Guest Reviews
- taylorhH5161KH (2/5): WARNING - DO NOT STAY HERE - We entered into a contract with Seven Hills to rent the entire inn for our guests to stay the weekend of our wedding in October. We were required to put down a 50% deposit which was equal to over $20k, and were told that as long as we booked >80% of their rooms, we would receive the full deposit back following the weekend (we booked 53/57 rooms). IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS SINCE AND WE HAVE RECEIVED NO MONEY BACK, AND THE MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONDING TO OUR EMAILS.
Immediately after the weekend we asked for an invoice detailing what our refunded deposit would be. We knew that our bridal suite rate would be deduced, as well as the fees for a brunch we hosted on site Sunday (event fee, alcohol & bartending fee which totaled ~$7k), and alcohol we purchased for our guests to drink after the wedding, but the invoice we received included an additional $8k worth of fees that we were never told about ahead of time and did not agree to.
When we attempted to dispute the charges, the manager stopped responding and we are now over two months past the event with no idea when or if we’ll ever receive our deposit back. BE CAREFUL before choosing Seven Hills, and if you do, prepare to be cheated out of thousands of dollars!!!
- corina (10/5): - Just ….. breathtaking!
- Adva (10/5): - Great breakfast, amazing property, comfortable beds! Water in shower wasn’t hot, had to take a “warm-cold” fast shower but it didn’t matter. The view, the quiet, nature and siting areas made the stay perfect. Will come again!!
- Stacy (10/5): - Very helpful staff and willing to ensure our needs were meet
- Dennis (10/5): - Champagne Style w/ Beer Price!
Outstanding Inn TOP-TO-BOTTOM!
Highly Recommend!
- Kristine (6/5): good for the price - the room was fine for the price. niceand quiet. just a few issues:
it smelled a little like mildew,
the shower was strong but only horizontal,
no blackout curtains and so there was a lot light flooding into the room,
too hot and no temperature control, I just opened the window.
- Karen (10/5): - Friendly staff, beautiful main house.
- Myron (10/5): - Impressed by the inn
- Michael (8/5): - I loved playing on the same piano as Leonard Bernstein!
- Samuel (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay, it was just as we expected, A touch of old New England. Breakfast was Excellent. The one lady who greeted us and checked us in was super nice and upbeat. We walked the grounds and enjoyed this very much.
Thanks for the experience.
- Skip687 (10/5): Don’t judge this Inn by it’s facade. ❤️ - This place is an old ‘estate’ cottage/home that is now an inn with motel added. The staff are excellent and give guests a wonderful history of the home during the delicious breakfast. Lots of delightful stories about the owners over the years and the many well known musician guests who stayed at this inn during the Tanglewood musical festival. It definitely is a little tired and needs some TLC but the history and staff make up for it!!
- nancy (10/5): - The best part was the staff -especially the concierge She was a wealth of knowledge in helping to plan our stay. Can not thank her enought . Also I must mention Gracy who was responsible for the breakfast. She knew so much history of the hotel. She was a friendly staff that treated us warmly.
- Ronald (10/5): - Great stay. Debbie the concierge was fantastic and very helpful.
- H8449ZLerinb (2/5): Do NOT stay here! - This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had. I'm ok with a cheap hotel, but this reservation was not cheap. I was there for a wedding and the negotiated rate was $385/night.
I should have known something was up when no one ever answered the phone during the reservation process and I had to always leave messages. Even when I left a specific question on the voicemail, the return call I got did not address it. If you arrive late, there is no one to check you in. You are instructed to fill out a piece of paper left on a table in the front with the provided pens, but of course there is no pen.
The worst is the rooms: the room stank of mildew and mold, the paint was peeling off the ceiling of the shower, there was hair in the shower, and the floor of the bathroom was covered in black and red mold. I wish I had brought shower shoes. The door would not lock, despite my best efforts and those of several people I recruited as they walked past my room.
At least I had hot water, not something everyone in my party got to enjoy. Two other family members had rooms without hot water. If you call the front desk to tell them this, no one picks up, and you are instructed to send an email for "emergencies." This is in addition to the toilet paper holders falling off the wall, and an alarm that went off at 5 am.
The walls are paper thin, there is no carpeting in the rooms, but the motel-like walkways outside are full of soggy carpet, so your room ends up full of mud and dirt. You need to walk around with socks on, which are black by the time you leave.
I feel bad for the bride and groom who chose this hotel for their wedding guests, as I think they were pretty embarrassed by
- Elizabeth (8/5): - Very nice property. Room clean with big bathroom. Only lack microwave and would be nice to have a chair. Breakfast regular offerings. Front desk staff friendly. Good value.
- John (6/5): - We arrived after dark and the entrance to office to get key was unlit. Our room was very clean with modern fixtures. The bed was comfortable and the bedding linens very comfortable. The heat would not come on, so it was a bit chilly in the morning(60 ish) and the water was warm but not hot enough for a shower. Continental breakfast was good. I would give this property another chance but only average this stay.
- Laurie (10/5): Happy to have found it. - Lovely location and extremely friendly and helpful staff. I would gladly stay here again.
- Anne (8/5): - The grounds were beautiful. One negative was at breakfast. Some staff were eating there ( totally fine) but maybe a little instruction on the difference between a dining room and a diner. ( dishes clattered into the hopper, shouting across the room to each other).
- Lois (6/5): - Room Was not I expected
Was just ok
Was expecting a more cozy experience
- Joseph (10/5): Seeped in History! ❤️ - We love staying at places with a past, a story, not just a generic hotel you could find at any intersection in America. This place was such a find. Yes, it probably has seen better days... there are pot holes in the driveway, the grounds could use a little sprucing up, but I feel the owners really are putting effort into making this work. The room was clean, the bathroom upgraded, and we slept well in spite of the mattresses being a little squeaky. We especially loved the breakfast in the morning and the great conversation we had with the other guests. And just being in the Berkshires, literally next door to Edith Wharton's The Mount, and tons of other amazing places to explore, you can't beat this inn.
- Katharine (10/5): - Loved the fact there was a fire pit and outdoor games. Beautiful setting.
- david (6/5): - Love the property and its history. Breakfast was great. We had no hot water in our room, very sad.
- Axel (10/5): - The Seven Hills Inn and the Mount are of the same era and are within walking distance. One of them has been converted into a B&B with very affordable room rates when booking in the Terrace House. In the shoulder season, we paid merely $150 on Expedia. Best of all you get to enjoy the garden terrace for breakfast and the lobby at the former mansion.
- Clark (10/5): - This is a manor house with rooms in another building. Administration, lobby, and breakfast are in the manor house. It has an older world charm
- linda (10/5): - The pet fee of $75 per night was OUTRAGEOUS! The room was only $78 for 2 adults… it makes no sense. They didn’t have pet stations, bags, treats or anything for pet either. I have stayed at 5 STAR places many times and the most I’ve ever paid is $50. Such a shame, great place!
- robertrP8571EN (8/5): Seven Hills Inn - Beautiful grounds and elegant central building. The guest rooms in the annex are satisfactory but not what you would expect after viewing the photos online.
The continental breakfast was like that served in low-end chain hotels. They have ample food and coffee and a beautiful view of the rear grounds.
Convenient location and very close to historic downtown Lenox.
- Jean (8/5): - Especially appreciated the included breakfast. It was much better than we have experienced at other venues. Loved the history of the Inn.
- Cathryn (8/5): - Wonderfully quaint and beautiful hotel.
- Philip (8/5): - Could use some updates and the front desk attendant was less than attentive.
But the grounds are beautiful, the room was clean, and the inn is in a great area in the Berkshires.
- carol (10/5): - It was a beautiful 1911 former home. Beautiful inside and out. The grounds were well kept a vast. Looks like a great place for families to play together outside. Breakfast was included and served by Gracie, fresh fruit and breads and muffins. So good! Would recommend this Inn to everyone.
- ChriBoe (6/5): Pleasant stay, but no Pool - We stayed at Seven Hills Inn for four nights. The location is really good for exploring the Berkshires. The best place to start is right next door with "The Mount". Breakfast was great, staff friendly. The room at the "Terrace House" was functional. Three aspects bothered us. The bedding was not perfectly clean. Housekeeping was supposed to come after the second night but did not. In fact, we were most disappointed that the pool was out of service. Neither at the time of booking nor now is there any indication of this. On the contrary, the pool is still advertised on the website to this day. For us, the pool was a reason to choose this accommodation. In this respect, we felt a bit fooled when we got the casual information at check-in: There is not a pool.
- Jamie (8/5): Adequate - Beautiful location. Our room in the annex had some shower mildew. Other than that, everything was perfectly adequate.
- CAROL (10/5): - Staff friendly and helpful. Property beautiful . Would stay again
- Mark (10/5): - Perfect
- Patricia (6/5): Is not like photos on the web or worth high price - The property was probably beautiful years ago - however today is has been seriously neglected - the main building needs a lot of repairs and clean up - basic like cleaning up = cobwebs in windows. Many reviews reflect disappointment because the photos on the site are very misleading. This is at best a 2-3 star hotel not worth the price.pool was falling apart so it was closed in July used to be a tennis court = is covered with damage & weeds. The outdoor area where weddings might be held have lots of weeds in the flower bed, grass growing through the gravel - I can't imagine a wedding here with the current conditions. The breakfast is very mediocre - hard bagels, hard boiled eggs, canned fruit. I didn't go the 2nd day. The room in the Terrace House was clean but very tiny. The toilet became clogged easily. There is a closet that doesn't totally open and the mirror on the other side is practically falling off and creates a terrible banging noise. Someone above us seemed to be walking a marathon in the room which was hard to believe given the space but from 6:30 am until 8 we couldn't sleep with the noise. There are lights on all night outside the window and they can't be totally blacked out - should have a timer. The property seemed to decline after a real estate group had it for 5 years but they promised major renovations? The new owner took over in January and the room maid mentioned that renovations were planned but the staff doesn't know what the plan is.
- Jorge (6/5): - The place it was pretty. My only concern it was that the pool was closed. The main reason for what we choose this hotel was the pool for our kids. Sadly it was closed.
- Joan (8/5): - lovely property
- eichs (4/5): Don’t be fooled by the pictures - Stayed on second floor of “Cariage House”. Room looked nothing like the picture…much smaller. Chips all over door, frames, baseboards. Entrance to room, stairs going up. should be completely redone as not taken care of, grounds not kept up at all, actually pretty shabby. When checked in we were welcomed with all the things we could not do and she was as very unfriendly…probably doesnt like her job. This inn could be something great and you would get the rates you charge, but needs a full reno and upgrade. We will not be back, in fact we left early from our stay….oh yes bathroom shower ridiculous….had to stand in one area as could not move because of drop ceiling…and tub very slick to stand in, towels as thin as paper. We actually left early as this inn is not what it says it is….or looks like.
- John (4/5): - About 30 mins before I got there they came me to change my room. They put me in the Carriage House that was pretty gross. Then I was moved to another room that was a little better. The room was very musty, and the bathroom was dirty. The grounds were really nice, but the rest was disappointing.
- seaworthymashpee (4/5): Very poor all around - We were so incredibly disappointed in this property. I had stayed here 30 years ago and was looking forward to two nights in the main part of the inn. I booked my stay through the hotel and had the following experience:
1) Front desk: The front desk staff was unfriendly and actually quite rude. I won't go into all the details but this was horrendous experience. I completely understand that it is difficult to find people who want to do this type of work and that it is very difficult work to try and please people all day long. But.....she is obviously not the right person for this job.
2) Musty smelling room: When we entered our room it was VERY musty smelling. When I immediately brought this to the attention of the rude front desk attendant (we had not even brought our bags to the room), she stated that ALL their rooms smelled that way. She offered to spray the room, which DID take away the smell temporarily, but was obviously only covering up a much bigger problem. I believe the bathroom fan is not venting properly which is causing the smell. I was told there were not other rooms available and that I would not be refunded the first night's stay. At that hour I was not willing to try and find other accommodations and I wanted to see if we could tolerate the situation. Because I believed this to be an unhealthy environment, we checked out after one night. In my 40 years of traveling in accommodations all over the world I have never needed to check out of room due to an unhealthy situation- or actually for ANY reason.
3) Pool was closed.
4) Inn needs MAJOR painting and updates.
5) At breakfast the hot water dispenser had brown water. Another hot water dispenser (near the oatmeal) was not even remotely hot.
The lack of fresh paint, pool closure etc can be overlooked and when I brought these things to their attention, she tried to solve the problem....however with a major attitude.
- Katherine (6/5): - Floor of room is very slanted. So much so that I started to feel dizzy after being in the room for 2 minutes. Also there is no table or desk to use as a surface in the room. Definitely disappointed for the price we paid.
- Laurie (8/5): - Beautiful proprrty...nice size, clean room. The breakfast was ok, but bagels still seemed frozen and fruit was not fresh. Otherwise, lovely facility.
- George (6/5): - I stayed for one evening and chose this property for its near proximity to Tanglewood and Shakespeare and Company. The grounds and the history of the property also attracted me. The continental breakfast did not disappoint either. My room was on the 2nd floor of the Terrace House, which is actually like a motel like unit. I did not expect this. I was hoping to be in the Main Inn. My room was clean, but very small and a bit overcrowded with two queen sized beds. The mattress on my bed was hard and not very comfortable. The window A/C unit was old and did not work properly. The windows had Venetian blinds, but no curtains to block out the porch lighting at night. The pool on the property was closed for the season, which I found disappointing !
- Florian (8/5): Hi’s and low’s - Nice property, but the bathroom was very dated. The sink was tiny by anyone’s standard and the 25 year old short round toilet was just inexcusable.
- John (10/5): - Nice property
- Ken (8/5): - Not what expected. Advertised and picture differently than what it is. Expected an In. Recd a hotel room.
- C Paul (10/5): - Be
- Jim Newell (8/5): - Apparently there's no crime in Lenox, because there was no obvious security. No staff on site after about 7p.m., though a phone # was provided if something was needed. Our room in Terrace House was pretty cramped, especially the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast provided more variety than what the front desk led us to believe. The beauty of the grounds is the high point of this property. It seems to attract those of us over 65, which was fine for us. Some younger travelers may be put off by that.
- Susan (10/5): - Absolute beautiful inn, but I’m staying at the Annex and the rooms are a little bit dated. Missing a few finishing touches like no Kleenex in the bathroom, no bath towel for the floor, the closet is not conducive to hanging a dress. Little things like that. But the staff was absolutely wonderful and the bed is comfortable. My only complaint is the air conditioner filter could be cleaned a bit. But the main building is absolutely magnificent as are the grounds. And it’s very conveniently located! So basically, I am pleased.
- John (10/5): - Lovely historic property!
- timtraveller1977 (2/5): SCAM! STAY AWAY!!! - I have never stayed at a more misrepresented hotel, and I travel often for work. The photos make it look like your staying in a mansion, but it's basically a $300 per night motel off to the side of the image shown online. The pool was closed for the season, which was not reflected on the website. The room was extremely musty and the inside of refrigerator was filled with water.
There were several less expensive and more dependable options in the area than this.
- Jane (6/5): - The property was beautiful old world. However, the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable and needed to be updated in the main house guest room. We did like the close proximity to Tanglewood.
- Marc (4/5): - DtVery rustic tired
- Gloria (4/5): - Door did not lock, no one on site after 7.
- Kenneth (8/5): - Water pressure in the showers was very disappointing.
- Scott (6/5): - I'm sure there was a time when this was a beautiful facility, but that time is long gone. What appears to be years of cutting corners is evident - the rooms have an obvious history of "landlord special" repairs, just slapping together whatever supplies they have on hand. The historic character of the building is all but lost. Significant investment would be needed to bring this in back to its original charm.
- Eduardo (10/5): - I will come back for the complimentary breakfast!
- Harpreet (10/5): - nice
- Kenneth (10/5): - Nice breakfast served on the front porch [or inside]. Room was quiet, good size, and attractive. Could have had more "charging assistant" devices [previous lodging had bed-side clock that you could plug in three electronic devices]. Parking was cramped, but they reimburse if you find you must park on metered parking nearby.
- missy (6/5): - Staff
- Judy (10/5): - This is a very good place with great proximity to Tanglewood. My room was super clean. The grounds are beautiful and there are hammocks, which I love. Terrace house is very motel like but comfortable bedding and clean.
- Sharon (4/5): - The rooms were small and not updated especially the bathroom. I would rate this as a 2 property.
- Stacey (8/5): - Beautiful historic Inn. Accommodations a bit rustic but everything you need they have. Beautiful back porch overlooking fabulous grounds to enjoy breakfast or a quiet evening.
- John (6/5): - This old historic inn had rooms like a cheap motel. Nice beds. Good breakfast. Check in was clumsy. If this place was $75 a night, no complaints.
- Thomas (10/5): - Quaint inn located near several town centers. Great stop in the Berkshires.
- Donna (8/5): My stay - Everyone I met was very pleasant, helpful and friendly. The grounds were beautiful, the room was clean. The pool was not open😢.I enjoyed my stay
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Friendly staff. Nice clean rooms on beautiful grounds. Delicious expansive breakfast buffet.
- Alan (4/5): - It'll keep you out of the rain.
- Steven (6/5): - Pool was closed, staff was not particularly helpful or pleasant, room was full of beds -- no chair, desk.
- Samantha (10/5): - This property is surreal, its like a fairytale once you pull in through the gate. Absolutely beautiful couldn’t have been happier
- ilyser2019 (4/5): Not the beauty you see in the photo - We stayed in one of the Terrace Rooms and it was not at all what we expected. Clearly they are trying to upgrade to trendy but it doesn't quite make the grade. Bathroom is tiny and still not very nice. Flooring isn't nice. Bedding is not soft. Clean enough. Breakfast is not worth it. Ate yogurt from a cup each day. People's trash was all over the lawn and my husband cleaned it up as clearly nobody else was doing it. There is not anyone at the front desk after 7 according to the information sheet but when I tried to talk to someone around 5:30 they were already gone for the day. The location was fine as we had our car but we are coming back to the Berkshires later in the summer and already chose a different place. Hoping it will be better. Can not imagine it won't be.
- Patricia A. (4/5): - The location of the hotel is delightful. Food for breakfast was delicious and common breakfast area was bright and attractive. The grounds were lovely, but parking was limited because spaces were not marked and perople parked only around the perimeter. No easy way to carry/roll bags to rooms.
Booking was a shock. It was my first time booking since my husband passed and I learned a lot in the process. I paid DOUBLE for the same room because I didn't book in Dec (when my husband unexpectedly died.) Despite this:
The room that I was given did not come close to the picture on the website in terms of spacing and decor. The window air conditioner was noisy, the blinds did not keep out the lighting from the hallway, steps to the 2nd floor were extremely steep, shallow, with a railing on 1 side. It felt treacherous.
It was TOTALLY not worth $450-500 p/night.
- nancy (4/5): - The grounds are beautiful. The new owners do not know how to run an inn. There is no longer any sense of graciousness about the place. I have been coming here for many years. It has changed for the worse.
- Paul (10/5): - This is my kind of place. I spent a Thursday night here while passing through the Berkshires. Compared to other hotel properties in the area (and there are many), this place was a steal. I stayed in the Terrace house, which is essentially a two-story motel adjacent to the main house. Check in was a breeze. My room was clean and comfortable and had a nice view of the expansive lawns from the deck outside. I'm a cyclist, and the property offered great access to the scenic roads around Stockbridge, Tanglewood and Lenox. Afterwards I enjoyed resting in one of their hammocks followed by a dip in the pool. Breakfast the next day was plentiful and taken on the deck of the main house. Fans of the Berkshire "cottages" will appreciate the history on display in the 1st floor public rooms adjacent to the dining room.
- Henry (6/5): - Rooms dated and not very clean.
Seemed very understaffed.
- 732lawrenceg (2/5): Total disappointment. - Outdated, unkept, minimal maintenance, trading on location and demand. Owners have little regard and cares little to upkeep of historic site. How unfortunate. Place needs $$ of capital improvement but that’s clearly not I their thinking. If you’re looking for substandard, this is the place to go. Otherwise look elsewhere.
- Laureen (8/5): - If your looking for a nice reasonably priced property, Seven Hills fits the bill. Walking distance to The Mount, quick drive to Lenox center, room was clean and perfect for my needs, also breakfast included which was a plus. They also have a pool, which I didn’t use, but it looked very nice.
- Jamie (8/5): - At arrival, our key would not come out of the lock and the AC was not functioning properly. The office closed at 5 but a handyman was available. Both problems were resolved. Otherwise, delightful. The room was comfortable and the bonfire, pool, games were wonderful added features.
- Joel (10/5): - Large property, secluded, convenient to get to local attractions, good value, helpful staff.
- Margaret (10/5): - A gem we weren’t expecting. Nicely updated, super comfortable beds, great breakfast and peaceful grounds. We’ll be back!
- Sanjeev (10/5): - The staff were really nice and the property is very cool!
- guy (10/5): - Beautiful and clean
- S5208PBrandyr (4/5): Wouldn't Recommend - Spent two nights here while in the Berkshires for camp visiting day. We booked it last minute so it was slim pickings for us, but I have to say, for the inflated price most Berkshire hotels charge this weekend this place was disappointing. Our room was in the Terrace House, which is a run down looking building next to the mansion with a creepy and creaky staircase leading to the second floor. The room was renovated, but it was small and musty. The air condition unit was strong but very loud. Because of the air unit we could not fully close the blinds and our room looked right out to the street. The room also had a window out to the front porch. Even with those blinds closed the porch light (which we could not turn off) kept us up all night. The bed was quite uncomfortable. It's on a lovely property that has huge potential. This place needs an overhaul. Until then, there are better places to stay.
- Elizabeth (8/5): - This was a very nice and affordable overnight stay for me and my husband for our anniversary. We enjoyed the proximity to Shakespeare and Co. and the convenience of the breakfast in the am. Even played a nice little game of chess on the lawn chess board before we headed out.
- mfw104 (8/5): Pet-friendly and welcoming stay - Nice pet-friendly place that's relaxed, comfortable and with a leisurely feel. Somewhat rustic but with enough necessities to have an enjoyable stay. Our lab, Riley, felt comfortable and was able to enjoy the surroundings as much as we were. Located close to both Tanglewood (Lenox) and the town of Lee for just enough civilization. Would certainly stay here again on our next visit to the Berkshires.
- Bruce (10/5): - Very friendly staff. Lovely setting and everything was clean and comfortable.
- Karen (10/5): - Well kept and updated. Beautiful garden.
- Nicole (6/5): - Very old and not as newly renovated, as perceived by the photographs. The shower had sprayed directly at you as it was a hand held that could not be tilted towards the ground and ended up getting the whole bathroom floor wet after manipulating the showerhead. There was also no soap in the shower dispenser so the next day, after I had asked the front desk for a refill, they passive aggressively put two containers of shower gel in my shower. The front desk workers were not very pleasant. I was expecting much more from a four-star hotel.
- Barbara (8/5): - Everything was nice
- ImagingTravel (6/5): This is where most of the rooms seem to be located. You be the judge - The website shows the ultimate in using edited photography for marketing. They only show the "mansion." In reality, most of the rooms are in the "terrace building" a pic of which is attached.
Our room was cramped, not even a table or small desk for a laptop, or even for 2 suitcase stands.
- elephantinroom (2/5): Mildew, dirty, tired property with misleading photos - The room was worn, tired, and the bathroom was dirty with the refillable bottles of body soap, shampoo, and conditioner empty or almost empty. Worst of all, the bedroom (not the bathroom) had an overpowering scent of mildew. When we entered the office to tell the front desk, she barely looked up, kept typing, and said she would tell maintenance. Our luggage and contents even smelled like mildew once we were home. This is more of a two-star property with very misleading online photos.
- Brent (10/5): - Beautiful old estate - room was clean and functional. Breakfast inside the manor was very nice and made even better by the surroundings. Well worth the price.
- Masoud (10/5): - The outdoor space was very beautiful and well groomed. Amazing spot for spending a nice evening. The room was clean and spacious.
- Ruth (8/5): - A lovely old grand dame of a property that could use some tender love as she is showing some signs of neglect. The entry doors don't give the best impression for example and the sheet- like cloth hanging near the piano ill chosen as a curtain. It was overall a pleasant place to be.
- john (10/5): - Not a chain! Yay. A classic New England experience. I just wish I could have stayed longer.
- Raegan (6/5): - The showers are dangerous! My MIL wouldn’t let my 80yo FIL shower because it was WAY TOO slippery. The property is gorgeous. The buildings and rooms need some TLC. There was definitely a big discrepancy between online photos and real-life. Lastly, we were there on a chilly night (in June) and we had no heat! It wasn’t a problem so much for my husband and I, but my in-laws were freezing cold.
- Rosemary (10/5): - It was convenient for the events we were attending; it was charming and comfortable.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Several rooms in the terrace house, both in the lower level and the first floor are located next to a very bright light which cannot be turned off during the night because of security concerns. The room blinds are not sufficient to block the light from interfering with appropriate sleeping conditions. We were moved to the carriage house location for the next two nights.
- Brenda (10/5): - The property was beautiful and the staff was so friendly add helpful.
- Clark (10/5): - Unique building, quite location, pleasant staff
