• Stein Cairncross (7/5): Clean apartment near Little Mermaid statue with high price tag on weekends. - The apartment is very nice and clean. There is an espresso machine with pods provided, along with small kitchenette and a newly renovated bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the TV had Netflix, which was a nice surprise. It is close to the park that houses the Little Mermaid statue, for those interested in sightseeing. The location—although being in a safe area—is quite far to walk from public transportation. At night, there are hardly any lights and the signage is not at all well marked. We spent half an hour trying to find the correct entrance, which did not have any markings with the hotel name. Key boxes were confusing and there were no street lights to help find numbers and doors. Although directions on how to access the apartment were sent, they were not always applicable to our specific apartment and we were very confused. As we arrived late at night (midnight), it was a bit of an ordeal and the response from the hotel was just to watch the video. Not helpful in the moment if you don’t have access to internet as a foreigner. The price was also quite excessive for what the apartment was—and we could hear our neighbors clearly through the wall.

• Mary (9/5): Like an Air b’n’b - quiet central location - Quiet, central and comfortable No staff and the entry instructions very very very complicated with international phone and internet connection. Took us ages to get in, and the discount parking was a 25 minute walk away from the room. This appears to have everything I don’t like about air b’n’b - no staff, complicated lock boxes, cleaning fees, requests to clean up, not what I would expect to book through your site
• Pipaluk (7/5): - God beliggenhed! Tæt på vandet, metroen og byen. Det var ret varmt, jeg kunne ikke åbne vinduet ud mod den anden gård, da det var affaldsområdet og der lugtede grimt.
• Veneta (10/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung ist super: zwischen Amalienborg und Kastellet, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt sind gut auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus und ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt die Option, das Gepäck auch vor der vereinbarten Check-up- Zeit dort abzustellen. Obwohl der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter nur über Nachrichten lief, wurden wir sehr gut betreut, z. B. um Netflix schauen zu können.
• Anni (6/5): - Eftersom vi skulle besöka både Amalienborg och Den lille Hafsfrue så var läget bra då det ligger mitt emellan dessa två. Annars var det lite off. Lugnt område men lyhört till grannar. . Mer slitet än bilderna visar. Köket/pentryt innehåller Micro och vattenkokare men saknar spisplattor. Nästa gång väljer vi ett mer centralt hotell med frukost

• Villő (10/5): Copenhagen is one of the best city in the world, Churcill 5 is a very good place to stay 5 - Exceptional location, perfect, helpful communication, historical building Bit crowdy overnights, but if you are tired, you can sleep, becouse the bed is the best
• Chris (4/5): Disappointing - The location. Large, comfortable bed. TV. The windows overlook very high, internal courtyards - one containing the rubbish bins for the entire building - with almost no view of the sky. The apartment has a general feeling of neglect. In particular: The paintwork was shabby. The plaster was chipped in places and holes had been filled but not repainted. A window blind was missing – presumably broken and not replaced. A lampshade was missing. The shower doors were difficult to open and the bottom seal needs to be replaced. There was mould on the bathroom window. Although the apartment was generally clean, the bathroom was dirty behind the pipework. A light bulb needs to be replaced. Electrical sockets were loose. There was only one glass tumbler. Wine glasses would be useful. A comfortable chair would be useful.

• Annemiek (8/5): Very good - Wonderful location, close to the Kastellet, Mermaid, Amalienborg and the harbour bus to Reffen or to Nyhavn. Comfortable bed, nice TV, coffeemaker and fridge. Wifi very slow to stream, the place can use a comfortable larger chair, a little toasteroven and air freshener. But that is minor.
• William (2/5): Not worth it & looks much better on photos than in reality. We were fooled a bit here but not anymore. - They have Apple TV. Parking lot close to the house. [there ends all what I liked] Extremely disappointing unbalance between quality and price. Electrical cables hanging all over the place on the wall. Much smaller than faked on photos. You have a microwave and some glasses/cups. not a single plate or fork/knife/spoon... Cold. Water in shower is okay but still cold. Bathroom very small. The interior simple beats all negative record. USB socket doesn't work. Apple TV has no remote control.
• David (5/5): Adequate for a 1 night stay - the bed was comfortable the internet was poor - dropping signal a lot and unable to support voice the tv didn’t work at all the pipes of the shower made a loud vibrating sound I was woken at 7.30 by ppl. emptying their domestic refuse in the bin store outside my window

• Adam (8/5): Very good value for Copenhagen. - Perfectly adequate room with a comfy bed and tea/coffee making facilities. Nice bathroom with a wetroom style shower. Good wifi which I used, a decent sized fridge, which I didn't. Overall very good value for Copenhagen.

• Per (2/5): - Det var en skuffende oplevelse i forhold til forventninger. Billeder på Hotels.com, modsvarer ikke det reele billede. Eneste lyskilder var 2 baggårde - den ene skralderum. Udstyr i lejlighed var ikke ok - elkedel, men intet at drikke af. Badeværelses sæber var Neutral produkter, men indhold var noget andet. TV virkede ikke - der var ingen kanaler tilgængelige. Alt i alt en kedelig oplevelse når man tænker på pris. Vi kommer ikke igen!
• Barbara (2/5): Can hear every thing - This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. It seems like on two sides of the apartment bordered on the neighbors' bathrooms. We could hear EVERYTHING. In one apartment one night we heard them Them peeling, brushing their teeth, gargling, spitting it in the sink, coughing with gutteral flem .... It was truly unpleasant--disgusting. The curtains were not black out, and it was light. It looks so much better than the photo. I'm even wondering whether it was a bait and switch.
