Dalmir Silva (5/5): Para eu voltar, precisa melhorar muito, para compensar o valor das diárias. - Comida, cafe da manhã, o quarto excelente. Precisam melhorar o sistema de comanda de bebidas, falta muita limpeza, praticamente somente a piscina para usar de lazer, o resto tudo mal cuidado. precisa de mais administração.
Rosana (8/5): - A comida muio boa, porém faltou placas indicando o que é o que. Ou eu perguntava ou pegava e via o que era. Tivemos problema con a TV, primeiro não ligava, tiveram que trocar o aparelho, depois sem sinal e apesar de reclamar só foram arrumar quando liguei na recepção. O chuveiro jorrava água para todos os lados, arrumaram. A pia que tem no quarto estava vazando, arrumaram. E o frigobar congelava nossas águas!! Não tinha regulagem.

Ana Karolina Kiemy (2/5): Decepção - Horrível o hotel está abandonado, não existe nada do que está descrito no anuncio, bar flutuante, pedalinho, cadeiras a beira do rio tudo mentira, está tudo quebrado, sem funcionários suficientes, foi uma decepção, sem contar o valor exorbitante para dias tediosos, contando apenas com uma piscina mal cuidada e um quarto que é o único ponto positivo do hotel, a limpeza é mediana e os funcionários coitados fazem o possível mas são poucos e pela conversas que ouvi deles ao celular o dono não está nem um pouco interessado em cuidar do local apenas continuar com essa propaganda enganosa que diz haver inúmeras atividades a serem realizadas no hotel.

Cafe da manha com itens repetidos.... pouca coisa caseira e fresca. Sem monitores e atividades de entretenimento. Tudo tem teia de aranha.... Brinquedoteca às moscas. Deixou muito a desejar.

Restaurante mal organizado não repõe os pratos, hóspedes não respeitam distanciamento e alguns se usar luva, máscara e álcool gel no buffet e não tem nenhum funcionário para fiscalizar. Comida boa mas deixam faltar no buffet tem q chegar cedo, falta qualificação e treinamento para os funcionários serem mais cordiais com os hóspedes. Muitos hóspedes deixam pertences marcando lugar o dia todo nas espreguiçadeiras da piscina, e quem realmente quer usar a piscina, fica sem lugar, precisa ser melhor contratado pela gerência.

Ricardo (2/5): Horrível - Nossa estadia não foi das melhores o lugar e lindo a estrutura muito boa mas o que foi oferecido foi péssimo uma avaliação que não gostaria de fazer. Os poucos funcionários que estavam trabalhando fazendo o possível para os hóspede ficar bem atendidos . Comida sempre atrasada desde da hora do café da manhã até o jantar , não tento funcionários para servir . Poucos funcionários para limpeza dos quartos , tivemos que estar fazendo a limpeza do nosso quarto totalmente desnecessários . Acabou a luz não tento gerador de energia, ficamos no escuro. Não funciona o Wifi do hotel pessímo. Experiência para nunca mais voltar.
