- HIKINO (4/5): 失敗した。 - あえて言うなら室内がリフォームされていたこと フロントの対応。 チェックアウトの時、目線も合わせずに 軽く挨拶されただけ。その程度の所なんだと思い腹も立たなかった。

- YUKO (6/5): - お部屋は広めですが、お風呂がかなり狭いです。 昔喫煙室だったのか、エアコンを付けるとちょっとニオイがしますが、大きな空気清浄機があるので、付けたら気にならなくなりました。 電車の線路がすぐなので、電車が走っているとちょっと気になるかな。何度か目が覚めました。 古い建物なので仕方ないですかね。 でも凄く便利な立地です。 スタッフの方も親切で、チェックイン、チェックアウトの説明も分かりやすかったです。

- sakiko (8/5): - コネクティングルームを予約しました。 Bookingサイトにも、ホテル独自のホームページにも詳しい写真の情報がなかったのですが、期待以上の広さでした。 元々二部屋だったものを改装したような造りで、２つの十分な広さのベッドルームの間に、洗面・バスの付いた広い空間がありました。 片方のベッドルームからは直接、廊下には出られません。 また、間に挟まっているバスルームには空調が無いです。 バスルームからそれぞれのベッドルームの間には引き戸があり、バスルーム側からのみロックが可能です。 テレビなどの設備品は、廊下に通じている広い方のベッドルーム側にあるので、もう一つの奥のベッドルームは本当に寝るだけというスタイルです。 家族（親子4人。子どもたちはふたりとも大人と同じ体格）利用だったので、とても広々と使うことができました。 平面駐車場と立体駐車場が隣接していて便利です。 車高1.5未満の場合は立体駐車場を割り振られます。 平面は20台限定（車高高いor大きくて立体駐車場に入らない車種のみ対象）なので、ホテルの予約と同時に押さえておかないと停められない可能性があります。 また、駐車場は1泊1000円です。 ベースがビジネスホテルなので、男性の一人客がほとんどだと思われます。 エレベーターが2台ありましたが、部屋の位置に寄ってどちらの機が近いか、案内が書かれています。 つまり、自分の部屋に近いエレベーターは1台しか無いということです。 また、奥行きの狭いタイプなので、我が家のように家族連れが乗ると他の人は乗りにくいです。 （一応、6名まで乗れるものでした。） チェックイン・チェックアウトともに、原則タッチパネルでの受付です。 住所などをそこで入力していかねばならず、個人的には手で書いたほうが早いかなと思いました。 ルームキーを何枚使うかを、このチェックインシステムで入力します。 部屋の空調はこのルームキーを挿しておかないと通電されないので、真夏は使用人数プラス1枚余分にしておかないと、戻ってきたときに地獄の暑さです。 ホテルの外観や、居室以外の内観は少々くたびれた印象です。 不潔という意味ではありませんが、そういう見た目に拘る方には向きません。 喫煙する方は一階外の立体駐車場の片隅と四階にあるようです。

- Hui-ling (10/5): - 一開始沒注意是到飯店付款，以為自己已經付過錢了在櫃檯確認很久，工作人員跟我用估狗翻譯溝通很久態度很友善不停微笑，房間是五人房有五張床、非常舒適，隔成三間，中間是衛浴還附有椅子，房間很大一樓有小小的超商外面對面也有超商，我們自駕遊飯店旁停車場一晚1000日幣，浴室除了基本用品一樓也有供應泡澡粉跟單包裝的洗漱用品，隔日去黑潮市場吃海鮮，還去永旺AEON剪了帥氣的頭髮，和歌山不似其他有名城市的擁擠，但很有日本寧靜的味道適合放鬆慢慢行

- Yoko (6/5): - It is very old and not enough elevator for that many rooms. You should expect long waiting time for the elevator to come. Inside the room is renovated and close to public transportation. A good place to 'just sleep".
- Verified traveler (2/5): Worst experience - The room was unlike the photo published. The room had a strong cigarette odor with musky smell out of carpet. The carpet and room were dirty and poorly maintained. The toilet in the room had a sewer smell. As it was unbearable to stay, we checked out after available room was found at another hotel which had cost us 2x of the price of it. This is the worst room I had experienced travelling in Japan for years. The only good experience was the staff were very helpful and understanding.

- Joanne (7/5): A bit noisy , if you are a light sleeper , think again first. - Breakfast was OK. One of the toaster is malfunction not sure why is there . We used another one and is fine. Room size is actually bigger than I thought . I could actually open my 28 inch luggage without a problem at the end of my bed . Which most hotels in Japan budget hotel could not do. The sleeping area and guest floor corridors seems to be refurbished, so a bit better than the rest of the hotel areas. The buidling is very old. Probably 80s style decor. The room photos on website looks much better than actual . And with better lighting in the photo than the actual room. Depends on your travel purpose. And how you go in and out. The location is very close to JR Station . That means very noisy , the track is literally right next to hotel, could see from hotel windows in close distance . The hotel reception gives out free earplugs so you can imagine the noise during train hours. But if you taking the train, the location is unbeatable . I see many solo business travellers in and out , probably for the reason of close proximity to the train station.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 写真で選んでしまった - 禁煙室なのにタバコのにおいいがついていて不快だった。部屋もぱっと見は綺麗に見えるが掃除はゆき届いていない。サイト上でホテルの写真があるが綺麗に見えるだけ。建物もかなり古くフロントまで行くの昭和の暗いな雰囲気が漂っている。朝食付きでも金額が安くてよいが、かたくて食べづらいものもある。一度作ったものを数日使っている感じがした。特にソーセージは皮がかなり硬化し、中側もかなり硬くて子どもは食べれなかった。

- megumi (8/5): ２泊 - 家族２泊で泊まりました。 部屋は和室で中は綺麗とは言いがたい昔の旅館的な感じかな。ユニットバスで団体風呂がないため少し不便です。 しかし、ホテルの従業員.受付のかた.駐車場の管理者などは笑顔で対応はすごくよかったです。 値段の割には良い方だと思いますよ。

- Yasuyuki (6/5): - 外観は古ぼけたマンションだし一階は昭和的な趣きの強い雑居空間で軽い目眩を覚えたが、宿泊階と客室は改装してあり現代のビジホとして普通で小綺麗であった。都会からするとやや高めの料金設定だが、周辺も同傾向なので仕方ない。

- Kei (10/5): ツインルーム - 部屋が広い。ベッドルームと同じ広さの部屋がもう一つある。マンションの一室ぐらいの広さを感じました。 すごく快適で料金安いです。
- KAZUHIKO (2/5): - とにかく部屋が臭い。壁が薄いので隣の部屋の話し声が丸聞こえ。ここはホテルではなくウィークリーマンションを軽く改装しただけの簡易宿泊所である。 受付の接客もかなり悪い。
