• Frizbe51 (10/5): Great stay - Great hotel, perfectly situated in Old Town, Prague. The street is quiet, no outside racket from crowds, yet it’s also the street that contains the No1 rated donut cafe and Choco cafe just around the corner from that! Great Veg/vegan cafe/bar a few doors up, good Italian & 2 x 2025 Michelin listed restaurants very close by as well, plus the hotel recommended Czech restaurant (free beer voucher provided if you want to cash it in). The hotel itself has parking, disabled access is via this level, which also contains the Spa, gym & toilets (lift up to reception) which is up about 10 steps (I did not count) from the main door. Reception was quick & easy check in, lovely explainer of the area provided by staff with handy tips on places to eat, trams to catch, tours available if required. We had a room on 4th floor, lovely & spacious, fridge provided to pop milk etc in if you need it (Brits please note no milk provided for room drinks) There was a 3in1 coffee provided for 3 out of 5 days of our stay, but then it was black coffee only that got refilled. The room does come with honey in a sachet to sweeten your tea though. Bed was super comfy & spacious, single duvets Norwegian style that save on arguments over covers! Shower was great, nice White Company toiletries provided. Plenty of wardrobe space & a safe only thing missing was a couple of coat hoots, although I think I could see where they had been….Staff cleaned room & hotel visibly daily. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice - yoghurts, fruits, cheeses, meats, cold & hot, rices, pickles/cauli/carrots, fried & scrambled egg, breakfast cakes & breads/croissants, 2 types of juice & water, plus tea/coffee, although at busier times we did see people waiting for a seat (9am-9:30) the hotel was full. The only thing I think needs to change here is the placement of the tea/coffee machine, as the queue for this is often longer than the queue to get breakfast and these clash & make the area quite crowded at busy times. All in all a great stay & would/will happily stay here again.

Wife’s birthday so got room upgrade 😊 Room was spacious, Bed really comfortable and shower brilliant. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and staff were lovely. Close to everything so All in all highly recommended.

• Benamard (10/5): Fantastic Stay – Exceptional Service Recovery! - We recently stayed at MOODS Charles Bridge Hotel in Prague and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We hit a slight snag during check-in when we realized our deluxe room had been reserved for only two people instead of three, probably the fault of Expedia. However, the front desk staff handled the situation with total professionalism. To rectify the error, they generously offered us an upgrade to a family suite at no extra cost, which was spacious and perfectly suited our needs. The location is hard to beat—ideally situated for exploring the city while still offering a peaceful retreat. Breakfast was another highlight. The dining area has ample, comfortable seating, which made for a relaxing start to the morning. The spread was fresh and varied, featuring: • Excellent coffee to kickstart the day. • A great selection of fruits and vegetables. • High-quality yogurts, cheeses, and cold cuts. • A variety of fresh breads. Overall, the combination of great amenities and top-tier service makes this a "must-stay" in Prague. We would definitely return!

• 663lilyac (10/5): Great staff and location - Very nice hotel! The location is very convenient to all the main attractions of the Old Town, Prague. We booked directly with the hotel through their website and got a decent discount so it saved us some money and made it worth our money. The staff was very friendly and helpful ready to help with any issues or questions. We got a transfer from and to the airport which also went smoothly with no issues. The hotel is clean and neatly kept with spacious rooms and bathrooms( we got the junior suite) , the lobby area and staff are very nice and accommodating. The hotel has a very nice and calm vibe like a high end boutique hotel. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of food choices. The hotel’s amenities are quite decent for the price and location. If I go back to Prauge would definitely stay at the Moods Charles again.

Parkování je skutečně pro zdatné řidiče.

Le personnel est très froid, peu accueillant.

The room and bathroom was both spacious. It just didn't live up to the expectations of a 4 star hotel that thousands of Booking.com users have apparently given >9/10. Everything was okay but I didn't arrive or leave thinking, wow, this is a superb 4 star hotel. Superb 3 star hotel, definitely. Very good 4 star, yes.

The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and the staff were very friendly and helpful with the baggage on checking out, offering a very good system for leaving our bags after check out. We booked the accommodation at nearly over a year ago and booked non refundable as our flight was also booked and locked in. However, not long after, our flight for the first night was cancelled and we had to book another flight. The only one available was the next day. This was totally out of our control and even though there was at least 6-8 months to go we were refused the refund on our room. We had no intention of cancelling the first night but due to the flight change we had no alternative. I know we booked the non refundable room, but given the circumstances I think Moods Charles Bridge Hotel could have used it's discretion and as a sign of good will refunded us all or some of the refund.

Pillows were perfect. Reception was friendly and gave great recommendations. Even though we still had our towels hanging up (not on the floor) they were still changed for fresh ones every day. Not a problem from a personal perspective, but not very 'green'.

Guter und großer Supermarkt ca. 5 Minuten Gehzeit. Bei geöffnetem Fenster nachts grundsätzlich ruhig. AUSSTATTUNG: alles bestens. Einrichtung und Mobiliar gepflegt. Große Zimmer. Sehr bequeme Matratze. Viel Platz in den Schränken. FRÜHSTÜCK: gute Auswahl, mehr Brot als Brötchen, aber dafür zusätzlich Kuchen u.v.m.. Ausreichende Plätze beim Frühstück - auch zu Stoßzeiten. Der Wasserdruck war leider etwas gering - aber das ist bei allem wirklich Positivem - jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es gibt keine wirkliche Lobby mit Sitzmöglichkeit, was aber für uns kein Problem darstellte.

• Audrey (10/5): Séjour formidable dans une ville très romantique - Tout était parfait. L'emplacement de l'hôtel, à 5mn à pieds du pont Charles et 10mn de la place de la vieille ville. Beaucoup de restaurants autour et en même temps, la rue est calme. La chambre était très grande, la literie était super. Salle de bain formidable. Petit déjeuner varié et le personnel est très gentil. Ils nous ont bien conseillé pour le restaurant et nous ont aidé pour le transfert très matinal vers l'aéroport avec un panier repas pour le petit déjeuner Rien. Tout était parfait !

• Alex and Meg (8/5): - Breakfast was great - a large buffet with fresh bread, veggies, cheese and meats, yogurt bar, etc. The location was excellent. They say they offer early check in when available but they definitely do not. Also - the lighting in the rooms was really bad, especially the bathroom. It was hard to see to apply make-up or do anything detailed.

• Paul (9/5): Super Hotel für einen Städtetrip! - Feines Frühstück das alles enthält was man benötigt. Große Zimmer, feine Betten. Super Lage. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit der Öffis und zu Fuß ist die Altstadt schnell erreichbar.

• Gabriele (10/5): - Die Lage ist hervorragend. 2 Minuten zur Karlsbrücke, Altstädter Ring, Wenzelsplatz und viele interessante Orte sind ganz nah, auch die 22er Straßenbahn, die zum Hradschin fährt.. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll, das Frühstück wirklich sehr gut. Nichts
• Amanda (6/5): It feels more like a 3-star hotel than a 4-star one - Location was very good. The beds were good. The room was very clean. Because we got the deluxe room, and it wasn’t on the first floor, it was quiet. But under any circumstances risk to get a room on the first floor. It’s VERY noisy. The pillows were the worst I’ve ever slept on. The room was too warm and there was no option to cool it, just to heat it even more. The staff were unfriendly. The schedules for room service were too early, and some days I couldn’t get the service done because I left the room by noon. The room was pretty basic for a 4-star, allegedly boutique hotel.
• Deborah (7/5): Für einen City-Trip das ideale Hotel aufhrund der sehr guten Lage. - Sehr zentral, Top-Lage Personal war nicht sehr freundlich. Die Bar war schlecht.
• Pieter (8/5): - Uitstekende locatie om de stad te verkennen. Wij hebben alles te voet gedaan, openbaar vervoer nemen was eigenlijk niet nodig vanaf hier. De kamer was groot en ruim, net als het bed. De kussens waren niet erg stevig maar op onze vraag kregen we stevigere van de receptie. Het ontbijt was heel verzorgd en er was ruime keuze voor ieder wat wils. Er waren een paar technische problemen met de airco (flikkerende lamp) tijdens onze eerste nacht en wel ook wat technische problemen met de sleutelkaart van oner kamer. Het personeel was echter heel behulpzaam om deze op te lossen.
• Jenny (9/5): - Die Lage war toll und das Zimmer sehr geräumig. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage war das Zimmer sehr ruhig. Es gab keine geeignete Parkmöglichkeit für das Auto.
