- shuichiro (7/5): - リーズナブルで対応もスピーディー。 連泊（２日程度）の場合、シーツは交換しなくてもよいが、タオル交換は基本やって欲しい。「タオル交換してください」のマグネットがあったが、どうしてもタイムラグができてしまう。むしろ「タオル交換はしなくてよいです」の方がよい。 フロントへの電話がないことも多少不便ではあるが、これは安い料金にするための工夫とも受け取ることができる。

- Gabriel (8/5): Great value for stay and close to main station - It was close to main station only needing to take the subway for 1 stop, free amenities were a nice add, friendly and very helpful staff, clean rooms, great value for what i paid, and a smooth easy check-in. The room smelled like ciggies but after i opened the window it went away and the wifi kept being janky n not reliable.

I'm 5,9 inches my husband is 6.4 inches and our 12 year old son is also 5.9 inches .ts made share a bed very difficult. If we were to stay again I'd make sure we had 3 beds due to the small size. But in saying that the beds were very comfortable.

All'ingresso c'è una vasta e ottima scelta di prodotti come skincare e prodotti per capelli. C'è anche la possibilità di utilizzare il loro pigiama. Nulla da migliorare.

- REN (9/5): 突発的な名古屋観光のお供 - GW期間中としては大変リーズナブルで、少し歩けば名古屋駅や繁華街、名古屋城などにたどり着けるという絶好のロケーションのため、名古屋観光の拠点として最適だった。 朝食として名古屋名物の味噌カツやきしめんを食べることが出来たのも思い出に残った。 屋内はWi-Fiが用意されていたが、接続状況は携帯回線を使ったほうが安定していた。屋外や廊下、隣の部屋などの音がよく響いてくるようにも感じた。周りの状況や利用者次第では夜の眠りに影響してしまうことがあるかもしれない。

- juiping (8/5): - 家庭房非常大間，除了兩張大床，還有一個超大榻榻米空間，睡上四個人都不是問題。 浴室是乾濕分離，由盥洗區、洗澡區(有浴缸)、廁所共同組成，空間相當寬敞。 1.房間的煙味，超級無敵重：後來發現，空調不要關，到第二天菸味就會散掉 2.水壓超~~~級小，洗頭洗澡很痛苦 3.浴室跟盥洗槽之間有高低差，家人因踩空而跌倒，使用上要非常小心

- Daniela (10/5): - The lobby is beautiful and offers a great variety of amenities you might need during your stay. They even give you a complimentary drink from the machine, which is a nice touch. Overall, this was the largest hotel room I stayed in during my time in Japan, which made a big difference in comfort. The metro is very close by, making it easy to get around, and I also appreciated that I could leave my luggage after check-out to keep exploring Nagoya. The bed was a bit too firm for my taste. Also, the breakfast was slightly cold, probably because we were among the last to arrive, but it wasn’t a big issue overall.

Also, there are plenty of amenities in the lobby that you can use in the room, like conditioners, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The room dimensions align with those typically found in standard Japanese business hotels. The inclusion of an additional table for evening refreshments would enhance the guest experience.

- JIEUN (6/5): Nice and kind staff, but a little uncomfortable smell at the restroom - More than everything, the staff were really kind and nice. It was so awful because of the smell. There was a little bit of smoking smell in my room even though my room is no-smoking. But I could bear it and slept okay so it isn’t a big deal. HOWEVER, the stinky smell from toilet was really painful. Even though the restroom looked so clean, there was pee-smell. When I take a shower, washing my face, and do makeup or something, this pee smell has never disappeared and made me hard to breathe. Definitely it’s not possible to take a bath there as well. (It smells similar to stinky train smell) Well, I guess the cleaning staff probably couldn’t notice that because they don’t stay there long time. And the restroom itself was so clean except the smell. The smell is not too strong so even if you open the door, the smell doesn’t go to the bed area. So overall I can recommend this hotel :) unless you use restroom long time!

- Sofia (10/5): Excellent, would stay here again. - Rooms are decent and spacious for a japanese hotel! The location is excellent. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel which has a direct route to the airport. It’s also walking distance to several attractions like the city science museum, the mirai tower and oasis21, Osu shotengai, among others! Lots of nearby cafes and breakfast places, restaurants too. We didn’t use the subway that much. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are free amenities at the hotel lobby and you also get a free welcome drink at their vending machine. There’s also a space to store your luggage if you check in early. Nothing. Our stay was excellent.
