- To Tran (5/5): The maintenance of the hotel is not good. The breakfast buffet is poorly maintained. - The location is good, convenient to travel around, the car parking lot is convenient The hotel wrongly charged an amount of VND7,459,200 to my credit card while the original amount quoted by Booking.com is only VND6,129,600 (VND1,329,600 extra). The issue has not been solved until today despite the fact that I already raised issue while checking out the hotel 4 days ago.

- mark (8/5): - Big clean hotel with attentive staff. Big comfortable rooms Good menu selection for dinner. Very generous portions. Limited breakfast selection as few guests staying. No buffet breakfast. Construction sites on both sides of the building. Start work at 4am hammering etc. Not peaceful. In the evening, local karaoke starts and continues until late evening. Again, not peaceful. Outdoor swimming pool is not heated, so too cold to use (so closed).

Tôi hài long ve cach phục vụ, nhân viên vui vẻ. Riêng về room 624 thì may lanh ko hoat đong, làm tôi thấy nóng nực và ngủ ko ngon giac. Khách sạn nên xem lại hệ thong lạnh và suởi riêng biệt từng fong để ko ảnh hưởng khách lưu trú!

- Imogen (6/5): Nice hotel, wouldn’t recommend as a solo female - Great sized rooms and very clean One of the reception ladies was very rude upon arrival. I arrived at 12 and asked to leave my luggage before check in at 2, and the lady also asked me to pay 500,000 vnd for every hour of early check-in. I also wouldn’t recommend coming here as a solo western female as there were large groups of men with no respect, particularly at the pool. Photos were taken of me at the pool and I was stared at as a young female. No lifeguard or staff by the pool to stop this.

- Dom (4/5): Worst staff in Vietnam - Huge Soviet style hotel, the rooms are good if a bit bland. The service is non existent to downright rude. There are lots of staff doing nothing. No help with bags, key pretty much thrown at me, which then did not work, no one bothered to help with bags to room or even show where the room was. Check out equally unfriendly. Restaurant closed.
