Bett etwas zu weich ( aber das ist ja Geschmackssache) Den ganzen Tag läuft, ich nenne es mal Lounge Musik...auch zum Frühstück und da passt es überhaupt nicht. Wer das nicht mag, hat gleich nach dem Aufstehen schlechte Laune. Wie kann man nur 5-6 Krawallsender ( RTL, Vox, SAT usw. ) ganz nach vorne in der Senderbelegung legen. ZDF ist auf Kanal 135, also erstmal suchen. ARD war überhaupt nicht zu finden...

• Michaël (9/5): Un lieu de séjour munichois à recommander pour son rapport qualité/prix - Le design de l'Hôtel, les équipements, l'amabilité du personnel, le petit-déjeuner de qualité, la présence d'un bar et la situation géographique. L'insuffisance d'insonorisation de la chambre et l'absence de restauration en dehors du petit-déjeuner.

• Itamar Jose (8/5): Boa localização em Munique para acesso transporte público na porta do hotel. - Padrão de qualidade no quarto é excelente café da manhã. Do atendente na recepção que demonstrou falta de habilidade para tratar bem o cliente. Porém, demais da equipe (2 mulheres no turno da tarde que nos atenderam muito bem e mostrou o quarto antes de confirmarmos pagamento e do atendente no bar).

• Mohammad (9/5): Zufrieden - Sie können das Auto im Parking lassen und einfach mit dem Bus und U-Bahn Stadtflug machen. Das Hotel ist sauber, Frühstück war sehr gesund, lecker und vielfältig. Abluftanlage für Toilette könnte besser sein. Mehr Luftmenge raus 😆

• Oancea (7/5): Really bad experience - The room and the reception staff. We specifically booked a room fit for three people, and paid for a superior room in order to accomodate three people. When we got there, we received a significantly smaller room. The door was almost not opening due to the extra bed. We went to the reception to fix the error and the reception staff said it is what it is. You don’t always get what you pay for, you sometimes get what is available… we should have checked before arriving…. And then proceeded to giving us the exact same room, only on the other side of the hallway, stressing the fact that he is doing us a one time favour. And told us to maybe book someplace else for the rest of the stay. Which we did. It is really unconfortable to arive at the hotel at9 pm, with a tired child knowing that you have a room to put them in, and then spend an hour arguing to obtain what you paid for and gettig the answer: “it’s common practice, can’t help you!”

• Irmgard (8/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder, buchen dann aber ein anderes Zimmer. - Gute Lage, gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, alles sehr sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer und und auch das Bad waren für 2 Personen leider sehr klein.

• Simone (8/5): - Staff cordiale, colazione abbondante, camere pulite e abbastanza silenziose. Albergo situato in una zona abbastanza tranquilla. Fermata metro a circa 10 minuti a piedi. Eravamo in visita per la fiera, per raggiungere il polo fieristico in macchina ci si mette circa 20-25 minuti in base al traffico. Invece con metro ci vogliono circa 50 minuti con 1 cambio. Distanza dal centro circa 6 fermate di metro (+/- 20 minuti). Il prezzo elevato durante il nostro soggiorno, dovuto sicuramente alla fiera. Abbiamo sbagliato la prenotazione calcolando erroneamente un giorno in più, ma l'albergo è stato irrimovibile e non ci ha restituito un soldo né dato possibilità di recuperare la notte in più in un altro momento, considerando il prezzo di soggiorno che abbiamo pagato direi che è poco dignitoso per un albergo di questo livello...
• Uwe (9/5): Alles in allem aber gut. - Nettes Personal, sauberes Zimmer alles da was man braucht. Frühstück reichhaltig und eigene Parkgarage. Kostenloases Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Das TV Gerät hatte sehr viele Aussetzer was recht nervig war.

• Tudor (6/5): Хотелось бы чтобы своих гостей отель встречал с улыбкой добрыми пожеланиями и шел навстречу когда мы зашли в кафе за нам - Подземный паркинг, месторасположение Очень не дружелюбное отношение персонала и на ресепшен и в ресторане. Персонал не внимательный и даже не пытаются быть вежливыми. Ужасные матрасы,кровати и подушки. Матрас был ужасно продавлен после сна болела спина два дня! Подушки из свалявшегося синтепона, нет шлепок вообще и нет никакой косметики .

• Peter (4/5): - Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der Nähe der Seminar- und Konferenzräume im 5. Stock (Zimmer 503). Das Zimmer befand sich neben einem "Lagerraum". Hier wurden abends nach 23.00 Uhr mit viel gepolter Tisch und Stühle von einer Tagung bis weit nach Mitternacht gelagert/abgestellt. Am nächsten Morgen war hier keine Veranstaltung. Warum zur Schlafenszeit diese laute Aktion sein musste ist mir ein Rätsel. Ich hatte die Rezeption um ca. 23.30 Uhr (wir wurden von dem Gepolter geweckt) auf den Lärm aufmerksam gemacht. Man versprach mir sich darum zu kümmern. Der Lärm blieb bis nach 24.00 Uhr.

• Petra (8/5): ein gelungener Aufenthalt, gerne wieder - Das Zimmer hat allen Anforderungen genügt. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle mit guter Anbindung an weitere Verkehrsmittel. Mit dem Bus kann man die Innenstadt problemlos erreichen. Das Frühstück ließ zumindest bei uns keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war stets freundlich und bemüht.

• Mahyar (8/5): Overall, it was like a standard 4-star hotel. - The room was modern, very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. It is a 12-minute walk from the U3 station. The bathroom was clean and adequately sized for taking a shower. There were no plastic bags in the trash bins. There was no electric kettle in the room, although some hotels usually provide one. It would have been nice if a complimentary bottle of water had been offered. There were no plastic covers in the toilet. It would also have been better if the TV had been connected to the internet.
