Room didn’t have air conditioning got a bit warm until the window was opened.Have stayed before last time had a larger room which was lovely. This time for two people the room was quite tight for space with the bed pushed against a wall, only one bedside table. Overall a good stay. Check in appears confusing but you just go to the office across the road and they give you the access details.

Primo giorno: il bagno era privo di riscaldamento funzionante. Ci siamo dovuti lavare in un ambiente freddo, condizione inaccettabile, soprattutto nel periodo invernale. Secondo giorno: si è verificata un’interruzione della corrente elettrica. Nonostante abbia prontamente segnalato il problema, non è stato effettuato alcun intervento tempestivo. L’assenza di elettricità ha compromesso l’utilizzo dei servizi essenziali della camera. Terzo giorno: all’interno del sacco del piumino utilizzato per dormire ho riscontrato evidenti macchie e segni di sporcizia. Le condizioni igieniche erano assolutamente incompatibili con una struttura ricettiva presente su Booking. Nel complesso, durante l’intero soggiorno non sono mai state garantite le condizioni minime di comfort, igiene e funzionalità per cui ho pagato. Esperienza negativa, che non posso consigliare.

• Alexandra (7/5): Overall great value for money, but it would be perfect with a slight renovation - Location was brilliant, easy to get to the tube and buses, close to the center. The street was quiet and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and clean, the kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything I needed to cook and eat. There are things that could be fixed - wallpapers were a bit dirty and old, the shower was leaking and the temperature was not regulating, so it was either super cold or super hot. It was noisy inside the apartment block - I could hear someone’s alarm ringing in the morning :(

The reception staff were helpful, providing the entry codes to the building and to the room. It was quiet at night enabling easy sleep. The heated towel rail in the bathroom worked well. We appreciated the early check-in! We would have appreciated an instruction sheet to help manage the cooking hob. We found the hob tricky to operate. Also, as a minor issue, we would have appreciated a dish cloth in addition to a tea towel. The room was warm, however it wasn't possible to turn up the radiator.

• HAMED (9/5): A good hotel - This hotel is beautiful and located very close to Hammersmith Station. The check-in process was very smooth. Since I was arriving around 8:30 PM and their office closes at 8:00 PM, they actually called me beforehand to help me complete the check-in online. My score would be a perfect 10 if they provided bottled water. Unfortunately, water isn't included. Nevertheless, our stay was great!

There’s a difference between robotic cliche customer service you get in most London hotels, compared to the staff at Room2 who listen and have great banter. Nothing.

• RoxLChiri (1/5): This apartment was not fit for receiving any guests. - nothing Our stay in London was a complete disaster. We were informed a day before arrival that the apartment we booked (specifically chosen for being on the ground floor due to back problems and courtyard access) was unavailable. We were offered a so-called “upgrade” on the top floor with narrow stairs, making luggage transport exhausting. The apartment was extremely cold, the heating did not work, and we spent a freezing night. The next morning, we had to take a cold shower as the hot water was not working. Maintenance unseccesfully tried to fix the heating the next day, doing nothing by wasting our time. We had to use electric heaters, but the bathroom remained cold, water condensed on the windows, and towels didn’t dry. The fridge ruined £40 worth of food as it was set on a too low temperature. Lights and appliances were broken, and an outlet even exploded when using a hairdryer. Immediately after booking, we were repeatedly asked for our email to receive check-in details, mentioning even how to spell it to overcome booking com restrictions. I refused but in the end they made us giving it throught their online check in form. Nevertheless were spammed with promotional messages even through booking com chat window and despite GDRP, causing further frustration. Although we were told we would receive compensation for all these inconveniences, this has not yet been provided. We have reported the case to Booking.com and are awaiting a response. Overall, our trip was disrupted, and significant time was lost dealing with issues that should never have occurred. The experience was unacceptable.

• Sorce (9/5): Consigliatissino, ci torneremo - La struttura era immersa in uno splendido quartiere molto caratteristico. Abbiamo alloggiato in una stanza spaziosa e pulita. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con delle finestre elettriche ma lo staff é stato davvero gentile e disponibile e prontamente ci è stata data la possibilità di cambiare stanza.

It was very clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The place was also wonderfully equipped with everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! 😉

The Fall weather was so pretty on the Hammersmith Grove Street. A lot of options to explore nearby, highly recommend the area. It was a bit disorganised as I was placed in the wrong room for the first 2 nights even though i mentioned i need to have the room as per the picture. It was sorted out in the end very kindly so it is okay. Main negative is the lack of sheets being refreshed especially for a long stay i could only refresh my sheets once. However towels are provided consistantly which is nice.

There was a lovely back garden area to get some fresh air and enjoy the sunshine. The bed was very comfy and I had a great nights sleep. Was the perfect place for me, will definitely book again.

• Leona (6/5): - Overall it was ok. There was some confusion with our check in time. It said 2pm on the booking and we planned to arrive then but when I contacted the reception the day before they said that wasn't guaranteed. There was no apology and the response felt a bit rude given the booking clearly stated 2pm. The receptionist on arrival wasn't very friendly either. The room was however ready at 2pm. We had booked a regular room and were given a small room in the basement (studio 2). It was very small with the bed in the corner and a wall one side and the kitchen unit not very far at all to the other side of the bed. The bathroom was also right next to the kitchen. It felt very weird sleeping so close to the kitchen. I am surprised this was a regular room as it's hard to imagine how it could possibly have been smaller. Definitely wouldn't want to stay in a little room if that was in fact a regular. It felt a bit grubby too with damp / black marks on the bathroom ceiling. On the second day there was a leak in the bathroom. We reported it and maintenance came very quick. It couldn't be fixed but we were quickly given another room which was much appreciated. I think this must have been a large studio which was much bigger and I wish we'd have booked that size room to start with. The room was a little tired in parts but perfectly comfortable. The location was good and well connected via tube. The staff on check out were friendly and let us leave our bags.

• Laura (9/5): Super gemütliches Zimmer mit toller Ausstattung & in toller Lage - Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer super Lage! Das kleine Zimmer eignet sich perfekt für 1 Person und ist super kuschelig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es fehlt an nichts, von Bügeleisen&Bügelbrett bis hin zum Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kochplatte ist alles vorhanden. Bis zu den 4 Underground Lines sind es maximal 10 Minuten. Ich konnte früher rein und am Abreisetag meine Koffer entspannt an der gegenüberliegenden Rezeption lassen. Zum einchecken erhält man einen Code. Die Dusche hat normal funktioniert und es gab keinen komischen Geruch (anders, als es in einigen Bewertungen angemerkt wird). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die Gegend ist sicher und bietet alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Das einzige Manko ist wirklich das Fenster. Man kann es nicht öffnen und auch an kühlen Herbsttagen wird es unglaublich heiß und stickig im Zimmer. Es gibt zwei Belüftungsklappen, wodurch die Geräusche von außen viel lauter sind. Obwohl ich in der Stadt lebe und Geräusche gewohnt bin, bin ich regelmäßig von streitenden Katzen oder den vorbeifahrenden Zügen wach geworden.

Website mentions all bedding is hypoallergenic but had a goose down duvet, to which I'm highly allergic so requested a change but the only ones available were two hot singles with ill fitting covers...

Gece 22.00 den sonra makineler kullanılmıyordu ama havalandırma çalıştığı az da olsa ses oluyordu. Klozet'i lavaboya çok yakın olduğundan kullanımda biraz sıkıntı yaratabiliyor. :)

Stain marks on the wallpaper. The position of the garbage bin being right by the bed was off-putting. The bedside tables being metal were very loud if you placed anything/bumped into them at night.

And 8 minute walk to dining , grocery, shopping and train and bus . Our kitchen was very very small. Has cutesy sayings where a hook or a shelf would be more useful. Staff helpful, brought fan and extra hangers.

Descrevem ar condicionado na comodidade e lá existe apenas um pequeno climatizador, que obviamente não conseguia refrigerar o quarto. Para quem é sensível ao calor, impossível alugar novamente no verão.
