Merwan (6/5): Bed bugs beware! - At first glance it seems clean and the staff were nice. They don’t accept payment cards although they had contactless card readers. There were a lot of bed bugs at nice. You won’t notice those when you arrive, but they start coming out at night. They bit the shit out of me.

Graça (6/5): Luckily it was short. - The pool. The bedroom itself (way too many insects; the wifi didn't work) and the bathroom was also full of insects. Some staff were nice, but others were completely rude, specially one of the ladies serving in the cafeteria during breakfast time. Whenever I asked her some kind of request, she would simply refuse to help, and just made a brief indication on what I could do... instead of getting / helping on the food I was requesting.

Walkingsandals (7/5): A calm place to be - - a swimming pool - the restaurant is open for a long time - a calm place - a local bus about 1km walk away to the center - When I checked out and looked the bills from the restaurant, it seems we got some misunderstanding about the prices from the restaurant menu. They should inform/make sure for a customer better when they order a food what is the price.I pointed the food what I wanted, the right one, but they end up charging me from the food at another price! I end up paying more but its not much.The point is they showed a very little of undestanding when I told them about this at reception. Not flexible at all and they thought they were right. Not a good service for the situation. - Slept badly cause no mosquito nets in the bulgalows! If mosquitos likes u, be aware of this problem - No shampoo/showel gel - Didn't give even a chair to my patio - the remote on air con didn't work so it's just on/off as a choice - too many flies bothering you around when eating

Diala (7/5): Good - the pool was nice. the bed was comfy. it was very close to the beach but the sea was rough and was hard to swim in it. The staff were nice. They were funny about giving towels for the pool or changing room towels. They said no to us taking clean towels which meant we used same towels for the whole stay. Because of the close location to the sea, lots of crab were hanging around at night everywhere (that was scary to me!) .. the beach was rough- didn’t see anyone swimming there. The hotel is far from centre (maybe 20 mins by Taxi) .. Breakfast was basic.
