- PatrickOIrl (8/5): Fun, convenience with a beautiful backdrop. - Convenience, we were attending a concert at a venue which is part of the hotel complex. Choice of food outlets, bars, quiet rooms, pre and post concert choice within the complex was excellent. Since the weather was poor, that choice was a bonus. We had a busy one night stay, everything went smoothly.

- Katherine (8/5): Perfect place for family time. - I loved the location and amount of facilities. With 2 kids we really were delighted with choices of restaurants. In particular the option of the bistro was great as u have a fussy eater which can make things stressful in restaurants . Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only issue really was the size of the room, I felt it was quite small for a family room especially considering the cost. However it was very clean and comfortable.

- Sean (10/5): Can't wait to get back. - The hotel looks fabulous set to a background of the Kerry Mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in one of the restaurants and the food was beautiful. We were there for a show in the INEC and that, also, was well done. I had a Disabled Access room and I have to say it was one of the best I have ever been in, from a wheelchair user point of view. I liked everything about the hotel.

Breakfast had a queue which was my 1st time in a hotel dealing with that so we left and went to a restaurant. When we returned all parking was gone and had to park away from hotel. Very dissapointed and with young kids was additional walking.

Staff should update the kitchen if an item is running low in quality. At they end of the day we had paid for breakfast, it wasn’t complimentary.
