donna (10/5): The perfect b&b stay - Everything about the b&b. The owner was very lovely and very attentive to her guests needs. The room was lovely and roomy and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and making friends with Max is a must because he is very friendly and loves a fuss Nothing to dislike

Brian (9/5): lovely b+b - the room was lovely,clean and bright.tha bed was very comfortable, you got a sofa to sit on too. also a fridge in your room, + hairdryer and tea making facilities. the breakfast was also, very good we were a little cold, but it was a cold weekend. the heating could have been on a bit more. maybe they could put some oil filed rads in the rooms to keep costs down. they are cheap to run

Gary (10/5): A brilliant and highly recommended stay. - The lady who ran this place to stay ( Chrissie ) was brilliant. she could not do enough for us.Lovely big breakfast .The place was so clean and comfortable and a few minutes walk to the sea front.Just over the road was the tram boarding stop.All i can add to this is it is highly recommended and we will be definitely going back there. We went there as strangers and left as friends. There was nothing to dislike.
