• Christian (9/5): Excellent weekend noël - -La vue (11 eme étage avec une petite terrasse bien équipée) -la situation générale - proche du parking, du centre ville, de la gare et évidement de la digue -l'équipement de l'appartement très complet - c'est rare de constater que la vaisselle était homogène et pas constituée de pièces récupérées. -la modernité du bâtiment Ce n'est certainement pas un point négatif mais peut être la taille des ascenseurs.

• Joe (9/5): Comfortable and convenient base to explore Ostend and Bruges. Would definitely use again - Bernard was very friendly and met us at the property to arrange car parking. The property was as shown in the photographs and was clean. The heating had been put on ahead of our arrival so the property was nice and warm Had to use cash to pay the warranty. Not a problem as there are cash points close by, but we don`t tend to carry cash anymore

• Pascal (6/5): Overall price/quality ratio is low. - Very nice owners, and responsive. Great location. Bed quality was very poor. Building is not isolated and thus very noisy. Decoration is "oldish". overall price/quality is not good.
• Julia (6/5): The location is great, but I would not stop here one more time. - - location - view from the window - beds, pillows, duvets are okay - too many hidden costs (cleaning fee, bed linen). And you pay for the cleaning at check-in even if you say that you will clean by yourself. When check-out, you normally get back 40euro for cleaning + 120 of guarantee. But in our case I was told that the cleaning woman is busy and she will check the room later and if all good, I will be refunded 160 Euro. It was not normal for me to leave the appartments without getting my money back...And just after asking for several times to check it now and give my money back now, at check-out, they did it. - it was the first time I was asked to show my credit card (like to 'prove' that the payment was taken exactly from my card). That's weird and has no reason.
• Sanda (8/5): Very good - The location is amazing, with sea views from the living room, the apartment was clean, good value for money, literraly across the street from the beach. This is not related to the property we stayed in, however, overall it afected our experience. If you decide to go to Ostende you need to take in consideration the parking charges, we paid 26 Euro per day, and also if you have kids bare in mind it's difficult to find a good rated restaurant willing to accomodate families with children.

• Lacey (8/5): Very good - Garage, the view, easily accessible, right off the main boardwalk. Nice restaurants around. It was nice to open the windows up and hear the ocean. The beds were conformable, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. They did provide dish soap and cleaning supplies. The balcony size was misleading, we were hoping to sit and drink coffee on the balcony and listen to the water but there was only one chair. Make sure to bring your own coffee and/or tea.

• Juliene (1/5): Bad - The location was ok. The fact that I was there for 1 night only and they didn’t even offer towels and bed sheets. They sent me a info when I was already on my way and had already booked the place telling me I should bring my own sheets and towels as if I am walking around from place to place with my own towels and sheets. Found this super disrespectful.
