Guest Reviews
- Jeffrey (2/5): Warning - Warning: do not stay in room 310. Additionally, I would strongly advise you do not deal with or rent with Rocky Mountain Management. I have never written a review before but this place was by far the worst. 1. We were emailed check in instructions with codes for entrance gate and lodge entrance. That morning they changed the codes without letting us know so we could not get in the gate or the lodge. After freezing outside we finally got a return call with proper codes. Understand there is NO onsite management just instructions thru text/email. 2. Once we got to room 310 we were appalled at the conditions. Old, poorly lit, broken lamps (one pole lamp just leaning against the wall the other with broken shade) dirty and stained carpet and dangerous in that the sliders led to totally open space with a 3 story drop. No balcony, safety railing etc. our grandkids could have opened the sliders and fallen 3 stories down!! None of this meets codes and is in direct violation. These were all expressed to the management. When we asked for late check out fully expecting a favorable response, we were told if you want us to grant a favor you must guarantee we would not write a bad review. Absolutely outrageous. Again we warn you not to use this management company. We will be calling Hotels.com strongly suggesting they remove this room (#310)from their inventory and requesting some refund. All of this is documented in photos and contacts with management
- Damon (6/5): - Location was amazing. View from room was outstanding. Jeff was very helpful.
Room was nice size.
Issues- Very outdated, half of lights would not work, sink and tubs were rusted.
- tim (4/5): - Five lights in the kitchen, 3 of the 5 bulbs burned out. The battery was dead on the clock on the wall. Both toilets run constantly. Looked like someone dropped a cup of koolade in one of the bathrooms and no one cleaned it up. Perhaps the most uncomfortable bed I have every slept in. Entire place was run down and dated. We go to summit county quite frequently. This condo was not the cheapest nor most expensive but it was by far the worst. And I feel like I should get my money back for the cleaning deposit. Whole experience was a joke.
- solomon (10/5): - Muy bien el departamento limpio y agradable
Solo entraba frió por l ventana
- Charles (6/5): Not what it appears! - Spent 30 minutes getting into the garage with the key card, then found out that key card was defective when it wouldn’t open the door to the room. Also, if I wanted to replace the key I had to drive 15 miles to the office!! When I booked the room at $145 a nite, I was shocked to be charged $346. I immediately called after booking and asked to cancel, but they refused. Said the additional money were resort fees, cleaning and taxes. I found the booking process to be extremely deceptive.
