- J (10/5): Gerne wieder! - Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit süßen Zimmern und einem ruhigen, toll gestalteten Innenhof mit ganz besonderer Atmosphäre. Man kann gut auf einfach mal einen ganzen Tag auf einer der vielen Terrassen verbringen, sich die ganzen kleinen und großen Kunstwerke anschauen und herrlich entspannen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Os funcionários do hotel foram muito disponíveis, organizaram nos shuttle do aeroporto para a ida e volta, ajudaram-nos a marcar visitas guiadas, e além disso, foram muito disponíveis para alguns pedidos especiais que ajudaram a tornar a nossa estadia verdadeiramente relaxante. Quando se tem filhos pequenos é ótimo poder contar com pequenos gestos que nos ajudam a tornar a logística mais leve. Gostaria de parabenizar também o pequeno almoço que era delicioso e com muita variedade. Adoramos a decoração e o ambiente do hotel. Parabéns pelo profissionalismo. Nada.

- BOTING (10/5): - This hotel is full of character, with a unique decor. We even saw a couple taking photos using the hotel's ambiance as a backdrop. We stayed in a double stone room, which features a rustic interior decorated with many ceramic pieces—very much in line with the style of Avanos. The hotel is located at the intersection of the main street, making it very convenient to head out to restaurants and small pottery shops. The service was excellent: the staff helped us book a taxi to watch the hot air balloons take off, arranged a shuttle to the airport, and even gave us lovely fridge magnets and ceramic ornaments as farewell gifts. Overall, it was a perfect experience—highly recommend.

Chaque recoin abrite une terrasse ou une alcôve aménagée permettant de se prélasser dans un canapé. Certaines terrasse offre une vue très agréable sur la région et notamment sur les montgolfières décollant de bon matin. Notre chambre était spécieuse et très belle. Le petit déjeuner était un véritable plaisir.

- Kade (9/5): Overall a unique experience for a Cappadoccia trip. There is also a cute thrift shop just outside the hotel. Not too exp - We chose the cave style hotel during the off season, so we were the only people in the hotel during our 5 night stay. The community-style hotel area is really atmospheric and genuine. We had breakfast included and they always had a fire going for us and breakfast laid out before we got there at 8:00. A lot of good Turkish food variety, and always more than we could eat. The room itself had a lot of props and decorations that made it feel lived-In and antiquated, always like visiting a grandmother. The cave style was unique and fun. It was spacious and warm throughout our stay. The bathroom was clean and spacious and warm, with a walk in shower. The plaster “cave” ceiling of our room constantly dropped debris onto the ground and bed. Dust littered the floor. While this is expected if it were a real cave, being an artificial cave, I was a little concerned. The bathroom door didn’t close cleanly and needed to be pushed in order for the bolt to fall into the socket and close properly. The room occasionally had a “pond water” smell from the outside hallway that we couldn’t pinpoint, but it didn’t bother us too badly. The front reception is locked and needed someone to manually open the door for us, which posed an embarrassing problem if we came back to the hotel late or early in the morning. A family lives there (we think) that manages the property and needed to wake up to let us in at 5:00 am a couple times. It might have been better to have some kind of key or open access without intruding on anyone. Lastly, the heating system failed during our stay but the staff noticed and provided plug in heaters instead without us mentioning anything. We didn’t end up using them as the room was already a comfortable temperature despite the outside being -5 C.

The staff coordinated our hotel pick-up and drop-off and offered to coordinate hot air balloons for us as well (we had already booked). Plus, the breakfast, which is included, was delicious! The owners had an adorable dog as well :). We stayed in a cave room, which was beautiful. I could not recommend this hotel more. There was nothing I didn't like! The service/wifi in the room was spotty, but that is the nature of staying in a cave room.

The breakfast was mind-blowing, easily one of the best spreads we have ever had. It had all the Turkish delicacies. The family that runs this hotel is extremely sweet and nice. There is sufficient space for parking and the hotel itself is super authentic and gives you a feel of turkey as soon as you step in, with its cute artifacts and stylish decor. Would 100% come back.

The town is calm and clean, it's nice to walk there in the evening, there are places to eat, there are chain supermarkets. Comfortable, spacious and very nice room. Everything is filled with antiques. Very cozy courtyard and terraces. The cave room was quiet and dark, so we slept well. The room was cool, but it was quite comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The staff is friendly. Special thanks to Murat, who was always ready to help.
- Anastasiya (10/5): Очень уютный и красивый отель-музей. - Очень понравилось в Аваносе, место отличное, рядом набережная, смотровая площадка, сувенирные магазинчики. Хозяин очень приятный, номер у нас был большой, две комнаты, одна в большой пещере, из нее еще две маленькие декоративные пещеры с подсветкой, украшенные старинными вещами. Отель с красивым внутренним двориком, завтраки вкусные, много свежей выпечки и фруктов. Хозяин отеля на память нам подарил небольшие красивые сувенирчики. Обязательно вернемся в этот отель, и будем советовать друзьям. Единственный минус, что основные достопримечательности Каппадокии находятся в соседних городках, правда недалеко, мы были на машине, поэтому для нас это была не проблема.

- Lauren (10/5): Fantastic! A wonderful stay in - A gorgeous historic hotel with great management and facilities. It was truly a treat to stay here, as every inch of the hotel is beautiful. We were also awed by the amazing breakfast buffet, which seemed never-ending, with more choices than I've ever seen. The whole experience was above expectation. Being a traveler for over 25 years, the Sofa Hotel ranks high in my experience and will be memorable.

- Faruk (10/5): - Fantastic host and owner of the hotel. Helped with all sort of requests. We were total of 11 with 4 small children Would be fantastic that there was coffee or tea in longer period or that it would be possible to order something and not just breakfast. Breakfast was amazing

Tout est parfait, au moindre souci, les gerants se mettent en quatre pour regler le probleme. Ils proposent des activites avec transfert de l’hotel, la montgolfiere c’était exceptionnel. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Spacious rooms and cute terrace where you can watch the balloons over the valley in the morning. Very helpful staff - they helped us book all our activities in capadoccia.

- Tova (10/5): I would stay here again, as a female i felt safe which was nice - honestly i really enjoyed my stay, the staff was wonderful super nice and helpful, and the breakfast was actually quite good. the room was nice and big which was nice, and it was beautiful. it was also nice having a taxi place a couple of feet away from the building + if you are wanting to go to göreme it is only a 13 minute drive away! the only problem was the shower head but they tried replacing it with another shower head so i really can’t complain!

- Alex (10/5): Прекрасный отпуск - В отеле было очень атмосферно, ( мы снимали номер пещеру) ты погружаешься в невероятную атмосферу. Персонал приветливый, вкусные завтраки, большая территория и красивые места рядом, работники отеля организовали нам трансфер и все что нам было нужно Мы были с 24 по 26 сентября, в номере было немного прохладно по ночам, не помешали бы тапочки для ног, или их не было или я их не нашёл, так как пол в номере очень холодный
