• Verified traveler (10/5): Stor leilighet med stor plass - Veldig sentralt og god størrelse. Flott med 4 soverom med egne bad og liten takterasse. Litt støy fra 2 puber, men gjorde ikke oss noe da vi som regel var de siste som dro derifra. Ikke heis.

Once we figured that out, everything was excellent! This is a unique, amazing property conveniently located in Old Town. The restaurant is amazing! The staff was very kind and helpful.

This was important to me once I realized I didn’t have to walk far and up the many stairs in Dubrovnik. This is really the best location. It’s also close to the best coffee in the city - Festival Cafe.

• amy (6/5): Dubrovnick City large apt with deck - Stunning stunning apt with an amazing location , staff is so sweet . The apartment is very large and beautifully appointed. One should know there are many steps involved carrying ones luggage etc.No problem but good info to know. Only issue for this spot is the loud noise from the Irish pub underneath till late in the night :(. we were tired and had earplugs so all was saved!

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location right in the heart of the old town, next to the Irish Pub (odd thing to find in Dubrovnik!) but it wasn’t noisy in our suite / room. Nice quiet space. Reception is in seperate location but both it & the room easy to find.
• Hyesung (8/5): - Staffs are very nice and very helpful. And can't beat the location. They have two properties. One is main hotel and the other is apartment which is cross the main street inside the old town. The only thing I would say is little more detail to get to the office since old town sign is not exactly the best. I would describe "from pile gate, walk down on the main street until a certain landmark store and make a left. The apartment , you make a right by the candyshop until you pass Irish pub. "Something like that.but I really enjoyed staying there.
• KoSz (8/5): - Overall very good to excellent. However, had a hard time to check in since the hotel front is located 100m away and no such information had not been provided at all. The phone number provided was found the expedia's in the US. Called but nobody picked up. I appreciate a man standing near the apartment who indicated the location of the hotel front in restaurant Stara Loza. Without him, I would not have been able to check in and have had to find another hotel.
• Benyamin (10/5): - Amazing place! The apartment was new, clean, well decorated and spacious. Right in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. The apartment was so comfortable, we were sad to leave! Would definitely stay again!
• Horst (10/5): In the middle of old town - big modern rooms - Big spacoues rooms. Really good air in the room with effective AC. Close to everything. If you travel heavy better stay out of this area. We went with car and had a lot of problems findning a parking lot close. Had to walk 2km to get there.
• Chris (2/5): Noisy stay... - Has an Irish pub underneath, which is fine the pub is loud until 12 at night. Shouldn’t be then woken up by staff underneath the accommodation in the Irish pub emptying bins full of glass bottles at 5:45 in the morning. We stayed as a family with a 3 year old daughter. But no one wants that.....

• Sarah (10/5): - My son and I were blown away by this apartment. It was absolutely huge with a stunning roof terrace too. The location was right in the middle of the Old Town. Some might be out off by how close it is to the Irish Pub but as there is double glazing this did not effect us. It’s a real home from home with use of such an amazing kitchen. The bed is on the soft side so any bad backs beware. The staff were incredibly helpful and even came to our rescue when we could not find the apartment. Highly recommend.

• Mohadoha (10/5): - Be sure to read the fine print about how/where to get the keys as the Old City is quite crowded during the peak seasons from afternoon to evening. We had a lovely stay as this was convenient to stopping off in order to get some rest in between site seeing. There is an Irish pub right next door that is quite loud if you're in the living room in the late evening but you can't hear them from the bedroom.
• Joe (10/5): Hidden gem in the middle of Old Town Dubrovnik. - Amazing place to stay on old town Dubrovnik. The apartment was spacious, had all the amenities one could need (like a kitchen with all the appliances and utensils one has at home). The patio was excellent for having a drink and cigar in the evening. Josep, his wife and brother provided superb service and were super friendly. Something to be aware of is that you have to check-in and get your key at the Prijecko Palace (which is the address that is listed on the Hotels.com site). Additionally, cheaper overnight or longer term stay parking is located at the parking garage which is about 10 mins walk away; so don't have a lot of heavy luggage. The best technique if you have multiple people and a rental car is to drop off the luggage and a person at the Pile Gate Entrance, park the car and then walk to Pile Gate and take your luggage to the closest outside café while one person goes and checks in. Tremendous place to stay for the price. We would stay there again and stay for at least a week to really take advantage of the property.
• noel (10/5): very good! - 올드타운내 정말 맘에드는 숙박이었어요. 메인거리와 같은 레벨이라 필레문에서 접근하면 계단을 오를 필요가 없고(저는 잘몰라서 구글맵으로 북쪽 성벽문으로 안내가 되어 짐을 들고 수백개의 계단을 내려갔어요) 아파트는 넓직하고 예쁘게 꾸며져있어서 너무 좋았어요. 누군가의 별장으로 사용되고 있는것 같았고 모든 주방시설 오븐, 가스렌지, 전자렌지, 그릇, 냄비 등 뿐만아니라 올리브유 소금 후추까지 있었어요. 아파트는 3층에 위치하지만 스탭이 짐옮기는걸 도와줬어요. 아파트라 리셉션이 없으니 체크인 체크아웃 30분전에 미리 연락하면 직원이 아파트로 와요. 굳이 단점을 말한다면 샤워부스는 좀 좁았고 네스프레소 머신만 있고 캡슐이 없는거요. 다시 두브로브니크로 간다면 재방문 의사 100% 입니다~
• James (6/5): Need to clarify check in process - The apartment was great when we finally got in. The check in is at another hotel around the corner (Acquest) and that little detail is missing from your site. Also the number on Hotels.com is a personal phone number for a manager not the hotel where you check in. Since there are only three apartments in the building we rand a buzzer and a resident let us in where we found a sign and address for the other hotel and took a chance on mapping it and walking over since we had no other ideas. Not what you want after a long trip. Really need to fix the details on this one.

• Geoff (8/5): Right in the heart of Dubrovnik - Luxury apartment is a good description of this 4th Floor (up 6 steep flights of steps - in keeping with Dubrovnik and not for the faint hearted) accommodation with the 4th en suite bedroom and roof terrace up a further floor. Well fitted out and with views over Dubrovnik and up to walls and further to the Panorama cable car. Looked after by a local hotel with its own Michelin recommended restaurant - very friendly.
• Verified traveler (8/5): expedia information isn't enough to check in - You have to check in at Hotel Prijeko Palace first, which isn't written on expedia website. The room is very large for two and the location is very good.

• Jen & Malcs (10/5): Fantastic, spacious apartment in the best location - This is a real WOW apartment, beautifully contemporarily furnished, and very spacious. Located in a very central location within Dubrovnik old town. It is spotlessly clean, and had the most comfortable bed, large bathroom, huge living space and also very well equiped kitchen and dining area. It also has the bonus of a large outside balcony. If you are planning to be based in Dubrovnik, there is no better place to be then the Vermeer Luxury Apartment (available to book via Expedia and the Prijeko Hotel) Special thanks to Nero & Maria for their help before and during our wonderful 5 night stay in stunning Dubrovnik. We would not hesitate to stay again.
• Cally (10/5): Extremely well located & fully equipped apartment - Fantastic four bed, four en suite apartment located right in the centre of the old town...extremely well equipped and amazing views from the terrace. Perfect for a break with friends or as a family as has ample space.
