• natalia (4/5): - I have stayed in these apartments many times, they are in a great location and despite minor cleanliness and maintenance issues I would have been happy to continue using them as my base in Norwich, were it not that during my last stay I found out that the codes to enter the apartment are not changed after each stay. There is a serious security issue. During my last stay, a stranger entered my apartment using the code to open the door, while I was inside. He was able to open my apartment because he had stayed there in the past and the access code had not been changed. I was able to verify this by checking messages with the property from my previous stays. Indeed, the same apartment had exactly the same access code in August as in December. Even though I have previously enjoyed my stays here, I will not be staying again. Anyone who has ever stayed could easily enter the apartment, posing a threat to guests and their belongings.
• Angela (8/5): Great location and good size, clean apartment - Great Location. Very clean and tidy. Good facilities. Easy access to the building. Allocated car parking space The futon could do with an upgrade, it looked quite shabby and very uncomfortable to sit on to watch TV. The beds were also quite hard

• Sally (8/5): Basic & value for money. - Flat was clean & warm. Well equipped kitchen with tea/coffee/biscuits & washing up liquid/cloths etc. Local shops (fish & chips, convenience store etc) are about 3 mins walk. Just 15 mins walk into city. Nearly all the blinds had to be rolled up by hand ie the cords were broken.The door buzzer/telecom didn't work so we didn't hear the takeaway delivery arriving. The shower head was too heavy for the pole to support so it kept falling off when showering.

Fridge and freezer clean. Nice and warm and comfy furniture. Spacious and great value for money. Shower was a little lacking in power. Toilet seat needed fixing. Needed some more cutlery and some oven gloves. Matress was a little flat but still comfy

• Pamela (6/5): Great for location. - Great location for exploring Norwich and the surrounding area. Having a parking space was really useful. This is a basically equipped, no frills apartment. Very little in the way of furniture, a small coffee table by the sofa would be useful. The bedroom needs two bedside tables and lamps rather than just the one. There is an air conditioning unit attached to the building outside which started up about 2.30am each night and went on for about an hour. It was extremely noisy so all windows had to be closed which then made the apartment uncomfortably hot for sleeping, I appreciate that this is out of the hands of the apartment's owner.
• Tarot (7/5): We had a good and comfortable stay in Norwich. - A good size, well kept and good facilities. Right next to an alleyway and all windows are located on the alleyway side so can really leave them open if you want a good nights sleep.

The size of the beds, being used touch bigger at home it was a struggle adjusting but then again, please don't note this as bad as in terms of comfort, the mattress and pillows were lovely.

• John (8/5): A great tidy and well appointed apartment with private parking. It’s a great location as it’s very walkable ti the heart - A great sized apartment for the 3 of us - it’s always tricky finding affordable accommodation for 3 individuals so the apartment layout and bed configuration was really good for us. The location was good too as we had relatives in Norwich who were an easy walk away. And the fact it had dedicated off street parking was also good. Close to a supermarket and other basic shops too. There was a slightly unusual smell when we first arrived but it did go eventually once we opened the windows. We also had to close the windows because the resident who lived just below the apartment spent all afternoon outside smoking. Not much you can do about this but it was a thing!!
• Natalia (8/5): - The position is great and the flats are quite spacious with all the essentials for a short stay. Flats would need a bit of TLC to be great rather to than just OK and they could be a bit cleaner.
• Lucy (4/5): - The pictures on booking. Com look great. Unfortunately there were alot of cobwebs and spiders. When I moved the bed there was alot of dust underneath there. I don't like leaving negative feedback but i have to be honest.
• YorkieDi (8/5): Good central location with off-road parking space - The location was ideal for us, close to the city centre. Having an off road parking space was great too. Despite being very central close to the inner ring road, we were not disturbed by traffic noise at night. The bedroom and living space were spacious. It was nice to have a king-size bed. The mattress on the bed was a bit too soft for my partner, but I was happy with it.

• itcombox (8/5): Great apartment, Great city - Very clean and tidy, with all amenities working. Parking is in a dedicated bay to the property so no need to worry about permits and such. The location is very near the town centre and very walkable but the estate itself isn't the nicest area of Norwich and looks a little tired.

Information from Felicity was good on how to get in etc,lovely stay The shower was a little slippery, a mat would resolve this, and the bin wouldn't close but minor issues Maybe supply a map or info on the best way to get to the different areas of Norwich. But all in all a wonderful short break

The weather was exceptionally hot. We didn’t like the mats on the floor, as we kept tripping over them. Apart from that, we had a very good stay.

• graham (8/5): Overall good value apartment, good location. - Free parking, nice spacious apartment , good facilities , everything you needed supplied. Bathroom desperately needs refurbishing, radiator needs repainting as well as the ceiling. Could do with a non slip mat in the shower. Also remove the rug outside the door to the apartment as this is quite dangerous. The auto light in the hall does not come on until you are half way down the stairs.

With the hot weather, there were ants in the bedroom and dining room, although when I messaged the owner, they had fixed the problem before I got back that evening.

• Ann (7/5): Great apartment for walking access to Norwich - Great location for walking access to the centre of Norwich (about a 10-15 minute walk). The apartment was clean and well equipped and has a parking space. The beds were very, very hard, which made it difficult to sleep. This would be easily solved by adding a decent mattress topper! A comfortable bed would have changed my rating from good to excellent!

• Philip (10/5): Clean, well-equipped apartment in a quiet part of town. Perfect. - The apartment was clean, tidy and well-equipped. The host was very helpful and provided all the information we needed in a timely manner. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, only a short walk from Norwich city centre and on the right side of town to visit the university. I would definitely recommend. Nothing. It suited our needs perfectly. Thank you.

Расположение отличное, до центра города 12 минут, до нужной нам автобусной остановки 7 минут. В доме камеры. Света в квартире достаточно. Есть шкафы и тумбочки, где хранить вещи. Немного напрягало, что нет внутреннего замка или щеколды, любой, кто знает код мог открыть дверь, но, наверное, код никто не знает... Наличие внутреннего замка было бы прекрасно.

• Michaela (8/5): It’s alright. Clean and comfortable. - It’s in walking distance of the city centre, with key coded entry system and parking outside. It is very clean CCTV and secure entry system. Cosy and warm. On our first night a woman knocked on the door with keys and said “I need to get to the cupboard” came in asked us to put the light on, which did not work then used this to check all the lights. She didn’t even find what she wanted from the cupboard and said “well I didn’t know if anyone would be here” as she had keys ready to come in anyway we found this intrusive as we could have been in bed or shower. I think if you pay for privacy that is what you should get unless genuine emergency. Which was not the case here. She wanted a broom or something from the cleaners cupboard!! Then went round the flat lights. You also have to sign a very lengthy rental agreement AFTER paying (you don’t sign such a document anywhere we have stayed before) and get a reminder the day before that it is YOUR responsibility to empty the bins, strip the bed, wash up and put away. We normally do this anyway but found it a bit like we were doing their job. For the first reason we will not stay again.
• Shelley (8/5): Plenty of space for one and very convenient for central Norwich - The flat was in a convenient location for me to walk to my exhibition. It had all that I needed and plenty of room for just one person. The bed was comfortable. The flat was a great size for one person and had everything I needed. There were welcoming emails from the owner which was nice. My old fingers found it difficult to turn the wheels to get the right numbers in the key box. I was defeated by the heating. When I arrived it was incredibly hot in the flat, so I turned down the thermostat on the radiator and on the wall and I was never quite warm enough afterwards no matter how much I raised either or both thermostats! Some instructions might have been useful. I was a little concerned about the surrounding area, there were a number of loud arguments in the night outside which unnerved me a bit as I was on my own.

• Sam (8/5): Excellent location and very clean and comfortable - Perfect location for a short walk to the park and city and very peaceful at night. There was a very strong smell of nasty air fresheners when we arrived, we had to put them in a cupboard.
• sana (7/5): it’s a good place to stay and i would consider staying again - the location was great and the apartment had a washing machine, oven and a full kitchen with all its equipment secure apartment with locks on the front door and the apartment door clean there are fans and radiators and both work properly the internet speed was slow - measured at around 48 mgb this also meant that the tv did not work at times whether it was bbc or netflix, it would load and keep loading but we couldn’t watch anything (this might not matter if you’re not wanting to watch anything) the towels were also a bit dirty but everything else was okay
• Louise (8/5): Fab stay in a great apartment - Lovely apartment, clean comfortable and spacious. Had an issue with the shower and someone came and fixed it within the hour. Massive comfy bed, everything you need for a lovely stay. 10 minute walk into town, local shops and parking space. If I had to be picky, the bin lid didn't close. Area around the apartment doesn't look the greatest but it was quiet and I had no issues at all.

• Holly (9/5): Great location, comfortable and very clean. - Very clean central location for Norwich and the University. Well equipped. Hair dryer was broken but replaced within half an hour. The area looks a bit rough, we had no problems walking around at night but it was very dark in the surrounding area. Someone was sat on the door step when we got home one night. He apologised, got up, walked away and we were able to get in with no problems I was worried when I first saw him there.

• Adrian (9/5): Perfect apartment, location and exactly what we wanted. - Extremely clean and comfortable, the apartment was perfect for our visit to Norwich. Everything was within walking distance that we wanted to do. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
• Lynda (6/5): This is our 3rd stay and were disappointed as previous stays were much better. - Close to wedding venue that we were attending. No consistent hot water, more cold than hot. Hairdryer not working. I had my own so not a problem for me. The last night was awful. An omega transit van was parked in the 1st bay and man kept us awake most of the night by sitting in van on the phone and opening and shutting doors on the van multiple times. This was around 2am. Van gone when we got up and a car in its place. Don’t know if he was stopping at the apartments or not.

The sofa bed in the living room was spacious and comfortable and the room big enough to allow us to leave it open all day and still be able to move around. The hosts were helpful via message when I had questions but a little short in their answers.
• Jennifer (8/5): A great value place to stay, close to Norwich centre, clean and spacious. - The apartment was located halfway between the two places we needed to be at due to a wedding. It was clean and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure (but a shower head that didn’t want to stay in its place). Having a washing machine was great (you do need to buy laundry liquid/powder). There was plenty of room for the two of us to spread out, so much better than staying in a hotel room. I didn’t like being on the ground floor as we did not want to leave a window open when we were out or when we were sleeping. However, being on the ground floor meant we didn’t have to carry luggage upstairs!

The management sent maintenance workers round without letting me know first twice! 1st time I was asleep as I had done a night shift so was woken up and the second time I Walked in to find some guy working away. Just think they should at least let you know if someone is going to just let themselves in.

• Lynda (9/5): We have a lovely stay and are returning in May. We have asked for single beds as my husband has health issues and this m - It was lovely and quiet. Central to the city. Could do with a more comfortable larger double bed. But that’s just our opinion.
• Miranda (9/5): Cosy, clean and convenient - Easy walking distance to the city; also easy access to routes outwards; yet tucked away quietly. Warm and cosy, with plenty of space to cook, eat, and sit. Clean towels and bedlinen, plenty of pillows to enable choice of support, enough power points in all rooms. The bathroom window needs to be changed, and there is room for a larger bed (with a newer mattress - though that was more noisy than uncomfortable). The wi-fi isn't the fastest (and Norfolk appears to have consistently poor mobile coverage). And a dishwasher would be more useful than a freezer. There wasn't even a washing up brush (so I bought one as a gift to the apartment!).
• Allen (5/5): - parking was ok and the apartment was nice overall We did enjoy our stay and were able to spend some much needed time with out friends Thank you best wishes Allen & Chris Harvey we do feel that you should know that you have ANTS there were quite a few in the bedroom ! and more running about in the kitchen and lounge. you could feel the springs in the bed so a good topper would fix that problem! A few more tall glasses and kitchen knives would also be good.

There was a parking space allocated to the apartment which was convenient. The apartment had a fridge and an oven which allows preparing your own food. The bedsheets were clean. I have sent 2 queries to the owner and haven't received a response for neither of them. The building entrance smelled very bad like sewage, we were lucky that the flat didn't smell. We booked and paid for 3 people but there were towels only for 2 people. There were no hand or face towels though, these were only bath mats which we didn't want to use on our faces. The shower drain was clogged and the walk in shower was filling with water so we had to turn off the water heater every minute to allow the water to drain away. Also there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The sofa was very worn out and dirty, the carpet was not hoovered and it was dusty all over the flat. Not mentioning the stains and the cobwebs. I wouldn't recommend the place and wouldn't book it again.
• Emily (7/5): Great location and communication - Amazing location, just a short walk into town. Good shower pressure. Decent size bathroom. The sofa bed was difficult to set up and wasn’t super comfy. Loud noises from appliances in the kitchen.
• Vikki (9/5): Great value accommodation! - Great location for walking into the city and it was very clean. Very good value for money. The shower needs attention ASAP as it isn’t draining, so we had to keep turning the water off whilst showering to let the water drain away, so we didn’t flood the downstairs apartment!
