The cave room is cozy and atmospheric and the private outdoor space is simply dreamy — perfect for relaxing mornings and peaceful evenings. Akrotiri is the ideal location if you want quiet, authenticity, and breathtaking scenery. The host was genuinely kind and made me feel completely taken care of throughout my stay. This place has a special energy. I left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return!
• Phever (10/5): Amazing Cave-style Rooms! - We had a great stay in the cave-style rooms. They are comfortable and full of character. And the views are amazing. It is located at a quiet beach. I think this is ideal if one visits in the summer. Esepcially to avoid the busy and crowded Red Beach. Akrotiri is also amazing and has great places to eat! The staff were very friendly and responsive and we felt very welcome. I do not know what more one would ask for? Nothing to add here.

• Navya (9/5): Gorgeous beachfront property - must stay! - The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, they were available 24/7 to respond to queries and guide us during our stay. The cave itself was highly comfortable and included all of the key necessities. The location directly on the beach was stunning, and the vibe was very relaxing and cosy.

• Aldo (10/5): We had a fantastic time at - the place was fantastic and Kali (the host) was incredible, always looking out for us. - Cozy and comfortable cave styled accommodation with all the necessary amenities. Tucked away in what seems to be a hidden spot, right in front of the water and surrounded by restaurants.
• Terezia (6/5): - Location was very nice far from crovded places, calm, sea view was beautiful. Walking distance to beach and prehistoric museum of Akrotiri. In general it was ok, we were sleeping well. Parking place. We did have appartment with the pool above restaurant. Noise from restaurant was not disturbying but the chimney of restarant finsihed 1m above terrace and the smoke from it last until midnight. If you are unlucky with wind you will not enjoy sitting or swiming due to the smoke and noise of it. The chairs fabric inside were covered with stains from the water not cleaned for some time. Table was sticky. TV we did not enjoy. Connection to wifi seemed only over phone. Few items should be replaced already or maintaned..

It offered a quiet and relaxing way to end our vacation in a small village with restaurants, stores and beaches all within walking distance. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with activity suggestions. Everything you could need for cooking was available as well. What a wonderful place to stay!!

• Giancarlo (9/5): Very peaceful - Very peaceful place. Hearing the sound of waves in the night was great. The apartment remains cool also when outside temperatures are very high. Very nice rooftop sunbeds. The host is very kind and helpful The sea in front of the house is difficult to access, quite rocky and uneven. There is a restaurant right next to the accommodation and someone may feel uncomfortable during their stay in the water or outside the room.
• Edward (10/5): A hidden gem in a wonderful location - The apartment is built into a cave which is metres away from the sea. The deck, with a breakfast table and deck chairs which is on the seafront outside the apartment was great for relaxing. The sound of the waves is very relaxing at night. The location near Red Beach, which is a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes by bus to the town of Akrotiri, is excellent for beaches and restaurants. Fira town and Perissa beach are easily accessible by bus from Akrotiri. The apartment is surrounded by 5 restaurants which provide local produce and have beautiful outlooks over the sea. Sublime caves is a hidden gem, which exceeds expectations. Highly recommended. We loved jumping in the crystal clear sea outside the apartment as soon as we woke up in the morning.

• Silmara (9/5): Dream stay - The cave was cute, clean and organized. The entrance is a little confusing, but you soon find yourself. We were literally in front of the sea and that was fantastic. Going to sleep and waking up listening to the waves of the sea is simply wonderful. We will definitely be back. We don't have any negative points, but my suggestion would be softer towels.

• Julie (9/5): A sweet stay right on the water - The property manager met us with keys and spoke with us about things to do and enjoy during our stay on Santorini. We stayed with Sublime for 2 nights, then moved onto another villa in a different part of Santorini- the property manager was so enthusiastic about Santorini that he even gave us recommendations for things to do closer to our second location. He went above and beyond our expectations. The information that he provided was spot on - we enjoyed following/partaking in many of his recommendations. We didn't feel ‘upsold’ or pressured to purchase excursions, we felt like we were speaking with a person who is passionate about their job and home country. The outdoor space isn't as private as we expected from the photos. Many people and employees from neighboring restaurants walked past/through our outdoor space at all hours. If you’re social, you might love it. However, we were expecting a private space to read and relax based on the outdoor photos provided.

Falling asleep with the sound of the waves, inside a great ventilated cave by the sea, the sleep was so peaceful and pleasant. Next morning, waking up next to the sea, having a fast dive inside the clear waters, a refreshing wake up to start the perfect day, quiet area, friendly welcome from the guest. The cave has everything you need. It was a short pleasure, but I will definitely be back. Thank you!!! Nothing
• Adrian (10/5): A wonderful property and great hosts made for a very relaxing stay. - The villa was very well appointed and spotless. The sun beds were really comfortable and the plunge pool regularly cleaned and checked. The location was just perfect for a relaxing break, with 7 restaurants/eateries all within 10 mins walk. All areas of the island are accessible by bus and you can go the whole length for less than 4 euros. The hosts Mario and Thanos were excellent. Always available to answer any questions, very knowledgeable about the island, restaurants and trips, which they will books on your behalf. It made for a lovely, relaxing break. No issues, no problems, everything was just perfect.
• Lauren (10/5): Exceptional - this was the most beautiful and relaxing property i have ever stayed in. it is quaint in the best way. i have never felt so relaxed or at peace. i will always think of it when i need to think of a “happy place”. the hosts, mario and thanos, were so kind, informative, helpful and responsive. the cave itself was perfect. there is a large front porch and a mini market close perfect to have breakfast at. you can hear the waves crashing throughout the day because it is literally right outside. i hope to return many times. could not recommend more.

Take Thanos' advice to visit Fira for sunset and Oia early to get the best views. We loved the villa, and the pool was such a fabulous bonus. Very spacious rooms, all the basics you would need, and the location is to die for! Across the road is the best lunch spot with a super hard working family team who make the best Gyros and Greece Salads! We would love to come back! Everything was perfect! • Vanessa (10/5): Beautifully traquil getaway far from the crowds of Oia and Thira - Falling asleep with the sound of the waves gently lappping the coast was a dream come true. Visually, this place is stunning. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the host was incredibly polite and helpful. The shower was fantastic and loved the shower gels provided. The boat for the Red, White and Black beaches is a stones throw away should you wish to visit these. We also tried swimming outside the property, although a little stoney, it is possible. We spent the final two days of our week long holiday here and basked in the sunshine and tranquility of the area. The cave has everything you need for a self catering holiday (fridge, 2-ring hob, air con, coffee machine, tv, wifi etc). We'd be back in a heartbeat. A more ample beach, Red Beach, is a short walk away, there are 2 good restaurants just next to the property, plus a fast food/ traditional shop, and a shop for water, essentials, etc, are nearby. The apartment was clean, and there is also a cleaning service available during the stay. There is a car rental service available and they bring the the car to the property. The host, Mario, was absolutely exceptional. My daughter got sick and he took us to a paediatrician, helped with translations and transport. I will forever be grateful!

• Julia (9/5): A fun stay in a unique property! - Beautifully designed and renovated cave house, clean and in an amazing location right at the water’s edge so you can fall asleep to the sound of the sea. We loved sitting under the sunshade watching the boats pass by. It was an amazing start to our island hopping holiday and we wished we could stay longer! There’s a choice of sea front taverna’s all serving great local fresh fare within walking distance as well as the ancient Akrotiri archeological site (a ‘must visit’), bus stop to Thira, sea taxi to local beaches and the nearby village of Akrotiri, so the location is a great alternative to staying on the rather touristy caldera side of the island. Thanks to Thanos for all his information sharing and recommendations on check-in. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Santorini! Nothing!
• Julia (10/5): Exceptional - we had an amazing week at sublime villa & cave. cueva de las estrellas. beach front. quiet. everything u need for preparing a breakfast or even a meal. small shop with nice owner upstairs. restaurants next door. everything was arrange for us. transfer to and from the airport. a catamaran cruise... we were contacted regularly if we need anything. cleanig lady stopping by when we need anything. just perfect. 10 min walk to the famous red beach where u should go definitely early morning. you will be there all for yourself. we really enjoyed staying here!

The view from the terrace is directly over the bay of Akrotiri with small boats (quietly) coming on going all the time. The local food eating places are lovely and there is a small supermarket just metres away, stocking all sorts. Marios sorted out our pick up and drop offs from the airport, cheaper than you can find, with friendly George the driver. Looking to book again, just got to get a dog sitter!

The Villa is modern, clean, and so well done. Better that the pictures on the site when we booked. Marios, our host was wonderful. Helping to arrange car rentals answering questions ect. If you value peace and privacy, but still want the Greek villa feel this is the place to stay. Easy walking distance to Red Beach, the ruins of the prehistoric city of Akrotiri, and a dozen restaurants. Easy drive to Fira, Oia, and the island's best wineries. If we make it back to Santorini we would stay here again.

• Cliff (10/5): Everything and more - We had a fantastic stay at the villa, it was a dream come true. Situated on the southern-facing beach, you can wake each morning and stroll out onto the Sun terrace to watch the sunrise. There is a local shop (who are wonderful people) for everything you need two minutes away - excellent wine selection which we took full advantage of! Local transport (buses and taxis) are only a ten-minute stroll away with Red Beach ten minutes in the other direction. An excellent location with a row of restaurants underneath (we were so lazy we had delicious food delivered - don't miss the tomato fritters with whipped feta). Everything in the villa worked perfectly and it was a pleasure to be inside and out. The shower passed approval from an American lady, so that counts for a lot! Mario arranged transport which worked like clockwork and I can definitely say that he is the best host you could ask for - ever helpful, funny, knowledgeable and generous. Thank you for the best holiday we have ever had, it was a marvellous experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa. It was an unforgettable experience and my only regret is that I don't have a time machine to go back and do it again.

• Zuzi (10/5): Lovely modern villa - Good communication from Marios who checked us in early and he also allowed us to check out late without the charge on our day of departure. Lovely modern villa with fully equipped kitchennette where we could prepare our simple meals. Beautiful terrace overlooking sea. Red beach 10 min walking distance, museum also walking distance.there are lots of good restaurants just at your doorstep. The only complain I have (I m a light sleeper ) it s the noise from electricity transformer just outside the property. It kept me awake for few nights but it would not put me off from returning to this villa one day or for recommending it to my friends. We all had a great stay.

• Diana (10/5): Wonderful Beach Villa in Santorini - We stayed at the Infinity Villa for 3 nights. The villa is located near the Red Beach and there is a nice little private rocky beach at the back of the villa. We especially loved the large balcony with the outdoor dining area and sun loungers. We enjoyed watching the sun set over the sea from the balcony. The villa was clean and almost new with two bedrooms and a toilet and bathroom. There was a kitchen and a lovely dining area. We all had a wonderful sleep each night. The beds were super comfortable and we were provided with thick bath towels and beach towels too. We looked forward to the coffees in the morning from the Nepresso coffee machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, kettle, fridge, cooking utensils, cutleries, plates, bowls, mugs and glasses. We were also provided with complimentary toiletries. The villa is nicely decorated and it was spacious for four people. There are a few restaurants located nearby. Our host, Mario, is friendly and extremely helpful. He picked us up at the airport and send us off to the airport. He also arranged a rental car for us at a very reasonable price and he was always prompt in responding to our questions. Thanks Mario for making our stay a memorable one! We loved staying in the villa and we definitely would stay here again if we visit Santorini.
