- Shonna (2/5): Don’t stay there - Location They gave me the wrong room with a queen bed instead of a king like I reserved and when I asked about I was told I was downgraded but later on a guy came up and I got the wrong room and they didn’t give me a discount or anything. The room was dirty looked like they didn’t even sweep the floor there was dirt all over it. The spa was down and didn’t know till we checked in.

The beds were comfortable but the pillows they were flat! The pool was not great very small and it looks like it could use some love and the hot tub is not working either! I will not go back
- oakes (4/5): - The tiles were broken in the bathroom. Had to go to the store to get Band-Aids because we stubbed our toe on them and cut it. Had to be careful where you walked in the bathroom because you would fall because of the loose broken tiles.

- charlesj154 (8/5): Honest review - Our stay at this hotel was pretty good. The staff is very polite and friendly. They cater to your needs without question or hesitation. The breakfast is good. The location is awesome close to scenic areas and 9 minutes from mall, restaurants etc. The only negative part is the bedding . We had to go buy our own pillows these that were on the bed was well, worrn out. The fitted sheets would not stay tucked. The hot tub was just that hot which was awesome. Will we return? Yes we plan on returning in the summer.

We were disappointed that the pool and spa were down on our first night. Pool was back the next day but no spa. Not a deal breaker. Every employee was very friendly and helpful. Karen, at breakfast area, went above and n beyond to help me. She is an asset to the hotel

- F3096EQnatashas (8/5): Simple and easy - Stayed in one of the suites. The bedroom was huge,even with the king bed there's enough room for another bed or couch...tons of room. The couch in living room was dirty & a little rough to sit on but ok I guess. They had plates, glasses, mugs,etc.some silverware but no forks. Very spacious room for sure. Breakfast was below average. They did have coffee & tea 24/7 but not much for breakfast;cold/ hot cereal,had keilbasa instead of a breakfast type of sausage,only a few pastries &waffles. Good enough if you're not picky or want much. Very convenient location for the Erie tower & town. Very nice staff. Overall a nice spot to stay
- Explorer11167629975 (6/5): ROOM SAFES ARE A CHARGE PLUS ITEM (THAY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ROOM RATE!) - Nowhere in any of the sites or was visible at the check in desk that the room safes were not included in the room fee! I was very surprised that the safe was not only a paid item, but you are charged every time you open the safe during your stay!!! Beware this is not a joke, you will be charged for safeguarding your personal possessions in the safe and it will cost you to do so at this facility. Don't remember any time in my sixty plus years of staying at any site that I was charged separately for the room safe use... BEWARE!!!

The pool was unavailable whoch was a big reason why we booked this hotel. I understand that it was down but a message on booking notifying us would have been nice. Pool has never been open ... always says maintenance... should fix it or remove it from the amenities available. Staff was also a little short when it came to asking questions about the pool n hot tub, as if they've been asked to many times.

- Richard (5/5): Never again - The location of the property was nice, easy to get to Presque Isle and downtown We tried to check in at 3:45 and was told it would be another 15-20 minutes when check in is suppose to be at 3. When I went down to get our Door Dash the whole lobby smelled like gas and the front desk lady wasn’t worried. When I went down about a hour later it was worse and really strong, I asked if she was going to call someone or evacuate the building she said the manager was aware. I was shocked. The pool was down and had been for a while with only excuses as to why it is not up and working. And there were about 7 older teenagers just hanging out on the third floor at the end of the hallway. We left, Didn’t stay the night and drove back to Pittsburgh. They don’t take peoples safety into consideration and do not have a control on the hotel. We work in the security field and have never seen anything like it. The hotel is definitely going down hill fast. Super sad because two years ago it was a great place to stay
- Michelle (7/5): Good value room - The hotel was clean. Beds were a little more firm than what I like but still comfortable. The pool and hot tub were closed for repair, but there wasn't any mention of this on the website when I booked it.

- Betty (1/5): Never again. Fire every single one and clean. - The location is the only thing that this hotel has going for it The staff was rude from arrival to departure. The breakfast was cold and horrible. The halls stunk of cigarettes and were filthy The room wasn’t much better. The real problem was the rude staff. Unbelievable how awful they were.

- Etter (4/5): - There was one girl that worked on the evening shift that had a great attitude and was awesome. My room wasn't clean. I had to ask for clean towels and bedding, then had to go back down and ask for a comforter and pillow cases because there was a gross crusty spot on the one that was there. It looked like the cleaner made the bed with the previous bedding and changed the trash and called it clean. Toothpaste all over the sink, mirrors were filthy, window was dirty. There was also a lady that worked on the mid shift before the wonderful girl on night who was had an attitude and made you feel like a burden. I was very disappointed with my stay.
- carlajW5172YC (10/5): Cobblestone on 715 bayfront erie pa - Cobblestone hotel on715 bayfront avenue in erie pa is very good and nice and clean hotel people were nice helpful.they accomadated us on whatever we need .I would definitely do it again straight up....next year for sure for the vnea state pool tournament I. March 2027 see u all again.our friends r coming slowly there but a very HUGE THANK YOU AGAIN..

- Migdalia (1/5): Así fue mi experiencia - Todo estaba perfecto, pero viaje de cinco horas para obtener ese hotel, porque salí de vacaciones con mi hijo para que disfrutara en la piscina interior y cuando llegué me dijeron que estaba fuera de servicio en mantenimiento, algo que tenía que notificar en la aplicación antes de qué yo hiciera la reservación. Qué no me avisaron, que la piscina estaba fuera de servicio y viaje cinco horas casi seis de distancia, simplemente para no disfrutar de la piscina del hotel. La pasamos durmiendo todo el día.
