The rooms were spacious and the balcony tub was a fun touch- big enough for 2 people and nice to use when it's raining so the beach/pool is unavailable. Beach is clean and the seating provided is comfortable- you have choices between a bean bag style lounger or traditional lounge chairs. Breakfast was also great- fresh made eggs, variety of fresh fruits and baked goods, plus some items that change daily. Close to a few great restaurants, massage place, and couple other things- but away from more touristy areas. Friendly staff! The ladies that ran the breakfast remembered us after just the 2nd day. It was a bit wavy the week we were there but that may have just been seasonal. Some of the attached businesses (scooter rental, cafe) only accept cash- can make it a bit tricky if you are relying on credit card.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful, which made us feel comfortable from the first moment. The beach is absolutely beautiful — quiet, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying the sunset. The beachfront sunbeds were very comfortable, and the whole atmosphere felt calm and cozy. The chalets are charming, stylishly furnished, and very comfortable. We especially loved the cozy interior design and the attention to detail in the furniture and decoration. If you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to relax, this resort is a perfect choice. We would happily come back again!

The noise is ridiculous, the houses are super thin & you could hear everything moslims are praying at 4:30 on microphones & the engines of trucks vibrate like crazy in your bed. Also the walk towards the beach is quite far and the accommodation when booking doesn't specify this. In general it's a good place ! But not 9+ , maybe if you book the beach side so would definitely look twice at what you book.

Spa on the balcony. Exceptional rooms. Fabulous customer service. We both had treatments in the Day Spa, again highly recommend Bungalow by the road were noisy and traffic flew past loudly at all hours. They’re a long way away from the resort facilities and the beach.

- Christine (9/5): Eine tropische Oase am Meer🌴 - Das Hotel liegt direkt am Long Beach . Es gibt genug Liegen am Strand. Es ist angelegt inmitten einem wunderschönen und sehr gepflegten tropischen Garten mit Restaurant und Pool. Wir hatten einen sehr modernen Beachbungalow ,im thailändischen Stil mit Terasse und Whirlpool ,nah am Strand in 2.Reihe. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die Betten sehr bequem. Es gab täglich neue Flaschen Mineralwasser, Kaffee und Teezubehör. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und im Freien fast am Meer:) Am Strand die Massagen sind sehr zu empfehlen:) Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Wir haben von Krabi ein Transfer nach Ko Lanta über das Long Beach Chalet gebucht und es hat alles perfekt geklappt.:) Auch der Service an der Rezeption und im Restaurant waren sehr professionell und herzlich. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team. Ko Lanta ist eine tolle und entspannte Insel . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es lohnt die anderen Strände zu erkunden,ein Ausflug in die Altstadt und die Inselwelt drumherum zu entdecken. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück sorry war ungenießbar :( Das Zustellbett war leider nur eine Matratze auf dem Boden.

- Fabian (9/5): Notre meilleur moment en Thaïlande, dépaysement total, personnel au petit soin et une bonne cuisine - Sa situation, sa plage avec le sunset ( la plus belle avec une eau calme) Nous avons tenté la cuisine européenne un après-midi pour changer un peu, tout était bon et bien réalisé. Les logements en front de mer sont plus récent et on l’air plus noble La piscine vue mer Le petit déjeuner : fabuleux! Le meilleur de notre séjour en Thaïlande ( 3 semaines du nord au sud, puis à l’est (Samui) (6 logements différents) Nous étions dans la partie Garden, l’hôtel ayant annoncé des travaux à cette période qui pouvaient affecter la tranquillité des logements front de mer. La partie garden est calme, bien arborée, dépaysement assuré. Toutefois, la piscine semble un peu délaissée, la fontaine et la partie à jet hors service, dommage. Cette partie est plus ancienne, et donc les chambres aussi. Elles mériteraient une remise à neuf. Nous en avions 3, les chambres supérieures A1,A2 et A3. La salle de bain de la nôtre n’était pas la même et semblait plus vieille. Nous n’avons pas été dérangé par le bruit de la route ce qui ressortait souvent dans les avis. Et enfin, l’hôtel n’y peut rien, mais les clients emportent leurs boissons sur les coussins et table de la plage pour mieux profiter du sunset… puis s’en vont en laissant tout là! Quelle tristesse de traiter ainsi le personnel. Soyez attentif, des panneaux interdisent d’aller consommer sur la plage.

Très spacieuse, très authentique et décoration très typique. Magnifique salle de bain et baignoire sur la terrasse, entourée de végétation et vue sur la piscine et la mer. Réveil avec le chant des oiseaux, dépaysement assuré. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux avec une très grande variété de fruits frais, de plats salés ou sucrés proposés. La plage du Long Beach est incroyable ! Cela fait 7 fois que nous revenons dans ce lieu magique et paradisiaque. L'essayer, c'est l'adopter ! Une chose pourrait peut-être est améliorée, c'est le café au petit-déjeuner. Là où beaucoup d'autres hôtels ont investi dans des machines à café en grains, le Long Beach Chalet propose toujours du café déjà fait qui reste réchauffé sur les plaques de cuisson. Pour les amateurs de café, cela serait vraiment très appréciable de pouvoir bénéficier d'une machine à café en grains ! Je ne vois pas vraiment d'autre chose à améliorer, c'est dire si cet endroit est exceptionnel !

- Khania (8/5): 1A mit Ausnahme der Lautstärke, dafür aber zu einem top Preis. - Der Strand direkt am Hotel ist wunderschön, es gibt ein super schönes leckeres Café direkt auf dem Gelände vom Hotel, wo ma extrem leckeren Kaffee (Barista Qualität) und leckeres Eis oder Smoothie Bowls bekommt. Das Frühstücksbuffet vom Hotel ist sehr vielseitig und sehr lecker. Es war super sauber, gut klimatisiert und gemütlich. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, überall riecht es nach SPA/Wellness. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Rezeption war per WhatsApp erreichbar was die Kommunikation sehr einfach gestaltet hat. Wir hatten eines der günstigen Zimmer in der Garden Zone, leider war es dort extrem laut, da die Zimmer direkt an der Straße gelegen sind. Die Hauptstraße ist viel befahren, man sollte sich also Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen (selbst dadurch hört man den Verkehr recht laut).
- Katharina (8/5): Meer, Strand und Pool! Perfekt zum entspannen. - Schöner Strandabschnitt, zwei schöne Pools. Freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir hatten eine Gartenvilla nah an der Straße. Somit haben wir auch nachts den Verkehr gehört.
- Jess (9/5): Loved the accommodation! - The location - right on the beach. The chalets were private and really well thought out. Buffet breakfast was really good, lots of choices! Spa was amazing, the ladies are so good and very good value for money. Beach is beautiful to walk along in the early morning or evening when cooler. The only thing that put me off were the flies over the buffet area. I totally get it's out of their control but it puts me off the food that isn't properly contained or prepared for.
- Matthew (8/5): - Excellent location, accessible to restaurants etc and long beach was very relaxed with not too many people. Staff were incredibly nice particularly the breakfast team. Our room was next to the road which wasn’t great for sleeping but that is only complaint and we booked lowest room.

- Sudre Cindy (9/5): - Super hôtel et petit déjeuner délicieux ! L'emplacement sur long beach est vraiment appréciable, et permet d'accéder au night market à 15min en scooter. Les chambres près de la route principale sont bruyantes et éloignées de la plage et de l'espace petit déjeuner. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir, mais si c'était à refaire, je prendrai une chambre côté réception ou plage.

- Mary-Lou (9/5): A lovely beach break - The complimentary pick-up from the ferry terminal was very nice. Our unit was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. The beach is lovely, and nice for walking. The included breakfast was very good. The pool isn’t very large. Also not a lot of shade around it.

Nice restaurants nearby although hotel food was varied and also good. Trees at the beach give wonderful shadow. Sofa-bed for the children was uncomfortable but hotel agreed to replace it by a mattres as soon as we requested it

Traditional dancing and a fire show on the beach were a highlight. My wife was able to do yoga in the morning which was great. Nothing

- Fabian Kai (5/5): Für den Preis leider nicht zu empfehlen - Der Abschnitt am Meer war super schön. Die Anlage war ebenfalls schön hergerichtet. Das Personal war bis auf zwei Ausnahmen super freundlich und kinderlieb. Das Frühstück war ganz gut. Beim Frühstück gab es eine super unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin. Ebenfalls unsere Putzdame in Zimmer L14 war unfreundlich und verdrehte die Augen weil unser Kind von 10-11 im Zimmer schlief und sie daher in dieser Stunde nicht putzen konnte. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt, jedoch so dass er danach kaum sauberer war als zu vor. Das Zimmer wurde bereits vor unserer Ankunft nicht ordentlich geputzt, während unseres Aufenthalts ebenfalls nicht. Unser Sohn hat Nachts im Bett geblutet - die Bettwäsche wurde erst auf Nachfrage gewechselt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer an der Lagune. Diese haben wir von unserem Zimmer jedoch nicht gesehen, war jedoch auch absolut nicht sehenswert. An unserem letzten Abend hat es stark geregnet und dadurch hatten wir Pfützen im Zimmer, die durch die Decke vom Regen kamen.

Staff at the restaurant is not so present, had to ask many time for menu, or to be followed up. Seems like they are a bit bored, not very friendly

- Linda (9/5): Séjour incroyable - Hôtel magnifique, très propre et décoré avec goût. Nous avons demandé à changé de chambre car bien que nous étions côté lagon, nous entendions la route surtout le soir. Notre deuxième chambre était parfaite !! Très calme. Le personnel est à votre écoute et souriant. Les massages sur la plage sont top +++ La plage est magnifique, le coucher de soleil y est parfait ! Petit déjeuner et resto ok ! La piscine est très belle aussi, bien entretenue et propre. Une salle de sport serait un vrai plus. Dommage de ne pas proposer de navette gratuite pour le retour au port.

- Paul (10/5): Fantastic stay in a beautiful place and we will definitely be back - Great resort , very clean and surrounded by beautiful gardens. Good pool areas and fantastic access to the beach with plenty of sunbeds. Good choice of options for breakfast. The only minor issues were that there is no socket to charge toothbrushes in bathroom or light above mirror for shaving. The bedroom area would benefit from some shelving or storage unit under the tv to keep things on but like I said these were minor things

- Paulina (9/5): Lohn sich sehr für das Geld! - Sehr schöne Zimmer, selbst hinten im Garten. Den häufig beklagten Lärm aufgrund der Straßennähe im Gartenbereich können wir gar nicht bestätigen. Die Dame der Zimmerreinigung im Gartenbereich war wahnsinnig süß umd sympathisch, genauso wie die Männer, die hinten im Garten und am Pool gearbeitet haben! Der Strand und die Hotelanlage am Strand lohnen sich sehr! Essen im Restaurant preislich sehr gut und sehr lecker! Für so ein verhältnismäßig großes Resort haben wir das Frühstück als recht klein empfunden. Aber am Ende reicht es auch völlig aus und ist für thailändische Verhältnisse vermutlich schon ganz ansehnlich. Einzelne Personen beim Personal (bei uns konkret Restaurant nachmittags) waren recht distanziert, nicht unfreundlich aber auch nicht so freundlich, wie wir es aus anderen thailändischen Unterkünften eigentlich durchweg kennen.

Petit déjeuner fabuleux staff très gentil chambre confortable propre grand deluxe Emplacement paradis Merci a les femmes de ménage Apple et Da On adore les animaux serviettes chaque jour ! Aussi grand merci à le reception quand j'avais besoin un médecin... très gentil On va retourner :) Rien a dire !
