• Jasmin la Cour (7/5): Fint til prisen - Stedet var fint til prisen. Der er et lille tekøkken, men dette brugte vi ikke. God placering i forhold til smukke natur-oplevelser i området. Virkelig sødt personale! Sengene var meget bløde - vi vågnede op med lidt ondt i nakken. Stedet har et skævt gulv der hælder. Det er gulvtæppe som er upraktisk og ulækkert.

But it was VERY clean. And the ocean view was not of a beach or ocean. But of the marshes the property over looks. I would stay here afain

The corner in the bathroom behind the door, also had what looked like many weeks of accumulated dust, hair, pet fur.

• NIna (6/5): - When we first walked in, it smelled like a nursing home. Mattress was horrible. Rolled into middle. Room was hot, ac was just intermittent. Our fault we didnt see small sign about dirty dishes. Cost us $25 for 2 dirty coffee cups left in sink. There was a small mud hole near stairs to our room. Overall, overpriced for what we got. Stayed in much better places in Maine.

• Misty (10/5): Will definitely stay again! - My husband and I went for a quick overnight getaway, we immediately regretted only being there for a night. We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. So clean, kitchen has dishes and utensils already there and a dishwasher. The view when you step outside is gorgeous!! We will definitely be staying again and even said we want to do a week for vacation possibly next year and this is where we’ll stay! There’s restaurants galore and the famous Congdon’s Donuts & Scoop Deck right across the street and a grocery store around the corner and it’s a 5 minute drive to the beach. Picture is the view when you step out, I didn’t take any pics of the room, just video which I can’t do on here but TRUST me!
• Daniela (4/5): - Die vorab Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wir durften auf Nachfrage etwas später einchecken. Das Bett empfanden wir als bequem, allerdings nutzten wir unsere eigenen Kopfbezüge. Genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Die Einrichtung war eher zweckmäßig. Die Kaffeemaschine sollte definitiv ausgetauscht werden. Sah nicht sehr sauber aus. Sehr negativ war das Internet. Ich hatte bei der Buchung speziell auf Internetzugang geachtet. Dies war uns auf unseren Roadtrip durch USA wichtig. Das Internet war langsam und abgehackt. Teilweise nicht vorhanden. Auch TV hatte seine Aussetzer. Ich hatte es an der Rezeption erwähnt und gedacht, es kommt jemand mit Feedback auf mich zu. Ich wollte die Tickets für den Arcadia National Park in einem bestimmten Zeitfenster buchen. Ich habe keine Mobile Daten, da Urlauber aus Europa. Ging daher zur Rezeption für besseres Internet. Ich war völlig verzweifelt. Und als es dort auch nicht ging, fragte ich dir Dame an der Rezeption ob sie mir helfen könne. Die schlichte Antwort war nein, es besteht keine Chance mir zu helfen. Jetzt sind wir mitten im Wald und haben hervorragendes Internet. Liegt demnach an der Unterkunft, dies für seine Gäste anzubieten, wenn es schon in der Beschreibung vom Anbieter steht. Desweiteren war der Pool, ich wollte vor dem auschecken noch eine Runde schwimmen, Schild am Pool: Heute ab 10.00 Uhr geöffnet. Was für ein Unsinn. Für mich eine Unterkunft die ich nicht empfehlen werde.

• Dritar (6/5): - I loved the pool and the location. It was a short drive from Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. The pool was well maintained and decent sized. I didn't like the cleanliness of the room and the bed. The mattress wasn't comfortable at all. It felt to me like I was sleeping on a board. There was minimum support. I took my shoes off in the room. I noticed a short time later that they had turned dark in color. I was wearing clean white socks. The room also had a musty scent to it.

• Judith (8/5): - Beautiful view of the marshes and beach houses that sit Oceanside a mile away. I enjoyed a morning walk to the beach…Mile Road is just around the corner. My kids had a great time in the pool. While we were there we walked to Condons for donuts and the food trucks, and Mike’s for dinner. We stayed in the Queen suite which had a private bedroom, a Murphy bed in the living room for 2, and a pull out couch bed for 2. There was also a full size refrigerator and kitchenette. Perfect accommodations for sleeping and touch-and-go as we enjoyed the town of Wells. The only negatives: bring your own pool towels and a box fan. We bought a fan for the bedroom because the AC unit is in the living room. It keeps the place cool but if you want to close your bedroom door, you’ll want a fan. Overall, we had a good time; I’d stay at the Garrison again.
