Birbirlerinin önüne çeken arabaları ve hotels de otopark hizmetinin olduğunu söylediğimde, araçların birazdan çıkacağını söyledi. Bu sebeple arabayı çok uzağa bırakmak zorunda kaldım ve eşyalarımla yürüdüm. Bu durumu kaldığım bir sonraki günde de yaşadım. Çıkış yaparken resepsiyonda farklı biri vardı ve yeni giriş yapan bir çiftten araç anahtarlarını alıyorlardı. O resepsiyoniste sorduğumda tabii anahtar bırakıyorsunuz zaten dedi. Böyle bir çifte standart sebebiyle sıcakta, kalabalıkta park yeri bulma çilesi yaşadım. Otelin ne yapıp ne yapmadığını bilen insanlar istihdam edilebilir.

• Sana (8/5): Value for money for a short stay. - Lovely hotel in a great location from the beach and local amenities. The staff helped us with our taxi when they let us down and didn’t turn up. Thank you for this as I was anxious to return back to UK due to starting a new job the next day so didn’t want to miss the flight. The room was small and room service did not clean the room on one of the days. Lighting was little to none with both bedside lamps not working. Not much variety for breakfast.

While the hotel is situated perfectly near the beach, and you may find rooms and facilities suitable to your needs, you will be disappointed soon as the hotel staff open their mouth to talk. The manager at reception is very rude! A review I overlooked when booking the hotel and regretted later. I requested an early check-in and got confirmation from booking.com but not from the hotel itself. I understand since it was not a confirmation from hotel, they ain't obliged to give us early check-in. But the way the receptionist behaved with us at 7am was atrocious. He was courteous enough to let us leave our bags there, however, no one supervises ur bags and there is no cloak room either. The behaviour of the staff was so awful that we decided to not use the facilities at this hotel except sleeping there for 1 night only and we dint book any expedition with them either. We spent our entire day at the pvt beach next to hotel Yunus and loved their mannerism and hospitality. While we had a delicious lunch and breakfast with yunus, they did not charge us at all for their pvt beach. Next lovely and inexplicably amazing experience at RomaSteak Dail sea food at Sentez restaurant bar. The manger Jimmy there is such an amazing person and looks after his clients alot. I will highly recommend to visit him and perhaps the Ketenci staff can learn few hospitality etiquette there too. The staff management is atrocious. They will ruin your holiday with their horrendous communication style. The facilities are okay but almost a 100 reviews are just about the poor hospitality.

• Tina (4/5): Learn to greet your resident with a smile - There was not one member of staff that made me feel welcome, I was travelling alone, and I felt very isolated, hoping that the hotel staff would make me feel at ease but sadly, I was up in my room and cried my eyes out. I didn't get to sample the food so can't comment. But overall I would not recommend this hotel as the beds were uncomfortable and staffneed to smile and learn to greet people with courtesy, my first encounter when checking in, he did not once, lift his head up and look at me, he just grunted my room number

The customer service of the hotel staff was very poor, they were not happy to engage with customers enquiries, they were not very helpful or friendly. The breakfast was not good at all with hardly any variety of options. The beds were not comfortable to sleep either. The cleanliness and the hygiene of the room and hotel was horrible, the smell from the toilets were bad. I would highly recommend people not to book this place for their stay and does not deserve to have any star ratings of this hotel.

Great view over the bay from the balcony. Very poor noise insulation from outside traffic )I had to wear acoustic headphones at night). Breakfast was a very simple Turkish breakfast - no international/western choices.

• Ayman (1/5): Very bad hotel very bad staff - I didn’t like anything The hotel is not worth the amount paid.. The staff is very bad, one of the worst hotel staff that I have seen in my life. There is no help in the simplest thing, and dealing with them is very difficult... The first time in my life I see a hotel this bad and not clean. It is very dirty. Everywhere is dirty. I cannot touch anything... There are stains and hair everywhere in the toilet, sheets, and the floor... It's good that I brought sheets and a pillowcase with me, otherwise I'd rather sleep outside than sleep in such a place…Unfortunately for the money I paid it is not worth it at all, and I don't advise anyone to stay in it

• Zahid (6/5): Pleasant - I liked the location of the hotel. But a little misleading with pictures of a Pool table that is located at next doors hotel. Staff can be a little hit and miss, front desk say hi and acknowledge you if they feel like, Kaleab is great and kept his promise of changing our room after issues with a broken bed. He was greeted us and also helped us on our way out. Kitchen breakfast staff were great and always on hand to help if you needed anything, I personally thanked them before i left. Great team. I didn't like the fact that it wasn't an all inclusive hotel with food included in the price. As it wasn't cheap for a family deluxe room. Beds were hard and uncomfortable and doors slamming in the early hours which I had to report. Pool was small. Expected more for the money really.

On our last day we asked the receptionist to book a transportion for us to the airport for the next morning and we paid in advance and told him the exact time at which we need to leave to the airport, but then in the next morning we were surprised that there was a problem in the reservation and the car was delayed almost one hour!! We were really disappointed.. although we really liked the hotel.

• Boris (7/5): Good - Location, friendly staff. Breakfast- very poor selection of salami and ham. Ac unit is directly above bed and blows cold air directly on you. While sleeping we had to switch of the unit and enjoy the hot Marmaris nights. In the toilette sometimes you smell bad odor.

• Sinan (4/5): Temizlik vasat - Oda temiz değildi..Yatak kıl, tüy, leke ne ararsan var..Bunu belirttikten sonrada personel surat yapmaya başladı.. Oda değiştirdik ama diğer odada çok farkli değildi..Daha öncede kalmıştım iyidi ama bu sefer hayal kirikligi yasatti..
• Nuri (8/5): Ketenci Hotel Marmaris - Otel genel anlamda iyi. Odaları yeterince büyük olmasına rağmen yerleşimi sebebiyle içerde kendimizi sıkışmış hissettik. Belki de otel işletmecisi bunu dikkate almalı. Daha fazla yatırım yaptıkları ortada ama olumlu yansımamış odaya. Yeri Marmaris'in en güzel yerlerinden birinde. Karşılayan personel bezmiş gibiydi, belki bayram sebebiyledir. Sıcak bulmadım şahsen.

• f (6/5): Excellent location - Close to everything which was the best part. Right near the beach and other tourist attractions the bazaar, Marina ar short distances from tb hotel. Staff so rude no welcome no introduction to hotel safety, breakfast times etc. Did not find the reception staff welcoming. Rooms are small but ok, cleaners reluctant to cleaning rooms Everyday.
• Sabrina (8/5): Great hotel, close proximity to the beach - We stayed for 2 weeks at the Ketenci Hotel. It was very nice and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were a decent size, they were cleaned daily and the sheet changed which was great as you always came back to a fresh and tidy room. They don't have an iron that you can use but luckily one of the staff members let us borrow his. My only issue was that they gave us one card for the room which was a little annoying as any time we left the room the electricity would switch off including the fridge which meant we weren't able to use it much unless we wanted to drink lukewarm coke. The hotel location is ideal as it is within walking distance of most places and the little mini bus stops right outside and costs only 3 lira per journey if you don't fancy walking. Overall really enjoyed our stay at Ketenci and would definitely recommend it.

• ELIZABETH R (8/5): Convenient and comfortable hotel. - Front desk was a little void of personality and didn't want to give us the room we booked originally with a sea view but we convinced him. Also, the hotels.com website said there was a jetted tub but when we arrived there was no tub, only a shower. The rooms are nicely decorated but a bit small. The spa was awesome downstairs and good prices. Breakfast was good and there was a good selection. The staff member who took us to our room was incredibly helpful and even refused my attempt to tip him! The wifi is not good and disconnects a lot as well you need a passport to log in. I would recommend this hotel for sure!
