• 910allyssam (2/5): Sketchy and unclean - The beds were nice and you get a tv, but the carpets were sticky, there was mold in the bathroom, and the exterior seemed to be falling apart.

• david (6/5): No frills no thrills room - For the price,i dont expect alot, but i do expect to be comfortable. My towels were stained, there were flies and knats in the room. The room was big and spacious, i would just say it needs to be updated. Good locstion right off the highway and it was quiet.

• Danielle (2/5): Don't waste your money - Staff was very rude, and disrespectful. Cockroaches were crawling everywhere. My husband and I were traveling for work and work night shift. Hotel staff constantly beat on the door to wake us up for housekeeping when do not disturb sign was out. Always a lot of traffic all hours of the night. People constantly hanging out near the rooms that are not guest.

• James (2/5): - It was very hot and humid i was taking a staycation fpr 3 days and looked up last minute hotels with a pool , the advertised picture of Americas Best shows a very quaint and clean pool so i booked the room when i arrived nothing from the pictures of the hotel online matched the reality of the place the pool had been filled in long time ago and when i asked about it the woman behind the counter never missed a beat explaining that t h e pool was no longer a pool and when i was asking to cancel the reservation she just said then go i was tired and over heated i needed to rest and cool down i chose to stay rather than upsetting myself arguing to fact of no pool

We needed a room last min because our AC at our house wasn’t working and it was a hot week in texas, we arrived the night at the hotel the lady was mean and Told us we only have our time limit, and I understand it’s business. No matter the money we paid for a full day rate our time was limit and The bathroom water too clocked and won’t drained out

• John (4/5): Basic stay in Killeen - New management was friendly and accommodating. They really wanted us to be comfortable. The property itself is in need of a refresh. I hope the current management can turn the property around. (btw, this was the only affordable place in Killeen we could find for the 2024 total eclipse, so kudos for that.)
• Renee (2/5): - This property was absolutely filthy. We were charged over $250/nt due to the eclipse, which is normally $59/nt. Fine, but the place was dirty and run down. Mold in the bathtub, shower curtain, sink, walls and ceiling. Floors made our shoes/socks black. Bed skirt dirty and stained. You could see through the towels and when "housekeeping" came it was a woman with trash bag full of linens. When I asked for tissues, she handed me a roll of toilet paper. There were shopping carts on the property, I'm guessing from the homeless which stays in the area, as many properties surrounding the motel is vacant. You couldn't pay me $$ to stay here again.

• Debora (1/5): Awful - There wasn’t breakfast. The room smelled like Lysol sprayed over a very heavy prior smoking room. And to top it all off - no hot water. Worse place ever.
• Randy (4/5): - A few complaints I had about this property: 1. The two bath towels provided were both small and very thin. 2. The bed was as hard as a rock. 3. There was no kleenex or other tissues in the room. 4. There were no glasses or cups at all, making it rather impossible to brush my teeth or swallow my medication & vitamins. I had to run to the nearest store to pick up some along with a box of kleenex.

• shawnjG1261JY (8/5): Even under going changes it’s still a nice place to stay. - This is a motel that is still under updates. A work in progress. They are really nice and helpful. I would recommend staying with them, very clean. Just look past the construction debris and enjoy the stay. It’s going to be a great place when finished.
• Fangchen (1/5): It was very dirty, there were hairs on the sheets, it was disgusting! I won't choose here, - No There is no hot water kettle in the room, so you cannot drink hot water
