They made it very memorable for my parents and the staff were sweet and responded quickly as well! Bit on the pricier end.

- Arjun (9/5): Get ready to be spoiled in the midst of nature - Our stay at Taj Corbett was truly exceptional and one that we’ll cherish for a long time. We had mentioned during check-in that it was my father’s birthday and requested for it to be kept a surprise — and the staff went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. In the afternoon, they surprised us with a lovely pineapple cake in our room, and later in the evening, the housekeeping team beautifully organized a photobooth setup with a delicious chocolate cake. The effort, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail were simply outstanding — we’ll never forget this experience. The high tea was another highlight — perfectly timed between lunch and dinner, offering just the right variety of treats to keep us satisfied without being too heavy. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. Their smiles and hospitality added so much to the charm of the stay. The check-in process was seamless, and the team promptly assisted us with our bags and escorted us to our rooms. From the moment you arrive, you can tell you’re about to be spoiled. Taj Corbett truly exemplifies the essence of personalized luxury and heartfelt service. There were 3 opportunities for improvement. Firstly, more than 1 restaurant should be open at all times to give the guests plenty of options to eat from. Secondly, the air conditioning in the Tree Room (their main restaurant) was not working by default and I had to request them to switch it on. Lastly, their room service was only from their in-room dining menu and when we asked for food from their Italian restaurant, they shared it was not possible or would take more than 1 hour.

- Shaikha (5/5): Would not revisit any Taj Hotel due to this. - It’s okay. Meets expectations for the price paid. Despite fully paying for two rooms for four guests, the hotel charged extra per person, claiming single occupancy. This has never been an issue in my many previous bookings done the same way. For a hotel in this price range, the handling felt very cheap. Staff were unsupportive and simply told me to contact Booking.com, even though the issue could have been resolved internally.

Power cuts were frequent although the back up generator kicks in in a couple of minutes. The pool was closed for a couple of days - we were given the option of going to a sister property as an alternative but it didn't suit us.

- an (10/5): - There aren't enough superlative adjectives to describe our fantastic experience at Taj Corbett. The property is unique and stunning with gorgeous views of the Kosi river. There are multiple restaurants on the premises each catering to a unique flavor and vibe. While every member went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, a HUGE callout to Pushkar Bohara, Ishwar Negi, Kuldeep, Maan Singh and Monika who took care of our every need including a very special experience to celebrate a birthday. Kudos to Chef Sher Singh, every dish was a delight, the Kumaoni thali our favorite. Mr Kunwar Singh and Mr Karan Singh were extremely helpful in providing information and helping in booking our safaris at Jim Corbett well in advance which was a magical experience. We were a family of 6 ranging from 30 to 74 and each of us returned (very reluctantly) delighted and pampered. While our primary goal was the safaris at Jim Corbett, the property offers ample opportunity and experiences to relax and take in the natural beauty and local customs. We stayed the week of New Year's and despite having a very full house, our every need was met with attention. I am a huge fan of the Taj experience, this has been my best Taj stay.
- Mukul (10/5): Wonderful Stay at Taj Jim Corbett - I recently had an amazing stay at Taj Jim Corbett, and I am compelled to share my gratitude for the exceptional hospitality. A special thanks to Barnali and Chef Saha for going above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The rooms were beautifully appointed, spacious, and offered stunning views of the Kosi River—truly a serene retreat. The safaris were perfectly coordinated and timely, with thoughtful touches like blankets to keep us warm in the cold weather. One standout moment was our early departure at 5:30 AM, for which Chef Saha arranged breakfast bags—a truly convenient and thoughtful gesture. The food throughout our stay was exceptional, adding to the overall experience. While the restaurants got busy during breakfast and hi-tea, the staff did their best to manage the crowds and cater to everyone with warmth and efficiency. However, I’d like to offer a small suggestion regarding early morning checkouts. During our checkout with three rooms and there was only one staff member on duty. This individual worked tirelessly and did his best to assist, but we felt bad seeing him manage everything alone. It took about 30 minutes to get all our bags out. While this is not a complaint, I feel that having an additional staff member available during known early morning checkouts would make the process smoother and ease the burden on the team.
- Kamaldeep (9/5): Relaxing and most enjoyable - I think the staff, be it housekeeping or the Restaurant/ Tree Top staff - they were all excellent in their services. They were prompt and efficient. The housekeeping in particular did a very good job of cleaning the room and making sure there was enough of everything without us having to keep on asking for refills or replenishments. Even where one needed something from housekeeping, unlike many hotels, the housekeeping was prompt to provide whatever was asked for. Generally, we felt that the services provided at the hotel were of a much higher quality, than one has experienced lately at even some of the premium Taj properties in Goa. This was a pleasant surprise. The location of the property is beautiful. It is quiet and has a beautiful frontage along the Kosi.

- Dzenan (6/5): The hotel is nice but their handling of safari trip was a disaster - Hospitality at the top level; the staff was very accommodative and helpful. Our room was very humid; we had to ask for a dehumidifier. The safari that was organized through the hotel was a disaster; they picked a remote gate for our visit and it took us 45 minutes to reach it with the jeep. We managed to see almost nothing; the guide was taking us in circles to revisit the same places. We had to cut it short. Poorly managed by the hotel.

It’s a good - The restaurant is ideally located in front of the Ramganga. Good food and great F&B services. My room hearing stopped working and it took the management a long time to take action. The whole episode lasted more than an hour. I really don’t expect to stay in a cold room when I’m paying such a premium. They did eventually change the room but the reason I upgraded to the room was due to the location and outdoor Varanda, which was missing in the new room. The most surprising thing was that they did not offer any discounts or complementary services, charging me for even the cashews from the mini bar. I did not ask them for any favours myself but was expecting higher management to offer something to compensate for the time and discomfort I faced. In the morning while checking out there was a passing remark - apart from the heating not working hope your stay was comfortable. Found this so strange being Taj. My expectations of Taj have been sky high so far but I will not be coming back here.

- Shailesh (10/5): Delightfully Taj experience - Wonderful experience overall. We stayed for 4 nights over Diwali, and everyday was beautiful with the settings of the property, the quality of events organized, and the food. The highlight was the attitude and service quality of the staff. Reminded us of what the delightful Taj experience used to be 10 years ago (as at least in big cities it has changed quite a bit in the last years unfortunately). Our 3 year old made friends with Haider who was extremely sweet to him throughout the stay. Pushkar diligently made sure that our meals specially for the kid are sorted and perfectly organized every time! Nothing specifically but some guest rooms may do with a bit of renovation.
