotels in deze prijsklasse verbleven en deze is het niet waard. Ik zou niet terugkomen.
