With The food and wine were both fabulous and reasonably priced and the view from every space was to die for. The pool area is also immaculate. We will be back for sure x
- Michael (6/5): - Pros: location and beautiful view. Great infinity pool Cons with some suggestions: 1. We booked a terrace suite but we are not convinced that is what we got. Room was smaller, darker and not as nice as the website pics. You may want to update your website pics to properly reflect room to your customers 2. Odor outside of our room. We were in room 1 that had a strange odor in the hallway just outside our room. You may wish to address that smell asap 3. The hotel seemed soulless. While we appreciate low touch service as explained on the website, small things like music playing in the hotel lobby//breakfast area and grounds may help. Also, ensure that there is at least 1 staff member visibly present in the lobby during working hours (we went several times to the lobby to ask questions and no one was there, nor answered the bell when we rang it) 4. Service. Subpar service for the price point. Suggestions are to provide an explanation of hotel and room amenities and services upon check in, serve your clients coffee at breakfast instead of self service for that (esp given the coffee machine as not working well), ask your clients how their stay is going esp if you have someone more visible, offer to carry your clients luggage to their room if they have large bags) 5. Breakfast. Other than the suggestion above regarding coffee, you may want to ensure you have enough food at the buffet table when your hotel is busy. You should also proactively inform your clients
- Stéphanie (8/5): - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, largement grâce à une équipe jeune, dynamique, très efficace et particulièrement sympathique. Un grand merci à tout le personnel pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur professionnalisme. La chambre était très belle, bien décorée, confortable, et conforme à nos attentes. Cependant, deux points méritent d’être signalés pour plus de transparence : - Dans la brochure de l’hôtel, il est mentionné la présence d’une enceinte Harman Kardon, mais nous n’en avons trouvé aucune dans la chambre. - Concernant la salle de sport, les photos sur le site sont malheureusement très trompeuses. Ce qui est présenté comme une salle de sport bien équipée n’existe pas: quelques machines ont été déplacées à l’extérieur, sous la terrasse, posées à même les cailloux, sans sol adapté. Le tapis de course est vétuste, et les vélos ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur de ce qui est montré en ligne. Heureusement, le beau temps était au rendez-vous, et nous n’avons finalement pas eu besoin d’utiliser cette "salle de sport". Nous recommandons vivement à l’établissement de retirer ou de mettre à jour ces photos, pour éviter toute déception aux futurs visiteurs. En dépit de ces petits désagréments, notre expérience a été très positive et nous recommandons chaleureusement cet hôtel pour son confort et surtout pour la qualité de son service. - Helen (8/5): Great hotel but lacks personal service - The hotel is of a very high standard with wonderful views of Mont Ventoux. We had a detached garden house which was amazing. Where the hotel is lacking is around a personalised service. There are minimal staff and they rarely interact with guests. The hotel operates on a “help yourself” basis. There is an honesty bar and breakfast is entirely self service. Staff do not approach your table to clear plates until you have left. There is no food in the evening which is a shame and surprise for a hotel of this standard and which charges €350 a night. On arrival you are asked if you want a restaurant booking at a place in the village. We were reluctant but did not regret it at Le Veux Four. It became apparent that every new arrival must to recommended the same as we went a second time and all arrivals that day were in there. There is clearly a connection with the hotel. Overall it was a pleasant stay but the hotel could be so much more if staff interacted with guests. Even at checkout we were not asked how our stay was. As a result the hotel tends to lack atmosphere which is a real shame as the hotel itself is great. They appear to have taken it a little far in terms of making it feel “home from home”.

I can tell you that La Maison de Crillon is absolutely, hands-down one of the BEST hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Magnificent location under Mt Ventoux; beautiful room with private terrace; honor bar/food stocked with excellent wines; gracious and friendly staff. What more can you possibly ask for? I’m so happy I found this gem and will 100% be back again in the future. Thank you so much for a peaceful and amazing stay.

Vue sur le mont Ventoux depuis la terrasse de la suite et la piscine à couper le souffle. Literie comfortable, petit déjeuner simple mais bon. Honesty bar dispo h24 et snack jusqu’à 21h très appréciables (l’établissement ne disposant pas de restaurant). Possibilité de louer des vélos pour visiter la région. L’endroit dispose d’un parking sécurisé gratuit avec possibilité de recharger les véhicules électriques (prise domestique). Service et personnel très disponible et efficace. Si on veut être tatillon, manque quelques références par rapport à l’hôtellerie traditionnelle sur ce segment (Chaussons en chambre, renouvellement du gel douche, ...).

- Michael (10/5): Don't go anywhere else! - La Maison de Crillon has now become our favourite hotel...anywhere! The views are breathtaking, the public terraces spacious, the rooms comfortable, stylish, bright, and with plenty of thoughtful details. Where this property stands out for us is the overall relaxing environment and a happy team effort to take care of the clients. The manager mentioned that rather than talking about the number of stars, we should be talking about feeling "at home". This is not a snobby hotel where the guests need to feel like they have to be "up to standards". We loved how we could stay in the breakfast room until lunchtime, swim early in the morning, store our picnic supplies, use their (top quality) electric bikes. This was a PERFECT STAY! Merci à toute l'équipe! PS. Did I mention the beautifully heated pool?!

- Michael (10/5): Relaxing hotel with great views - We had a very relaxing stay. Fantastic views and lots of space. We didn't feel the need to go anywhere else apart from local bakery up the road for cakes. The bikes and table tennis were a bonus. Bedion is only a few minutes away by bike and that leads to the famous Tour de France route up the mountain.
- Rhys (10/5): Minimoon bliss - My wife and I spent 5 nights here after our wedding and it was everything we wanted and needed and so much more. Relaxing, peaceful, serenity. Jean-Baptiste (the manager) and his staff could not be more accommodating or charming if they tried. The room - very comfortable, clean and stylish with a Bluetooth speaker, big rain shower and robes, views were incredible to wake up and have your morning coffee in bed too. Pool was exactly as it looked in the photos, large, clean, panoramic views of Mount Ventoux and the vineyards, comfortable lounger’s with canopy’s, and utter bliss. Food - At breakfast there is not much else you could want, and freshly prepared meals are on offer throughout the day. Refereshments are offered at an open bar with and honesty policy - very easy. The village of Crillon le Brave is quaint and charming with some breathtaking views and architecture. There are several dining options to suit budgets/mood. We spent a day at the 5* Hotel Crillon le Brave on the Sunday having brunch and spa treatments which was lovely and quite indulgent but somewhat overpriced. However, the views were no better than La Maison, it seemed far busier (both hotels were fully booked out) and the pool if anything was cramped. We were happy and relived to return back to our accommodation for some more R&R. Lots of local villages, towns, and attractions to explore - easiest by car/bike. We will most definitely be returning to La Maison.

- Filp (10/5): Charmantes Hotel mit Blick auf den Mont Ventoux - Von der Frühstücksterrasse, vom Pool, von unserm Zimmer und Terrasse, selbst von der Dusche, hatten wir einen herrlichen Blick auf den Mont Ventoux. Bei sehr heißen Temperaturen hat der Pool immer zu Erfrischung beigetragen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
- Seslee (10/5): Spectacular View of Mont Ventoux - La Maison offers heaven on earth with gorgeous views of Mont Ventoux and the picturesque valley and villages below, along with the relaxation and romance once expects when traveling to Provence. The hotel provides its guests with the ultimate privacy and comfort without the fussiness often experienced in other luxury hotels. I particularly enjoyed the honesty bars situated throughout the property and the low key vibe meant to entice guests into simply enjoying the gorgeous nature all around. There are lovely village restaurants steps from the hotel if you'd rather not drive or bicycle. The pool area is divine and never crowded. The breakfast buffet on the common terrace was a fantastic experience each morning-the melon served was the best I've ever eaten! If you're looking to kick back in a relaxed, casual setting, La Maison will not disappoint.
