• timothy (3/5): Good visit erased by inoperable elevators. - Elevators were out of order for the entire 6 day stay. Had to haul luggage, groceries, ski gear up/down 2 flights of stairs. No options or apologies given.
• Brandenburg (5/5): Don't waste your money - The location was great I got a call the day before arrival saying that the elevator was going to be down the day I arrived. I assumed it would be down just that day and not for my whole stay. I had to carry 2 suitcases, a loaded down snowboard bag and 2 more trips from the parking garage to carry groceries up to the room. I never seen anyone even looking at the elevator during my stay, so I started looking back at other reviews and it's been down for over a month! 🤦‍♂️ I'm guessing that's just their practice is get people in, and then tell them the day before they're going to carrying their stuff.
• Paul (4/5): Fine but elevator and unit appliances need to be fixed - Location and size Elevator did not work, staff said they provided this information during welcome call, this was not the case. Microwave didn’t work.
• Anne (7/5): Location is great, but you’re going to pay extra for it. - Location was perfect for the festival we were attending. It’s a little more expensive than it should have been, considering there was construction and interior painting happening during our stay.

• Jesse (8/5): great place to stay close to keystone - can’t beat the location! Perfect for a quick getaway. Seemed a bit dated, bed was uncomfortable
