- Heike (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft mit angemessenen Preis. - Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Ambiente ist sehr ansprechend. Das Bett war hervorragend bequem, das Bad ausnehmen sauber. Der Skikeller ist super ausgestattet – Schuhwärmer/-trockner, Halterungen für Ski und Snowboards. Zudem gibt es eine bequeme Sitzgelegenheit und ausreichend Stauraum für Winterzubehör. Der Parkplatz ist kostenfrei und direkt am Hotel. Es gab keine Mängel.

The view from our room was absolutely incredible, and waking up to it was the best part of our mornings. - Erich (8/5): Für den Preis, mehr Komfort erwartet, vorfallem im Bad - Frühstück Durchschnitt.Auswahl hätte vielfältiger sein können. Lage ok, wenn der Bus nicht nur bis 19:40 fahren würde. Somit Fussmarsch oder früh nach Hause. Heizungsanlage war ein Problem. Ablagefläche im Bad sehr, sehr wenig. In der Dusche keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Duschmittel. Keine Hacken um etwas, ausser Kasten, aufzuhängen. Kein Tisch im Zimmer, obwohl es Platz gehabt hätte.

Na stránkách je uvedeno, poplatek za garáž 10 Euro, stáli jsme autem venku, při placení nám byl naúčtován poplatek za garáž protože jsme si podle pokynů do garáže dali kola jako všichni ostatní..Jako kdyby jsme si dali lyže do lyžárny a byl nám za použití naúčtován poplatek..

Location is great, just next to the lake, aside from the crowded area, but still 5 minutes drive from the center.

- Corrado D. (8/5): Un ottimo hotel con attenzione all'eco sostenibilità - La camera è molto spaziosa, pulita e luminosissima, con un'area esterna sul giardino dotata di due sdraio molto comode. Il bagno è ampio con una doccia walk-in molto spaziosa. Molto interessante il progetto di ecosostenibilità con utilizzo di materiali naturali e niente plastiche inutili. La vista sulla valle di Livigno, verso sud è impagabile I cuscini (in tutto 4) erano un po' troppo morbidi per le nostre esigenze, ma è più un aspetto personale. Poca scelta per intolleranti (lattosio e glutine) a colazione.

- Terry (10/5): Stylish and comfortable accommodation with great views. - Stylish, spacious, quiet location, bus stop close, lovely views, good breakfast, laundry and shops nearby. Private sitting area in the sun. Minor things. More hooks and towel rails for bathroom as one heated towel rail over the bidet not really spacious enough. No drying room to speak of and the downstairs ski room is quite cold other than the boot racks. So if you wash anything or get it wet you can’t really dry it, other than on the towel rail which is cold most of the day. Some instant coffee sachets and black tea plus whitener or milk would help us anglos! Beware some power points Euro style, others the Italian three pin style.

- Melvin (9/5): We had a great stay in Livigno. EcoHotel Chalet des Alpes is highly recommended for your stay! - Eco Hotel is located in a very central area. 10 minutes on foot to the centre. The room we had was wonderful and very spacious for a family of 4. The bus stops are easily accesible from the B&B and the bus service is free. Breakfast was very good, still after a few days it becomes 'too much' as it is always the same. All the staff and Ivan the owner are very nice and helpful! Free parking is available at the the B&B on a private outside parking space. Still if you want to park inside there is a €10 fee. For the nightly price I would have liked to have this for free especially when the weather conditions are very bad and there is a lot of snow.

When this is understood, then you can consider that it was perfectly fine. The hotel is not in the center, but it has a very nice location and a nice view of the mountains. Also, the area around the hotel is very quiet and great for vacation. Small changes related to breakfast would be welcome. A sauna should not be out of place, especially after skiing. Maybe a jacuzzi or a small pool.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. The overall look was with a spirit of luxury. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was very rich and tasty, the food was mainly from local suppliers. The ski bus stop is very close to the hotel and it does not take long to reach the Cassana cable car station. The opposite way from the slopes to the hotel is a bit tricky because of the ski bus stop system, there is no opposite direction stop from Cassana to the hotel, you have to walk about 500 metres to reach it. We missed some vegetables at breakfast.

- Dan (6/5): only average stay, sorry but the reviews that guided us were not entirely accurate… - Staff tried to be helpful though didn’t manage to fix the heating from Fahrenheit to Celsius and keep the temperature at a reasonable level until the last 2 days of the stay 🧐. Furniture only minimal but all was reasonably good. It was visible the building is rather new. Too cold and almost impossible to properly adjust heating from the room. It was obviously that the temperature was actually centrally controlled and at night was dropping to 67 F (19 C). Hot water only available in the evenings and mornings, rest only rather low temperature provided. No coffee/tea facilities in the room and breakfast room was closed during some hours so we decided to buy our own kettle because we got a cold and we needed hot drinks (tea). Breakfast only basic, some good quality (local) stuff but selection was very low. The only warm available were boiled eggs that you needed to order. Mattress and pillows not great comfort. Cleaning was a bit “shallow”, in many days in the corners there was still dust and dirt…
