• Julie (8/5): A good place to stay - Location was amazing, couldn’t be better. Living room size was great Smaller bedroom was a really tight squeeze and no fan made it really hot. Kitchen was a bit strange with the microwave very low down and difficult to use !

• Benjamin (9/5): - Moderne Wohnung im Erdgeschoss eines Altbaus mitten im Zentrum. Gute Anbindung an Bus und Bahn, sonst alles fußläufig. Professionelle Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter. Alles bestens, nur eine Kleinigkeit: Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Es gibt zB Töpfe, die nicht induktionsgeeignet sind, also auf dem Herd nicht funktionieren.

• Therese (8/5): Bra boende och bra läge . - Bra läge. Lagom stort för 4 personer . Damm på golvlister och i hörn i sovrum, saknade dammsugare och disktrasa i köket.

• Izabela (9/5): - Große Wohnung in guter Lage, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Den Vermieter haben wir zwar nicht gesehen, war aber immer per Mail erreichbar. Wir waren zufrieden! Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig, ist aber nicht wirklich schlimm.

Beds very comfortable Great shower (but can come loose at the top) Lovely spacious living area Rather too hot and we found heating not easy to control. Basic kitchen equipment. Couldn’t get coffee machine to work. Milk, yoghurt etc froze in the fridge. Apartment has little natural light. Not much spare room in bedrooms

• Sara (9/5): Apartamento en planta baja cómodo y agradable - Es un apartamento muy cómodo y tranquilo. Las camas son muy cómodas. Es una planta baja muy accesible. Tenía todo lo necesario. Al ser una planta baja que da a un patio de luces no llega la luz natural y hay que tener encendida la luz artificial siempre. Una de las habitaciones es muy pequeña y cuesta acceder a la cama por uno de los dos lados. No tiene friegaplatos. Las habitaciones no tienen ventanas.

• Bernadette (7/5): Séjour très agréable avec un bon ensoleillement, sans trop de touristes... - Situation du logement, Proximité des transports ( métro, navette bateau, ), calme du logement et des environs, proximité d'un parc Accès un peu difficile du micro-ondes; absence d'étendage ou d'un sèche serviette, chambres très étroites dont une sans rangement ou placard.
• Patricia (7/5): Lage top, Vermieter top, alles sauber, ein neuer Teppich und Sofa, dann alles top - Super Lage, von der aus man sehr schnell zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, in die Stadt und Wasser kommen konnte. Das Appartement war sehr sauber geputzt und das notwendigste vorhanden. Der Vermieter hat prompt und super nett auf unsere Anfragen reagiert und alle unsere Wünsche/Bitten möglich gemacht. Sehr freundlich, sehr kompetent und sehr nett. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war wirklich prima. Der Teppich und das Sofa schienen schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (war zwar „sauber“ aber es gab einige Flecken in Teppich und Sofa und letzteres wirkte sehr weich/durchgesessen). Man konnte es auf den Fotos schon vermuten, dass ein Schlafzimmer sehr klein ist. Und das istces auch. Man kann kaum um das Bett herumlaufen, so dass man gegebenenfalls von der Tür aus ins Bett einsteigen muss. Für junge Leute kein Problem. Das Appartement ist im Erdgeschoss eines schönen alten Hauses und der eine Eingang zur Wohnung im Hinterhof des Gebäudes. Da ist es etwas dunkel und ein kleines bisschen feucht, aber der Hinterhof ist sauber.
• Paula (1/5): Queja del estándar del apartamento - La ubicación era buena. El lugar estaba mal oliente, húmedo. La alfombra sucia y hedionda. El precio no era equivalente al mal estándar del apartamento. Debe haber una remuneración que compensará la mala calidad del lugar. Cuando comenté esto ,me respondieron que no era posible Yo devolví las llaves del apartamento después de lo esperado,pero la mucama ya estaba limpiando el apartamento. me respondieron que no es posible dejar de cobrar el recargo de 200 coronas danesas. Me escribieron que la mucama estaba estresada. Yo tenía ordenado el apartamento, las maletas hechas ,la basura en su lugar ,etc. No había mucho que hacer. Desafortunadamente teníamos un itinerario muy justo que no me permitió hacer una queja antes y cambiarnos a otro lado.

• Guilherme (4/5): Good apartment but dirty bathroom - Great location and comfortable apartment, with fresh towels and linens provided. Great communication with the host company as well. The bathroom condition is unacceptable. The shower tiles and shower heads were filled with black mold due to probably a combination of the humid apartment and the poor maintenance cleaning. We asked to change the shower heads and the host was very helpful in sending a cleaning team, however this was not sufficient. If the bathroom were re-done, this would have been a favorite place to stay in Copenhagen, but until then, unfortunately I can’t recommend it.
• Alex (7/5): Prima, maar kon beter - Comfortabel Er hing een vervelende geur. Het beddengoed stonk doordat het waarschijnlijk te lang nat in de was had gezeten.
• Christina (3/5): Grim and bear it - Proximity to centre, opposite lovely park, next to coffee shop, near supermarket and good restaurants To be kind - not suitable for any but the young. Entry via grim, grubby-looking courtyard to grim and grey-looking apartment. It is clean, but open plan area carpet looks very stained. 2nd bedroom!! Aka The black hole. The room is the bed, one has to face flop - to lie down and slither down the bed to get up, mattress so low and jelly-like, I thought it was a water bed! No fan either. Master bedroom fine. Neither have an external window, so I am not sure where the above photo was taken? Bathroom arrangement very odd - decent- sized room holds large sink and kitchen bin, bathroom tiny, floor permanently damp and shower curtain looks mouldy. Kitchenette decently designed - but not sure why Microwave is in ‘utility’ room, plugged into floor-level shelf? No ice tray facility and compartment - too small to fit bags of ice - when we asked for an ice tray - we were told ‘ ‘no’ - that was the way they were bought! They tended not to listen and then proceed to tell us that what we should have done, was exactly what we had tried, before calling them and indeed we were lucky they had turned up, after waiting several hours, as they were very busy! Customer services have delightfully friendly and accommodating pre-recorded responses, but in person, patronising and impatient. I found myself grateful that one of the pair who came to look at the stove top, had the decency to agree with me, that there was indeed a nasty smell coming from the courtyard, as the other denied any criticism and spoke over us, as if we were tiresome toddlers. The tv never got sorted out, despite photographic proof, this was ignored and we were just told to perform commands that did not exist, hence (my friend) missing the Women’s Football Finals. On the upside - the linen is immaculate, the cleaning products upmarket, they’re generous with staples and the Cleaner is lovely.

Would be nice to know upfront exactly which pictures corelate which apartment, because we somehow expected s bit different apartment, as pictures are all mixed up. The bathroom was a bit too small.

• Fiona (8/5): Slept really well, enjoyed the location. - In a good part of town as a base for tourism, nice feeling and well equipped rooms. Internal layout is slightly quirky but worked for us. There was some noise from neighbours in the same block (but it died down at a reasonable hour).
• Shi Yong Selina (8/5): - Lots of cafes nearby and a park right across. Loved the easy check in and the website that provides me the necessary info. There’s some reno going on in the building but doesn’t affect the stay. The toilet design can be improved — it has a weird stench probably from the toilet bowl esp when it doesn’t air well. The shower curtain is too short causing water to spill over to the dry area and there isn’t additional drain out there. But overall the stay was still nice esp with the fast communication to clear the water

• Hui (5/5): Neutral - It was an old apartment & no air-conditioning & also the bedroom at apartment 2 has no windows. You do not feel any fresh air circulating in all apartments. The location is perfect! It is closed to Royal palace 5 minutes walk . also close to little mermaid as well. Actually all attraction is in walking distance.If you only stay one or two days , it is a good option.
• Kimberley (9/5): Ideal location to explore Copenhagen . Very near all of the main sights . Highly recommend - Great location. Well maintained . Good level of cleanliness . Enough crockery etc for our group of 5. Shower was powerful and hot . Sofa bed was very hard. We used a mattress topper from one of the other beds to make the sofa bed more comfortable.

The apartment was very clean and with all the necessary to spend the night (only no shampoo) There was coffee for the Nespresso machine. I didn’t receive the code from booking on time and the stuff on the phone from the property was kind and helpful. All good.

The photos needs to show this much clearly since the clients might see photos of Citadel 1 apartment from the booking.com and not the photos of Citadel 2 apartment. Other elements of the apartment were all good.

• Eimear (8/5): excellent and would highly recommend the place - Into this place provided a detailed information app about the property, surrounding areas with an interactive map. Extremely professional and useful to new visitors to Copenhagen. Bedrooms were on the small side but perfect for oir needs. Especially since we were oit for most of the time. Kitchen again small but ideal for our needs which were simple breakfasts and lunches The size of the living room was perfect for oir needs, allowing us a space to relax in after the children had gone to bed. I can't really fault the place. At a push, you can tell that there is a hugh volume of visitors as the couch and carpet had signs of wear and tear. A small hoover would be a great addition.

• Fakhruddin (6/5): Overall apartment experience was good but I would not stay in this apartment if the price is so high. The price should b - The location and the apartment size 1. Too expensive ( not value for money). May be they charged for the location. First we were in one apartment and then in another. The first one had a bigger bed and was a big apartment but price was lower than the second one which was smaller with queen sized beds 2. Although there was a helpline, they were not willing to help. They kept on saying it was for emergency only and to contact via messages 3. Did not appreciate that we were travellers from another country and would not understand that we would require a bit more personalise help 4. There is no storage space inside the apartment and if your travelling with a family with small kids and more bags, its very difficult to go to a locker area. 5. The neighbours did not know about the apartments and there is no clear sign boards
