• d'Acunto (9/5): - Très bon emplacement, l’hôte est très agréable, il nous a recommandé des visites et lieux en nous donnant une carte. Il a été très arrangeant pour laisser nos bagages le matin. Nous avions un lit double et un futon pour 3 personnes.

• Tristram (9/5): Nice Hanok accommodation - Very clean and good location. Old style Hanok accommodation. The owner was very friendly and provided a lot of tips and travel details. The towells provided are quiet small, larger towells would be better.

• Sanford (3/5): Second disappointing hanok experience in Gyeongju, so we will stay in a hotel next time. - Walking distance to many of the major sites and very close to the main tourist shopping and eating. Host was nice, interesting,and enthusiastic and he even took us to some of the sights outside of town one morning that we would have missed. And he brought us some cut fruit. Outside of the room, the entire property was messy and unkempt. We had no confidence in the bedding, so my wife slept with her head on my undershirt.
• Ruth (6/5): Very interesting. - The location was very good with important historic sites nearby. The owner of the property was very helpful, giving us a map and explaining how to get to all the local places of interest. I booked the room expecting a double bed and a futon but the futon was a thin mattress on the floor. Fortunately, we were able to take a thin mattress off the double bed for the single futon. The double bed was rather uncomfortable.
• natalie (7/5): - Ce guesthouse est très bien situé, à la limite du quartier animé avec les cafés, restaurants, magasins etc. Et à distance de marche des principaux sites historiques. Mais bénéficie de calme. Le propriétaire est accueillant et serviable pour donner toutes les infos de visites à faire. La chambre en elle-même ne dispose pas de fenêtre et est donc un peu sombre et froide. Une chaise et quelques crochets pour pendre les vêtements seraient appréciés, ainsi qu'une petite lampe d'appoint près du lit pour pouvoir éteindre la grande lampe au plafond qui est très forte. Le prix est un peu haut pour ce que cette chambre offre.

• Masako (4/5): 町はすばらしく　食事が美味しく伝統茶の店がすばらしくよかった - 親切すぎてお話が長いのが欠点です。少し距離がありましたが、美味しいお店を教えていただきました。 連泊でしたが　途中部屋には入らないそうで　タオル交換　トイレットペーパー補充は直接伝えること 地図を出して近辺散歩の順番まで説明してくださる親切は本当にありがたく嬉しかったのですが　説明が長くてお腹が空きすぎました。どうやら紹介の連絡先が間違っていたのか　乗ってタクシーに連絡先の番号違いを指摘された。
• leonardo (6/5): Piccola stanza ma in posizione perfetta. - Posizione fantastica, a due passi dalle vie più turistiche e dai principali monumenti da visitare. Vista la posizione ci siamo sempre mossi a piedi. Ottima anche da raggiungere dalla stazione degli autobus o dalla stazione dei treni. Host molto cortese. Unica pecca la camera familiare non corrisponde pienamente alle foto, é molto piccola, una sola stanza con cucina un divano letto singolo e futon da posizionare sul pavimento. Diciamo che per una famiglia di 5 persone risulta abbastanza scomodo.

Узнал как долго мы будем в городе и исходя из этого дал нам точные инструкции куда мы успеем добраться за это время и что посмотреть. Что, на самом деле, нам очень помогло. Футоны, как оказывается, не предполагают белого белья на них. Как будто спишь на спальном мешке. Не ожидали.

• Eugenio (7/5): Nice staff but pricey for what you get - The owner was extremely proactive and helpful. Location is good. It was clean and not noisy. The futon bed for our child was uncomfortable. The sheets were clean but not very soft. I paid at the property but didn’t get any receipt, even after asking for it. I only got it three days later. The room is big but very basic.
• Kim (9/5): We'd book this place again. - Very friendly welcome when we arrived. Our host was very kind and introduced us to a couple of sights that we didn't necessarily have in mind, e.g., the Space Walk in Pohang. He was a bit off with the bus lines, but that was ok. The apartment was quiet during the night, as the cafes etc around closed at around 9:30 PM. This may be different during full season. It was not totally obvious to find the place, as we didn't find its name written anywhere.
• Sibil (1/5): Except for the good sightseeing information, everything was far from ‘deluxe’. We left after one unpleasant night. - Central location, close to the Silla tombs. We have booked a ‘Deluxe Familyroom’ for two nights. Since we are two friends we wanted to have separate beds, which you may expect in a ‘Family room’. On the Booking.com site it was mentioned that there would be futons. Upon arrival, the hallway already looked shabby. And the room was not as big as it was suggested. There was only one double bed and no proper futons, just two thin quilts lying behind the double bed. It was impossible to sleep on those properly. We complained to the host. And he suggested to take out the bedtopping of the double bed to comfort the other. Which we did. Futhermore, there were no duvet cases. We were not sure whether they were washed or not.

• Ora33 (8/5): Nice expérience - The owner was very kind, it explains everything where to go where to catch the bus. Very friendly. The place is convenient, you are close to the shopping street and restaurants. it's spacious and clean I will say the towel are small, but apart from that no issues.

But the acconmodatilon waa by far below the standards that i - Good location Its not really a hotel, just a few rooms above a coffee shop. I paid about $110 a night, which had to be paid in cash before getting access to the room. It provided few of the facilities that hotels normally provide. The bedroom, bathroom, and other room in between were very clean and nice. But the bedroom only contains a bed, TV and portable AC. Not even a bedside cabinet and light. Had to go to the other room to switch off the light. Did not see any staff during my 3 days and nobody attended to the room or removed any rubbish. There was a kettle and fridge in the other room but no tea or coffee. Really felt like I paid far nore than the value
• Eun-heh (10/5): Super location, absolute traditional vibes with comfortable amenities - Double dresser, clean and refreshing shower, hanok style from windows to doors to ceiling! Great location without the noise. Not much for eating in the room (double utensil and plate/cup set would have been nice)

• Miok (7/5): Great location and value for a simple stay in Gyeongju - Location of the property was exceptional in terms of access to downtown Gyeongju and the sights. Host was very knowledgeable and gave good advice about how to get to the various sights and logistics of how to get from place to place. The courtyard and the attached cafe were a bit disheveled with lots of piles of things everywhere. It was not very inviting and there was no real place to congregate.

Friendly host, willing to help with tips. It is not really a traditional hanok- it’s rather a modern B&B made to look like a hanok. Bathroom/shower is quite basic. • Mathew (9/5): Excellent - The room was very beautifully designed with traditional korean sliding doors and floor. The bed was comfortable, and the ensuit suited us quite well. The location was great with easy access to nearby shops and attractions. The host was very friendly and gave us lots of advice about the local area. He also chased after us when we left to return my girlfriends ebook reader she had forgotten under the pillow. Great service. If you're looking for a traditional korean house this is about halfway there. Good if you're on a budget, but you might not get the experience you were hoping for. But it suited us fine.
• Geeta (3/5): Poor - Location is good. The room was clean This is not a proper hotel, just a room at the back of a workshop with Very basic facilities. The furniture and linen appear to be from a charity shop.The bed did not even have sheets, just some comforters over the mattress. That said, the proprietor is polite and tried to be helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. Note - there is no enclosed shower. Good value if you need somewhere to just sleep for the night and don't expect to spend anytime in the room.

Well situated but expensive for what it is in my opinion. Owner was very knowledgeable to help you plan your days in Gyeongju (though a bit pushy when you said you already had planned you days). Check in was complicated - the owner has multiple properties and got confused, I ended up having to ask a stranger to call the person's number because he wasn't answering messages on Booking, then had walk over to another property because he was stuck checking in other people. Cleanliness could be improved, the walls were kind of dirty.
