Not sure how more disabled people manage and perhaps it needs highlighting on website. Also suggest highlighting to those arriving by car to NOT use Waze driving instructions. We had major issue which caused car damage due to instructions taking us to very narrow, unpassable streets.!! But the staff were very kind when we arrived very stressato.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The breakfast was also outstanding, with great variety and quality, setting the perfect tone for each day. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, approachable, and always available to help with anything we needed. A special mention to David, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He helped us every day with recommendations for the best wine tastings and made sure we were always well taken care of. A big thank you to David for his exceptional attention and kindness. Really tha - Our stay at the Gagliardi Boutique Hotel in Noto can be summed up with a single word: Exceptional! The hotel is located in an elegant historic building (taking the name from Rosario Gagliardi, one of the greatest masters of the Sicilian baroque) just behind Palazzo Ducezio and a few steps from the central Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the Cathedral and all local beauties and facilities (including the famous Caffe Sicilia). The location is just perfect, and the hotel also provides a few parking places for those coming by car. The rooms are extremely nice and very elegantly furnished - modern facilities within an historic setting. The hotel is provided with a magnificent Terrace where to watch sunset while savouring an aperitivo, the breakfast is rich and perfectly composed of all amazing flavours of this sun blessed territory, and there are also elegant living and relaxing spaces throughout - indoor and outdoor - and an internal bar with a selection of fine spirits from all over the world. All this already makes the Gagliardi Hotel an exceptional selection to explore the beautiful city of Noto. However, what makes this hotel a truely outstanding choice is the courtesy, professionalism and kindness of its staff. At our arrival, we have had a “technical” issue with our room. Nothing worth mentioning, one of those things that can happen. Yet, the two staff at the front desk, Maria and Marco have really gone over and beyond their possibilities to apologise for the issue and to make our stay absolutely memorable. Thanks also to the bar tender, Luigi - who has shared with us the full extent of his knowledge, leading us on a journey of discovery of the richness of Sicily and the incredibly variety of its produce - the continuous attentions of the hotel staff, their indications, their suggestions, their courtesy, have really redefined for us what hospitality and attention to the customer should be about. The only think we did not like is that we could only stay at the Gagliardi hotel for three nights.

- Andreas (10/5): Wenn wir noch einmal in der Gegend sind werden wir sicher wieder im Gagliardi Boutique Hotel wohnen - Wunderschöner alter Palazzo, umgebaut zu einem Hotel. Viele öffentliche Räume, in denen man sich gerne aufenthält. Die Dachterrasse ist der Hammer, wunderbarer Ausblick. Wir waren zwei Nächte dort und haben von dort Syrakus besucht. Die meisten machen es wahrscheinlich umgekehrt, wohnen in Syrakus und besuchen Noto. Wir würden es immer wieder anders herum machen, in Noto wohnen und von dort Syrakus besuchen.

- Nicola (10/5): La perla di Noto - L’Hotel Gagliardi è una vera e propria gemma nel cuore di Noto, patrimonio dell’Unesco. Non appena arrivati, ci siamo sentiti immediatamente a casa, grazie all’accoglienza calorosa e professionale di Maria e Daiana. Gli spazi comuni sono raffinati ed eleganti, arredati con un gusto impeccabile che rivela una grande attenzione ai dettagli. La nostra junior suite era spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort moderni, inclusa una comodissima cabina armadio. La linea di cortesia Ortigia, di altissimo livello, ha aggiunto un tocco di lusso all’esperienza. La colazione, servita dalla gentilissima Claudia nel giardino dell’hotel, è stata una vera delizia. Prodotti freschissimi, una vasta scelta e una qualità indiscutibile, il tutto preparato con maestria da Lora. Al tramonto, non può mancare una visita alla terrazza panoramica, dove Alessia e Luigi, sempre sorridenti e professionali, vi accoglieranno per farvi godere una vista mozzafiato su Noto. La selezione di vini e drink è eccellente, perfetta per sorseggiare mentre si ammira il panorama. Il nostro viaggio in Sicilia è durato 10 giorni e ci ha portati in diverse città e hotel, ma l’Hotel Gagliardi è stato, senza dubbio, il posto più bello che abbiamo visitato. Un sincero ringraziamento e complimenti a tutto il team: avete reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. Torneremo sicuramente!

The hotel is nicely decorated, classy and proper rooms, neither huge or small. Breakfast is served in a inner courtyard, really calm and cosy. Only but: parking. Being well located in a small street in central Noto, one has to park (with luck) in the nearby streets. Important recommandation: hire a small car. a Must in Noto!

- Niv (10/5): Noto ended up as our favourite location in Sicily! mainly thanks to Marco and the Gagliard hotel! - This hotel is amazing! the best value for money ever!!! First i would like to mention Marco from the reception. He was so nice and helpful. He helped us find a parking spot for our car (and even moved its own car so we could park there safely!!). He also upgraded our room for free, and provided the best recommendations for own visit. The hotel is beautiful, i felt like a princess lol, the room was very very clean (which is really important to us), whie also located in the middle of the city, right next to the main shopping street of Noto. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. As I mentioned, Marco provided the best recommendations: - We had an "aperitivo" in the hotel's rooftop bar (which is a Martini terrazzo). It is pricy, but cocktails were great and the view and whole experience was worth it (book a table for the sunset time). - We had dinner at Norma Bistrot, which was the best dinner we ate in whole Sicily!!! amazing! To sum up, i was afraid that going to Noto will be a waste of time, but Noto ended up as our favourite location in Sicily by far!!!! mainly thanks to Marco and the Gagliardi hotel! we will sure come back next time in Noto!
- Rochelle (10/5): The only place to stay in Noto! - This is a MUST stay. Don’t bother anywhere else. It’s gorgeous, it’s small, the staff is excellent, the location is the best, and so is the rooftop! The staff asked so I said add a pool 🤣🤣🤣

- Maria (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful. We were lucky enough to stay in a garden level room, with an outdoor patio area. The breakfasts were some of the best I’ve had when staying at a hotel. The staff were the real stand outs. The front desk attendants were so helpful with suggestions of restaurants and also set us up for a day at a beach club. I’d highly recommended Gagliardi Boutique Hotel to anyone staging in the area!

- Jörg (9/5): Tolle Lage und großes Zimmer - Die Lage war perfekt. Mitten in der Altstadt, trotzdem konnte man mit dem Auto anfahren. Zum nächsten Parkplatz waren es dann auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite, welche wirklich sehr geräumig war. Das Frühstück war anständig, etwas mehr Wurstauswahl hätte ich mir aber gewünscht. Ansonsten war alles verfügbar. Die Dame (Maria) an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Preise in der Rooftop Bar waren etwas überzogen
